My husband went in for tires on his pickup..4 tires. When he got home he realized they took all of his keys that were on his key ring and he only had the truck key!! NEVER has anyone service dept done that. Plus HE went back the next day and no one knew anything about it. Totally unhelpful..NOW, THEY HAVE OUR INFORMATION AND I HAVE TO HAVE OUR LOCKS CHANGED!!!

Only gave it one star because I had to give it something I ve waited two hours and it s just getting started there was 4 cars behind me I ve seen and watched the guy doing my work put his new boots on for ten minutes than when he finally got done he walked away for another ten minutes still not done I would recommend anywhere else to go it cost 75 to go to a take five and they top off all your fluid you don t even have to get out now watching the guy take more than five minutes to even find the dip stick a bunch of losers that don t take pride in nothing im never going here again and I promise to let everyone know not to waste there time

We came there for a replacement for a tire but unfortunately the Auto tech s weren t able to do so because our car is AWD. But we re still able to get an oil change for our vehicle! BIG SHOUT out to Danny ( Avon Ohio ) one of the Auto Tech guys with providing some information to us he was friendly and he was honest just all around and cool guy! Thanks Danny we need more people like you in the world

Horrible. I was riding on a spare and I called to see if they had my size tire in stock. Employee said yes so I drove up there. There were 3 guys (workers) in the garage and they told me I had to park and go in, so I did. When I went in I wasn t greeted for almost 10 minutes. When I finally was the employee said the computer lied and they did t have my tire. He did call other surrounding Walmarts to check but they also didn t have. The Avon Walmart never answered their phone. I ended up going to Firestone

I called Walmart Auto Service Dept.-Avon to inquire if they had a specific set of tires in stock in the store to purchase. I was happy to hear they were available and got a same day appointment. The auto service dept. staff (George, Carlos, and another young man) were very helpful and professional from the time of my initial phone call to the time I left with my new tires. Thanks for the good customer service! ~CC

I went in for new tires and an oil change. Service took about twice the amount of time they estimated. The manager rang me up and forgot to add the tire road hazard warranty, which I had requested. The manager actually told me he recommends the warranty then he forgot to add it. I was informed that I didn't have the warranty when I came back to address a non-repairable puncture in my tire. Have to buy a new tire now because the manager made a mistake

Had to deal with a flat tire & thankfully was able to get it in to Avon Walmart first thing the next morning!! In and out in an hour! Even made it to my Dr appt in time.If you're reading this...... Tire/Roadside Protection for the win!! Especially since the cost of everything is outrageous.

Only took about 40 minutes. They always are very courteous and efficient. I've gone to Walmart for years and will continue do so.

Unfortunately I have to change my rating.Zero stars would be best.3 hours later come to find out they never changed both headlights correctly. One pointed up one pointed to the ground. Never replaced one of them at all. Also never put back all the clips and screws. What a mess. Went there to discuss basically they told me OH Well. Finally DID NOT NEED TO REMOVE MY FRONT END TO CHANGE THE LIGHTS. Customer service girl is terrible but the Mamager should be fired. DO NOT UTILIZE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY TWICE FOR SEVICE. Once there then once for it to be fixed again correctly. What a joke. Terrible Terrible people, Walmart should stick to groceries Service: Oil change

Very unpleasant experience, I ordered a set of tires because they were the cheapest option. When the tires arrived I went to the auto care department and the person who helped me didn't know what he is doing for the most part, but I waited never complained because he might be new or needs more training, after half an hour waiting they told me to come after 1 to 1:15 hours, then after I left about 15 min they called me and refused to install the tires because I have different size than the standard tires which I did change when I purchased the car at the car dealer ! And I have bee. Driving on those tires for more than 60K miles. Never again I will go there

Over the phone and in person at the counter the customer service was great. As for the act�al service, while they did perform the oil change they did not top off all of the fluids even though they put that it was done.

Horrible. The service at the car care was very satisfactory, but Walmart lost my tires, I spent hours on the phone, I will not go through WalMart.Com again. Very lazy people. Incredibly unprofessional. I had to tell the manager that the tires were delivered to the store. Get off the covid excuse, start earning your pay.

Got 2 new tires and they ruined the valve in the TPMS assembly, when I took it back to them they replaced the whole assembly with a non TPMS,so I got a warning light. When I called to complain they said they didn't have the TPMS type valve assembly s (which explains why they sent me on my way with out telling me they ruined it and then replaced it with the wrong one with out telling me. ) so I told them just give me my money back for mount &balance, which was almost enough to pay a real mechanic to do it right!

Terrible experience. I needed two new tires put on my car. They said to come back in an hour, so when I came back they said my battery was dead and the mechanic, Eric, said it was too cold for him to go outside and change it. I said why didn t you call me? They said they forgot . Only 1 kid, Daniel, was competent and showed great customer service, he went out and changed my battery and put the tires on for me. Thank God for him. Everyone else, awful! I ll never come back.

Ashley was a riot! Christopher changed my oil and answered a few questions about tire pressure. They promised 60-90 mins and had me on the road in only 40 mins. Very satisfied!

Went to get my oil changed at 11, got fast service they checked my tires and fluids and was out by noon. Not bad! Good price, customer service, and service overall.

Store would not use 5w30 oil in dead of winter bc oil cap says 10w30. But owners manual says 5s30 for winter. Aint the owners manual the bible? Sure is, but that would required them reading it lol. Too bad. Will go elsewhere. More lazy Americans..

Don't waste your time or money. They can't even change a turn signal bulb right. They put the wrong bulb in and than when it didn't work, they suggested it was an electrical problem. I went across the street to Auto Zone, not only did they get the right bulb they put it in for free. Lazy people working at this walmart auto center.

Very poor service 2hrs did not fix my tire leaking said that they put it in water tank showing no leak lost 18 pounds of air in 3 months did not brake tire down to ck corrosion on rim very poor service

I called the auto center the day before and they stated that they will be open. When I showed up in the morning, the manager stated that the employees didn't want to come to work today. So I had to drive another 20 miles to a different location.

I tried calling 3 times and the phone just rings. I called the main store number and had them transfer me, they never answered. When they do, they just hang up. Wal-Mart should follow-up on these stores and corporate should cold call as if they were an actual customer to see the troubles they have in stores.

They do take appointments.installed tires that i picked up at another Walmart 57 miles away due to other walmart three or more hour wait in chardon.
