Bought a beautiful "new to me" 2020 Mazda! The price was more than fair, and the staff worked with me to get financing with a tough financial background. This is my second car from Fred Martin, and I'll be back again! Timmy, our salesman, has been wonderful... He has followed up on a couple of issues and continues to impress! Kerry in finance was so friendly and didn't rush through the paperwork, even though it was almost the end of the day. I'd recommend Fred Martin to all of my friends looking for a vehicle. The staff is phenomenal, the selection outstanding, and the items included in the sale (warranty, oil changes, roadside assistance) are incredible! You definitely don't get the same treatment at any other dealership out there! Thanks again, you have my business for a lifetime!

I am pleased by the way I was treated from the start to finish. Their sales staff is professional, courteous, truthful, knowledgeable, and eager to help answer all questions. They listened to my concerns and resolved them. This is my second vehicle I've purchased from them. I've recommended their services to family and friends. Trey and Amber are awesome. And Kim Young in finance is well versed. Go there for your next vehicle purchase. You are in great hands.

I got a dodge Challenger back in July and Fred Martin superstore sold me another lemon. The car does not run and has been stuck in my garage for five months and now they don t want to take it back or let me trade it. I had a tech look at it, and it has codes that were deleted back before I bought the car I called to ask Fred Martin about it. No one returns my calls and I put 4000 down on it cash and had to wait a week to pick my car up because the sales guy lied and said they wanted to fix the scratches a little things at the body shop that never happened very sad for a dealerships to do this lie and cheat hard working people out of their money. I would never buy another car from Fred Martin superstore, nor will I ever recommend to my friends or family to buy a car from there.

I leased a 2011 dodge Journey around the last week of July- beginning of August of 2023 from them/Trustys. The guy seamed so understanding and nice untill I started contacted a couple weeks after getting it that there s a lot of issues going on. I messaged and called several times and nobody wanted to help! My heat wasn t working from the start and I have an infant that is in there daily! Messaged Zach who was telling me he could help but never got a reply! Was told to make an appointment with service in order to possibly get a different vehicle or get it fixed however they asked me for $168 PER issue!! And I had several issues going on! I listed the issues out to the service guy. And told him about the heat, an oil leak, noises when I m driving in the back tire area, and about how another mechanic stated the rear break line looked like it was going to go out! By the time I was done stating all the issue he said it would be about $900 and some change. And that s just for the diagnosis!!!! Who has that type of money!!??? He then stated that he wasn t scheduling me an appointment if I didn t have the money. And told me to call back when I have it! I have continuously tried getting them to help fix things! And they refuse!!! I recently had another mechanic do a full front to back look. And I need a new motor! Because of the oil leak that I ve had that they don t want to fix! Everything under my hood is all messed up! There were wires that they just had taped up! Some wired even unplugged!! I don t recommend going through them at alllll!!! All they want is to get people to get cars, they don t care if it s safe for you and your family or not! Go somewhere else don t go through them/trustys!!! Once you bring up all the issues they know about they suddenly go silent!! I q now have a car that I can t drive!!! And they want to do nothing about it but are quick to call about the payment for it!!

, everyone at Fred Martin's Superstore was very friendly and very professional especially Mike trizzle. He was able to take care of every need I had and I ended up getting a 2014 Equinox. There were some repairs that needed to be done and he made sure that they're all done the car is running great and I can't say enough about this dealership and I'm going to be telling everyone about it. My son is already decided that he's buying his next car there.

Took time out of my Saturday to go look at a unique car. Test drove it. Liked it. Okay experience, but then the nightmare happened.My family and I sat at a desk for at least two hours during the negotiation process. We had to talk to two salesman. The cost breakdown they gave me did not include a financing rate. While I asked them at least ten times to submit my information for a rate, they continually asked me do you want us to submit your loan to the bank. After waiting and watching the two salesman stand around we left. While we told them we were leaving and that they could tell me my rate they still called and asked if they could run it. It is apparent they did not want me to see the rate, they just wanted me to agree to an arbitrary payment. Whatever, bad experience, figured it was over.Well today I receive a letter in the mail nearly a month later saying that they did a credit check. Why? Would they really expect me to still buy a car from them? I still don t get the rate I was looking for because apparently I m denied. So I ll never know if they were actually trying to be shady or not. Maybe they just felt like they had to take a hit to my credit since I didn t buy a car from them?Why the one star review? Wasted hours of my time. Never told me what a general finance rate was or what mine would be. I told them at least ten times to run my credit when they asked and they kept asking if they could. Decided to re-open the healed wounds by sending me a letter in the mail a month later(I m a nurse, paid off my last $21k car with cash, have never paid interest on a credit card in my life, near perfect credit score good luck)

I have purchased a few vehicles from Fred Martin and have coordinated numerous repairs through their service department. My experience with Fred Martin service department has always been very personable, with an exemplary level of service. I very much appreciate the personally assigned service advisors and am impressed with the newer vehicle evaluation and quote formats (technician videos and pictures provided), along with the extensive final repair report that is included with the invoice. Overall level of customer service and repair is 5 star! Only point I can note, is the costs are definitely elevated; which is to be expected when working with an ASE certified OE dealer service center. Though, I must say the customer service experience, 3rd party payment and financing solutions for high dollar repairs, and the repair warranties provided really does offset the impact of elevated costs (you don't leave regretting the price). Many thanks again to my most recent service advisor, Taylor Black, for all he did to coordinate a pretty sizable amount of service and repair on my Jeep. Taylor was able to ensure costs stayed within my targeted range and also provided me with quick transportation alternative when my repair went slightly longer than initially expected.

