Had a great experience there. Everyone was polite an helpful an listened to what I was telling them about the truck. They had it in checked out an fixed in a short amount of time witch is very much appreciated would definitely recommend there services.

I took my truck here after another shop told me I had a shudder in my transmission and I needed to replace it. They looked it over and found out it s not the transmission and probably the transfer case instead. They did not charge me for anything and saved me thousands. I really appreciate the good honest people who work here and I would recommend them to anyone.

Truck has been paid off for nearly a month now and the last few weeks they tell me a day it will be done so I call to see if it's done the day they tell me and then they tell me a different story/day it will be done its getting aggravating when I need my truck I mean they are a good shop they allow you to pay payments which thats what i did but when it's been paid off for nearly a month theirs something fishy especiallywhen they told me when it's close to being paid off that they would start the work which did not happen i have recently checked a few other shops which said they would have done it for $1,200 instead of $2,350 which I considered to continue to let quality affordable transmission to work on it bc I've heard good things about them but everything I've seen is not good!

Great place to have your car worked on. Mickey and his team were great. Able to find the problem and resolve the issue (torque converter went bad). Pricing was one of the main reasons I came here. Able to get the work done for about $1k compared to $2,750 at Germain Toyota. Did take a bit longer but I know parts are backlogged right now. Thanks again to Mickey for getting it done. My experience with Quality Affordable Transmission was top of the line to say the least. I was having issues with my car stuck in 1st gear. I explained my delima to Mickey and the urgency of needing my vehicle back quickly. He explained they were booked until next week, but asked if I could drop it off and he could look over it the following day and tell me what was wrong and go from there. He called me the next day, as promised and told me he cleared the codes and drove it for about 30 minutes to ensure it was working properly and let me know it was good to go! When I asked him what the charges were, he told me that I didn't owe him anything, but to be sure to tell others about my experience. I am very impressed and fortunate to have contacted this business, that I have driven past many times. I highly recommend Mickey and his crew to take care of all your transmission needs. I can't say enough about how absolutely professional this shop is. Promptly answered any email or message I left. Very helpful in finding me a great tow company value to get my vehicle delivered. Was more than willing to help with multiple issues and refer me to someone else with repairs this shop just doesn't cover. I was having trouble with gears not shifting properly and some noises coming from underneath. Took van to them & they checked everything & and there was no transmission problems but bad alternator and wheel bearing, which this garage did not work on, but they never charged me a cent for all the checking they did. Very polite and helpful with me when I called (about 3 times) with a question. I will definitely use them if ever I have transmission needs.

I needed the transfer case on my 09 Murano replaced.He was fair in price,knowledgeable, and always available for my calls with questions.Its been a few wks, and no issuesOwner also stayed past closing so I could get my vehicle back on a Fri and nor wait until Mon..much appreciated!I will def go back for any future needed work.

QAT installed a re-built a transmission for me in Nov of 2021. Had it an instance of it not shifting. Called, set appt. with no problem. Checked out transmission and even though was way out of warranty period, there was no charge. Mickey,Has a wonderful business there he was very professional was able to diagnose and replace our transmission in October for our 2013 Jeep Patriot.I then brought in my 2011 Chevy Silverado to have the transmission looked at and then had the fluids replaced and again thinking that I needed a second transmission for a different vehicle Mickey pointed out that the transmission was in good shape saved me a lot of money I would recommend Quality a Affordable Transmissions to anyone that I know I have already recommended him and he has already done one of my referrals so far so I suggest go check him out he's honest and very knowledgeable as well as Affordable. I've used Micky and QA Transmission a few times. Allways with excellent results today. I called to learn a little bit about my GM transmisson. Micky was very informative and brought me up to speed on the transmisson problems that GM has had with their uppper end units. As it turns out mine is in warranty!!! But knowing the ins and outs of the issue will allow me to better work with the dealer. Ans if all out fails Quality Affordable Trans can fix the issue for less than I would have thought! If you need Transmission work this is the place to go. A little out of the way, but honest people well worth the trip!Service: Transmission

According to my Analog gauge my transmission was overheating. Mickey took a look at it and diagnosed a likely malfunctioning gauge. He said he couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission. He also had another person drive it to confirm his diagnosis. Much appreciated piece of mind and honesty means everything. I will be back!!Service: Transmission

Had a hard 1st to 2nd shift, took it in, ended up not being an issue, fluid and filter change and good to go. Was 100% honest, and gave me good advice, also pointed out a power steering leak for me. 100% recommend.Service: Transmission repairService: Transmission repair

Jeremy at Quality Affordable Transmissions was AWESOME! He was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with my Ford Escape and explained it in a way that a woman with zero mechanical experience or knowledge could understand. Brought in my 2005 Honda accord to get diagnosed because it was shifting hard between first and second. They looked at it apparently and said the transmission was shot and I needed a new transmission.. Quoted me roughly $3000 for a new one installed.. Decided to get a second opinion and it turns out I had a bad solenoid . A $300 fix. Beware before you go ahead and just replace the transmission these people can t be trusted!

Extremely happy with the work they did for me . Fair price and job was done on time .Swapped out trans with low mileage one that I provided. I also had them install a trans cooler and in line filter which was done very nice . Looks like came from factory that way . Thanks again .

Repaired the transmission is my Chevy truck. Was done in a timely manner and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommended.
