I dont work with butch anymore. He was stealing my money. I trusted him for 2 years working on my cars. He couldn't even swapp out my rear lateral links with our screwing it up. Missing a whole bolt, and i have kids to drive around safely, and on thop of that charged me for an alignment you couldn't even do since "the machine was down." i had to come and get my money back. I wouldn't recommend working with him ever again after such carelessness and Shadiness. I trusted you, and you let me down. If you dont know how to work on a certain vehicle, just say so before spinning me and taking my money for 2 years!! Had my car for a whole extra 4 days to swap out two damn links that take 2 hours if i do it on the ground and 1 hour if i had a lift. Ridiculous!!To reply:All parts are OEM equivalent or exced OEM standards they were not Subaru OEM. That still does expalin why i took the vehicle to the Subaru dealer, and they said the last mechaninc forgot a bolt. Car was never lowered or raced or anything. With all that said, that does not explain how you missed a ctictal bolt i paid you to install and the fact you charge someone for something you never did and didn't want to give me a refund. it's criminal. You had to call me to come pull of one sleeve after saying the parts dont fit when they did. i know they did, but I had my car for 2 days claiming the wrong parts. Worked on my '79 Pontiac Bonneville. Did great work at a fair price. Honest & explained work needed Giving est. before completing. Also warranteed his labor on windshield wiper motor they replaced for me. Definitly recommend Butch.

Butch does great work and guarantees his work. Even in the pandemic he is keeping it safe and clean.