Tim Smith is excellent. He is a very good salesman who understands what you ask for. He is on the ball and I recommend him. The managers were all straight up. They were quick and didn't waste my day. I got a fair deal and fair trade.Update: I had a couple of bad front tires and they replaced the tires for me. They did this job fast and correctly. I got my first free oil change. I appreciate getting the appointment quickly. I'm very happy with Fred Martin superstore.

I have never write any reviews to any companies, so this is my very first time because I thought my experience at this dealer will help to someone who are looking to buy a car.Here's my story;I have been looking for SUV, and went to a few dealers, however I couldn't make up my mind because I was afraid of being rejected for a couple reasons.1.) Someone used my name to opened credit cards and personal loans with out my knowledge and the person died.2.) My credit score was 740 and down to 410.One day, someone was contacted me and her name was Lucy from Fred Martin. She was extremely nice on the phone with me. So, why not go there and check it out for my self.I went there on December 21, 2023.Trey was assisted me!.He started to process the paper work and came back with a co-worker and his name was Mike Trissel.Mike guided me through all the process until to the end. He always take the time to answer any questions I may have and provide me with all the options available.He listen, reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I highly recommend Mike Trissel.I never expected to come home with an SUV.I was comprehensively and completely impressed and happy with their professionalism and customer service.It exceeding my expectations.I will definitely go back there again and again.Thank you for your business and happy New year!

Just bought my second car from Fred Martin. Amber was fantastic. She was well informed, professional, and accommodating. I wasn't able to get off work as early as I thought I would be and ended up getting there about an hour before closing time and she stayed over to help me finish my paperwork so I could drive home with my new car that day. Both salesmen I worked with were awesome! They were very nice, helpful, insightful, and did their best job to put me in the vehicle I wanted. The financial agent was wonderful as well. She continued to add discounts to get my monthly payment down, without downgrading the essentials I wanted. If I didn t understand something, she explained it to me in a way I could understand. This is the fourth or fifth time we have bought a vehicle from them! I would definitely highly recommend buying your next vehicle here!

This is the second time I have brought a brand-new vehicle from Fred Martin. Lonnie and his team are great people. They make sure they every customer leaves very satisfied. There is no rush on making a purchase or a decision. The process was easy and fast. I highly recommend anyone buying a vehicle come here because you will be treated like family, and they will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Lonnie came in on his off day and made sure everything went well. Jerome, the sales manager also made sure everything went well. Make sure you go in and asked for Lonnie, or Jerome. 5 Stars plus for sure!!!!!

They have systems in place to follow up on their promises to their customers. A lifetime limited powertrain warranty is crazy, and it's in house so there's no third party non-sense. The car buying experience is always exhausting, so I appreciate when a dealership can work with buyers to reduce the stress. I appreciated the customer service experience Fred Martin provided, far better than other dealerships I recently visited in northeast Ohio. Note: I came in well informed, did my research, and knew what I wanted. Know that dealers can read customers as soon as they walk in the door. I felt the folks at Fred Martin understood fairly quickly that I wasn't interested in the dog and pony show (despite their attempt:), just numbers and transparency. I encourage anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to do your due diligence, and remember it's your show; advocate for yourself and what you want. And if you feel as though a dealer doesn't respect you as a customer, by all means move on. At Fred Martin Superstore, I felt respected as an informed consumer, which goes a long way in an industry that can be extremely predatory. Overall, I was happy with my experience because I knew what I was getting into before I even walked in the store. My advice: Know your numbers, know what you want, and work with dealers who value informed consumers--like the folks at Fred Martin Superstore.

I ve bought 4-5 cars through the years. First one was when I was 26. Leased a Grand Cherokee Limited on a 2 year one pay. First time leasing and they made it easy. From there a few more and several trucks for my company later. Brett Smith and Adam Huff (even before he became the owner) have always been easy, fair and honest to work with. Definitely will be the first place to go when looking at Ram trucks and Jeeps, whether for me personally or another truck for an employee. My 2020 Jeep had corrosion around all of my hinges and a spot on my hood. They have great customer service (Mike) and the body shop did amazing work. They detailed my jeep inside and out before I picked it up. I highly recommend Fred Martin in Barberton. You will not be disappointed!!!

Oil change men x 4 were the best!!! All very friendly & quickly answered questions I had. I asked about my battery life in my 2017 Grande Cherokee & 2 guys immediately started looking fir battery & tested it as soon as they found it. I was given coupons for when I need to change my battery.They guys were quick & efficient in their duties. What I really appreciated was their friendliness & willingness to help me with testing my battery. I will go back for service for sure!!!

Great experience!! My husband and I recently purchased a car here after hearing a family member talk about their great experience at Fred Martin. We stopped in planning to just test drive a car and ended up leaving with a car we love and our old car traded in.Kelli Slavens helped us through the process and she was so great to work with! She explained everything to us and then ran all over to get the cars we wanted to test so we only had to walk outside the door and get in. She is very personable and knows what she is doing. If we had a question she was unsure about she quickly went and found out the answer.Rhonda helped us with the financial portion and that was such a smooth process. She has been there a long time and definitely knows what she is doing.We would absolutely take our business there again and highly recommend them!
