Passing through town on way to Chicago with coolant leak. Was recommended to go to Superlube from the local AutoZone. So glad I found them and glad I used them. Fred had me in and out with the new part installed and leak fully repaired in 2 hours flat. When does that ever happen? I thought for sure I would have to stay the night and hope to get the car some time the next day. 2 hours flat and I was back on the road and made it to my destination that evening. Thank you Fred and the Superlube team for taking care of me and my vehicle. Please use Superlube in Avon, Ohio. They are a great team!!!Service: Auto water leak repair

Excellent service, recommend highly!My second trip to Superlube was even better. They worked with me to get four new tires and an exhaust. If you need repairs for anything take it to super lube in Avon those guys are fantastic!

Went there early am to get oil change and tire rotation on my newer car. Tires have good tread they just need rotated. Guy bringing car in states tires on my new car need replaced and a rotation would cause car to shake. So for $1200+they will address what just needs $25 tire rotation. Heard the guy on the phone with another customer quoting $1200 for car too. If you have $1200 go see these guys I'm sure they'll find something your car needs

I had an oil change and headlight bulb replaced. This location is always great. I called since I got off work early, they had everything completed within 20 minutes! I had called a similar place in Avon a few days ago to have this sevice done. They would not allow me to drop my car off and pick it up a few hours later. I will stick with Superlube!

Jim was amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable! They really do a good job and reasonably priced. They aren t like other places trying to get money from you. This was my first time here and is now my go-to place for my car. Went to AutoZone with the check engine light on. They guided us to SuperLube .. brought in our own sensors . Jim had the car repaired inunder an hour. This was by far the best mechanical experience we have ever had! Jim was very knowledgeable and was very friendly. If only we could get this great service at home in Michigan!! Thank you so much for getting us back on the road so we could finish our vacation!!

I requested an estimate online 4-1-2023. The confirmation stated I would hear back within 24-48 hours. I NEVER received any type of call back or email from this company. Such horrible customer service. I would never recommend a business that drops the ball the way Superlube has. Perhaps just needing an oil change and tire rotation doesn't rank as important enough to follow through with a new customer. Now, they will receive this poor rating. If there was a no star rating I would have used it.Think twice about using this company.

These guys are the best. I had my daughter with me and they put some cartoons on for her to keep her busy. They are efficient friendly and definitely cost effective. Will take my car there for future repairs and recommend others. Excellent service! We moved to the west side from the east side. So finding a new mechanic was a must. I grew up with a father owning his own gas station/auto repair shop/convenient store. So when he retired, I realized how spoiled I was not having to find a good mechanic for my car needs. Let me tell you, if you are having trouble finding a place to take your vehicles to, look no further. These guys are awesome! Jim and the guys are wonderful, skilled, honest professionals. I recommend them to everyone who needs a mechanic. We ve had many thingsdone. Our cars are older vehicles that needed some love. But thanks to Jim, are vehicles are safe and reliable again. I asked the tech to just a drive up lift and they hoisted it with a 4 point lift. My frame was rusty and comprised before but now it's not safe enough. It's not like they caused the corrosion but they didn't listen. That was the last oil change my Grand Marquis ever had. It was a tough car. RIP

Jim and his crew are awesome and we have received great service each time we have brought the cars in. They are fair and honest and do great work. We will definitely keep taking our cars there and will tell all our friends about Superlube in Avon. Very knowledgeable too and great pricing too. They were great, freindly, fast and efficient !! Very friendly and knowledgeable workers. Jose at the front desk was very nice and easy to talk to. Jim.the mechanic who worked on my car was very knowledgeable and talked to me about everything that was wrong, helped me understand what the problemswere and how they needed to be fixed and why. One of the best auto shop experiences I've ever had! James was one of the most knowledgeable and honest technician/managers I've ever dealt with. Better than fair prices, extensive explanation on possible services, and honestyon services we didn't need another shop told us we did. Fast service and they support veterans to boot! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have taken three cars to these guys and each time it has been a great experience. Jim has always been helpful and honest- not just trying to sell me on services that I don't need. One never wants to spend the time or money to take their car in to the shop, but Jim and his crew help make the experience a positive one, quality repairs for a good price, and they stand behind their work. I recommend them to my friends and family.

