I am all the way in South Carolina and Courtney and Adam made it happen! Excellent customer service and I can t even tell you how much I love this vehicle!!! I bought it sight unseen but I was comfortable because they were so friendly and easy to contact, I took my chance and I am glad I did!! Thanks Adam and Courtney!!

I talked to many dealers nationwide and Adam at A-H Ride in Pride was by far the best. Top notch customer service and sold me a great vehicle just as described. I highly recommend them! Thank you guys for the honest business!

I was honestly skeptical at first because the store front looks a little shady from the Google street view. Pleasantly surprised. The employees and staff were courteous and accommodating, helped us work through challenges with our financing, and represented the vehicle we wanted to buy well with descriptions and photos before we made the nearly 3 hour drive up there. Would work with them again, and would recommend to a friend. Thank you! PS: The plow truck is exactly what we needed, and thanks to you we had it ready to work when the snow hit and didn t skip a beat in production due to the loss of the previous truck.

Delivered car dirty broken grill missing trailer hitch cover rusty frame nothing but problems they don t have the decency to return calls because they know there wrong. Don t have them deliver anything without you looking over the vehicle first. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt I m disgusted with the money I m spending on this truck to get it up to par.

An internet purchase all performed virtually including a virtual test drive and even delivering the vehicle to me at the airport.Adam, I hope I have an opportunity to do business with you again. I made a trip from Florida to look at a truck that a sales person was dishonest about the condition and ended up at this dealership and would make a trip to his dealership any time. My experience at this dealership if I could give 10 stars I would. Very honest and upfront with any problems of his vehicle s. Stayed on a Saturday for me to come and look at the truck that I bought passed his normal business hours.

I recently purchased a compact suv from them, and they were very helpful sorting out the mechanical issues I encountered when I initially got the vehicle. All in all I got a good vehicle at a great price and the staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend!

I purchased a suburban from A-H Ride and Pride. The buying process was flawless and he worked endlessly to get us the deal that we wanted. The car was used, and had a couple of small issues that I noticed days after purchase, and Adam offered to fix them- which he did not have to do. He was kind, professional & overall just a great person to do business with. We recommend his dealership and be back for our next vehicle!

Bought a truck from them last week. Their trucks are legit and their prices are fair. They were there all day on Saturday with no rush to leave. They have access to multiple different banks available for finance. My truck needed jumped in order for the test drive, Adam ordered replacements for both batteries (diesel truck) from the local O'Riley's who installed them for me. They also offer a warranty incase anything goes wrong that isn't normal wear.

The following was my experience.I contacted them over the internet about a 2016 nissan titan xd. I viewed all the pictures. Called in and spoke with representative and asked to speak with the mechanic. I was very specific in the questions I asked about the vehicle. At the end all reassured me the vehicle had been looked over thoroughly and there are no issues that are not just normal wear and tear. I lived over 5 hours away but failed to be present to physically inspect the vehicle myself. We agreed in a price and they shipped the vehicle to me. Upon arrival, the interior was in terrible condition. Not remotely cleaned. Looked like some kid sharpied all over the leather of the driver seat, passenger seat and head liner. Bald spot in driver side carpet about the size of a hand. Driver seat in rough condition. Cracked third light housing. Damaged storage box in bed of truck. This was on immediate inspection of getting truck off trailer. I contacted them and was very upset. Then I drove the vehicle. The vehicle would dart severely to the left side (so on coming traffic), the hood rattle so bad it was concerning if while driving that it would fly up. Rattling in the right rear window. Horrible alignment. Loose and tough steering. And then a few other discrepancies I can't remember. As upset as I was, the following day I took to Christian Brothers and had a bumper to bumper inspection done. All issues were confirmed. I sent documentation to them. They only offered for detailing and alignment. Then said, "well you did by a used truck. Thats all normal wear and tear." I keep copies of everything to include conversations. Christian Brothers shows the pitman arm to be horrible and needed replacing. Loose on steering bar. Tires severe condition. And others needing replacing. We could not come to an agreement so I took it to the attorney General. I demanded to see the Inspection report and all they ever sent was the carfax. Then when the attorney General office stepped in, they sent a full list of the truck that was never sent to me. Claiming, "see, no issues". I told them they never sent that to me when I asked for it. The next step would have been using the arbitration agreement. Which I planned on. But I did the math and I would be out so much and couldn't drive multiple times 5 hours there and back to take legal actions.

My husband and I highly recommend this dealer. We drove all the way from south of Pittsburgh to buy a truck. The experience was pleasant and the staff is simply very kind and knowledgeable. The buying experience was great. They helped me get financed. I have had the car for 5 months and I have had the radiator fixed, air compressor, maintenance line from the engine to the radiator, brakes, rotors and calipers all needed replaced. Most of the parts are rusted out. I have put thousands in it in only 5 months.

I had been looking nationwide for weeks for a Tundra meeting my specs. What I found was that most salesmen really don't want to talk to you on the phone and answer questions, they want you to come to their dealership. When I'm across the country, that just isn't possible.I happened to stumble across a FB Marketplace ad for a truck meeting (actually exceeding) my specs and offered by AH Ride In Pride in Barberton, OH. I called and spoke with Adam, who answered all my questions readily. I asked for some additional photos and a Carfax, and he texted and emailed them within a few minutes, and by this time it was about 20 minutes after they close.I thought about it overnight, and came up with a few more questions. Adam answered them all without hesitation. I decided it would be worthwhile to fly from Georgia to Akron/Canton to do a personal inspection and hopefully buy it.Adam picked me up at the airport, and drove me to the dealership. I wanted to look at the undercarriage of the truck, and as it was snowing and raining at the time, I asked if we could pull it into his shop so I wouldn't have to get down on the wet ground. He pulled it in and even put it up on his lift so that I could inspect away. The truck checked out, and I bought it and drove back south, happy that the search was over.This is a family run business. It's not a big shiny dealership with a dozen commissioned salesmen roaming the lot. I was given prompt answers to all my questions and requests, the price I paid for the truck was the best price in the country at the time, and overall it was a very good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Anybody gets credit here, there is an amazing selection of vehicles, very dedicated and helpful employees who are both friendly and honest. This car dealership is fairly new, however, the owner really seems to know what he's doing and you can find you pretty much any vehicle you're looking for. I recommend this place to everybody, they're not swindlers- they are actually honest. They will fix any issues with vehicles you get through them, you can make payments as well. Highly recommended, very professional!

Very nice place to buy a vehicle. I purchased a 2016 nissan Titan and Adam arranged for it to be delivered, I also wanted a tonneau cover for the truck and he threw that in and had it delivered to me.

This is my second vehicle purchase from AH ride and pride. I purchased my first car from them over 2 years ago. When the first opened up with only one location. They have an amazing selection of used cars specially for the size of their lot. Easy credit approval! Thanks guys

If your looking for a vehicle and have had issues with your credit ,suffering from this economic breakdown, have had to downgrade or just simply need a used car and don t want to buy someone s else headaches I can not URGE you enough to take the time to call Adam and Ride in Pride auto dealership. After months of scrolling the internet looking for a used car in my price range finding little results I stumbled across this website on line and to my surprise I received a call back immediately. Directly from the owner who not only took the time to listen to exactly how much I had to spend and finance he also offered to bring a vehicle in my price range to me to test drive which eventually turned into a pleasant experience with positive results ending in a safe car that was approved for a small finance and the patient owner who was willing to spend the time with me that it took to make the deal happen. I cannot express how grateful I was and am with Ride n Pride auto sales Please check this place out before going any further in pursuit of a car purchase. You won t be disappointed
