We just received another great repair on one of our vehicles. We knew ahead of time what to expect becasue we received an easy-to-understand descrition of what was wrong with the vehicle (with estimate) and an explanation of how it was going to be fixed. It's hard to find honesty on occasion in the auto industry, let alone have a mechanic you learn to trust with whatever problem you are having. Stewart is top notch. He brings a ton of experience to his small family owned business. He truly wants the customer to be informed and serves thier best interest. Stewart does all my inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting when I'm in over my head. As long as he is in business I'll take my cars to him.

Stewart and Becky are wonderful people. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you call and no one answers do not be alarmed but be happy to know they are both working hard on getting the job done for the customers. Always leave a message and your call will be returned. You are not a number here but a person who is treated with respect and honesty in what is best for you and your vehicle and the wallet that pays for it all. You wont be overcharged or have work done that is not of the utmost importance to ensure you're safe while you travel around. Everyone is always talking about I wish I could find a real mechanic who's honest and doesnt tske advantage well then look no further because this is that place you've been wishing for. I wish more businesses had the mentality that this shop has because the world would just run smoother. My hat off to you folks for the fine work and customer experience. I'm not the only one who feels this way. Many people I spoke to told me to come here and I will never go to another shop again for repairs.

I am completely impressed by the thoroughness of Stuart, the owner who is hands down the most knowledgeable and detail-oriented mechanic I have met in close to 70 years of working with automobile mechanics. After recently bringiing two of my three cars to him for elusive problems, he accurately diagnosed and repaired the problems or referred me to an excellent source of transmission rebuild in one case. I will be bringing my third car to him for work as soon as it's due for service. Baltimore Garage is the place I will take my three cars for service and mechanical work and I unequivocally recommend you do also. If you follow Stuart's advice, I don't think you will be disappointed. Very straightforward and honest when helping diagnose your vehicle issues. Explains the problems clearly and concise to even those with no mechanical knowledge. Priced very fairly and would highly recommend their work to anyone.

Had my vehicle back a week and driving as expected! This was my first experience here and I have to give this a 5 star, very friendly staff and knowledgeable mechanic. Like how he is very thorough in explaining your needs and id say reasonable on price. I will definitely be back here for all my matinence needs.

Finding a repair facility local to work on a Volvo has been a blessing. Very reasonable rates and I felt each visit I have been in for he has always been honest and up front. The office check out is fast and easy and the lady is very professional and friendly. I had my Son take his BMW for service also and he was extremely satisfied with the job performed. Import or domestic I would highly recommend the team at the Baltimore Garage.

Very good service here. The owner tries to find a way save me a dollar while still doing the job right. If there is a change in the work hat needs done he calls and explains, in detail how this will raise or lower my bill and ask permission to proceed. Great integrity and reasonable prices. My T-Bird so happy we found them.

Absolutely love this place I drive almost 2 hours to use this garage! He's very honest will tell you the best way to fix your vehicle and try to save you money as well! He takes the time and explains everything to you. This is the only garage I will take my vehicle's to.

Honest and fair!! Stuart fixed my car s window issue in 5 minutes and then insisted that he wasn t going to charge me for it. I will definitely be coming from Columbus for my future needs. I can't say enough about how great this auto repair service is. I had a multitude of items repaired on my 2010 toyota tacoma. I would call all the items repaired of a major nature, items that one would only go to a dealer to have repaired. After what I experienced here I trust this truck here better than a dealer. Great communications and competitive prices also. As they would say "No worries" All of my work will be done here on all my cars.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Referred here by a friend and very happy. Have been back several times for tires and mechanical work. Good communication, stuart tells you what he is going to do, upfront, and if anything else comes up he calls you. At the end of the day, you feel like you got an honest job and an honest days work done.

Absolute nightmare of a garage. Took my car here 3 times and each time I got it back in worse condition than when I took it in. Took my car in to fix the brakes. The guy puts my door together wrong and now my window won't work. 2 weeks later my brakes are completely worn. I take it back and it's my fault for not getting a new caliper. Was never told I needed one initially. Took my car in to fix the headlights and was charged $70 for 2 bulbs. Headlights do not work. I highly recommend that you avoid this business at all costs!

Great people and even better service!! Stuart is an amazing mechanic and will tell you like it is and also educate you along the way. I cant say enough about how great this place is. I always recommend him. Superbly run auto shop.

This place was so awesome! Family owned and operated! We were from out of town with tire problems and this man took time to help us out with fast, friendly and cheap service! His wife came in before we left and she was just as sweet! I took pics and if I can find them I will be uploading them! Their hospitality and warm hearted attitudes had us telling all our friend in the area! Wonderful wonderful place!

I have used this for a repair on my Toyota Camry and was happy with their service.I was however very disappointed when I needed my truck repaired and was told they would not work with an extended warranty service.

This guy is Awesome! Friendly as can be as well as knowledgeable.I wrench on my own vehicle because mechanics are known to "half break" other things on your car so you'll come back a month later, but I fully trust this guy to wrench on my vehicles! And I drive all over the North Eastern United States!

Very clean and neat garage but even after getting a power steering pump replaced on my car it is making the same noises I took it in for. I'll be contacting them to find out why.

I like this place because you can call up and talk to a mechanic. Tell him what you need and that he can set an appointment to bring your vehicle in.