Overall, my experience wasn t horrible at Super Lube Avon, but there were a few things that definitely didn t sit well. Recently took my 2018 GMC Yukon there for a catback exhaust install. Prior to going there I called to get pricing, and was quoted around $120/hr for labor. Also told them I would be bringing my own parts and they said that wouldn t be a problem. When I dropped off my truck the guy at the counter said they would first look at the truck and estimate a final price then call me before starting the work. That never happened. The first phone call I received was to tell me my truck was done and they had to do some extra pipe work to make the exhaust fit. He kept saying he had never heard of this exhaust brand, but why should that matter if you re a professional auto body shop that advertises custom exhaust work on your website. A customer should be able to bring any exhaust, regardless of brand, and the shop should be able to install it without issue. When I picked up the vehicle they did show me the work they had to do and explained everything, which I appreciate but I still couldn t figure out why such extra work had to be done for a simple catback install. Of course the extra pipe work they claimed they had to do costed much more than I anticipated. Overall, the workmanship seemed to be good, but time will tell. I had higher hopes for this place, based on reviews and their claim of being a custom exhaust shop.Service: Exhaust

I have looked for a good honest place to service my car. Jim and his staff are top notch. They do great work fast and complete. The service is second to none. I have been going to SuperLube for many years. The service has always been great. This past experience at the Avon location was excellent. Jim the manager is very knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. He is one of the reasons I keep coming back. There prices are so much better than the car dealers and other automotive repair places.

I would highly recommend Superlube Avon. They are very professional and provide excellent service. I have visited them several times and I have never had a problem. Prices are very reasonable and you can just walk-in rather than make an appointment for basic services. One of my wind shield wipers broke and they fixed very quickly at a very reasonable price.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Always great service with integrity. On one occasion, I went in for a tire rotation and balance and would have easily paid for both; however, the attendant told me that one of my tires was still properly balanced. He checked another tire and told me that it was balanced as well and then subsequently told me there was no reason to get my tires balanced on that occasion. I then was only charged for a rotation instead of both a rotation and balance. And today, I went in to get a valve stem replaced on one of my tires and they told me, upon further evaluation, that the stem was good and that a small small piece of ice clogged it. They unclogged it and didn't charge me anything for fixing it. I offered to at least pay for their service and time and they told me not to worry about it. On yet another occasion, I watched an elderly lady ask for all kinds of service for her vehicle and they didn't take advantage of her. Instead, they told her that only half of what she requested was necessary and they fully explained why. Instead of this woman paying $300 for service that they could have easily done, they only did what was necessary, saving her about $150. This kind of integrity and character in a business service is greatly appreciated by me and their customers. I recommend you get your vehicle serviced there.

We had an issue with our car after driving through a deep puddle and stalling out. The engine wasn't working properly and had to get it towed in. I had called the Avon Super Lube and spoken to Jim before getting it towed getting it towed, and he actually tried to give me advice so that I wouldn't have had to bring the car in st all. Unfortunately, my engine was so full of water that it had to be brought in and worked on. Even so, Jim made a point of being ready for it as soon as it arrived and kept me updated the whole time. Very professional and customer-focused. It is always comforting to know when you have found a trustworthy autobody shop, and the Super Lube in Avon is definitely one of them.

I had recently installed a stainless steel bolt on muffler system myself and it needed some bolts tightened. Being on jack stands this was a huge pain for me as a home mechanic. I noticed that their website mentioned custom exhausts. I gave them a call and they told me to come in and they would have a look to see if they could tighten it up for me. They put the car up on a lift, grabbed a few wrenches, and tightened it all up for me. When I asked what I owed them they told me it was on the house. I was there for probably about 15 minutes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were up front and did not try and scam me into any services while I was there. I would definitely return in the future for any car needs.

The counter guy was friendly and the shop is pristine and looks professional. Service prices are mid tier when compared to other garages but when you get service their, the work seems professional, well done, and speedy so definitely a shop to consider of in the area. Their is definitely cheaper but you would compromise time or professionalism when it comes to other shops.

I go here regularly. Everyone is always nice. They never do anything without fully informing you of what needs done and how much it'll cost. Also, the prices are great. They're honest, affordable, fast, and friendly.
