This dealership is a joke. Never had a positive experience and will never return. They send me service offers via email with my specific vehicle type referenced and then claim to not be able to honor the offer because of the type of vehicle (a Chevy Tahoe that they reference in the actual offer). Then when explaining that they won t honor it they act like I m an idiot for expecting them to do so ($49.95 for oil change, filter change, and tire rotation, instead charge $90 for oil change alone and try to sell me $1,000 in new tires). I don t care about the money, it s the principal of it and the fact that it s a shady business practice. Others have told me to avoid this dealership and now I understand why. The guys at the service desk have the most condescending tone. If I could rate a negative number I would but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest possible.Adding to this review after further interaction with the scam artists in the service department when picking up my vehicle. Not only did they not honor the initial service offer but they tried to charge almost double what they quoted on the phone (they also lied about condition of tires like I don t have eyeballs). I asked that they opt out my contact info to ensure no further communication and they said they don t know how to do that. I ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review on anything but this service department is just a bunch of crooks looking to prey on customers, and I m now committed to bringing awareness so others can avoid falling victim to their shady business practices. Don t trust them.

I came in today just getting an idea what options I have. I wasn't really planning on finding anything, Just thought it doesn't hurt to try!There was one particular vehicle that I really love, I never thought I'd leave the lot with it today at the price I wanted. Not only where they professional friendly and extremely helpful, They seriously care and you can tell. My son loved them too LoLMost car dealerships are trying to just make money and you can sense that! But I did not get that feeling here. They were really trying to help me with my situation.... Divorce/Bankruptcy I'm telling you whatever you're going through they will help you!I even got 100,000 mi warranty, Also gap insurance and still in my budget as far as the car payment I wanted!I'M SO EXCITEDTHANK YOU GUYS SO SO MUCHBLESS YOU ALL MANNY IS AWESOME And the finance manager was so personable and friendly.My son loved looking at his Lego cars and talking to him!JUST REALLY REALLY GREAT PEOPLE SERIOUSLY

Matt Kordeleski, service advisor, was very attentive and professional. He processed me quickly and kept me informed as to what was happening with my car. There will be a need to order a part and to schedule a return visit. Matt also promised he would let me know when the part arrives and will follow up. When I drove into the garage, Matt and several other folks greeted me. When the appointment was completed, the car was power washed and ready to go for me. I was pleased with the service I received.

I will never choose another dealership! Before buying my car, I would take my husband's truck in for service and it was nothing but easy and fast every time! Bought my car yesterday and had the best experience with James Wood. Him and Martie Wood are my go-to salespeople from now on. Also, TJ in finance was fun and energetic and easy to talk to! I won't shop anywhere else!

I never felt pressured to buy anything and had everything clearly explained every step of the way. I will be back when my lease is up to do it all over again. Just purchased a 2024 2500 HD Silverado. They looked far and wide to find me the exact truck I wanted. Great group of sales people to buy from. Low pressure and great communication. This is the 5th different dealership I have purchased a new car from and by far the best. Would highly recommend trying them out. Martie my sales women was excellent!This was the 3rd Chevy dealer I went to this time and no one else could find the truck they did.Thank you!

I have serviced my car here and had some needed repairs. Service and communication is always good. But when i get my $100,000 car towed there for repair i think it would be a nice touch for it to be at washed at least upon pickup.

Matt at the service desk took very good care of me and my vehicle. I was able to see what needed to be done and the service tech that worked on my car was very informative and knowledgeable. Great people to work with.

Was happy with everything except diesel cooler replacement. I replaced it before bringing it to you for the new fuel line replacement which attaches to the diesel cooler. My feeling was the nipple was likely cracked by your mechanic when installing the new fuel lines; however, can t prove that.

I had a problem with "Engine Reduced Power"! I tried to accelerate, to pass a big, slow moving truck. The engine tachometer dropped to about 600rpm for just a moment. When I took my foot off the gas pedal, the car moved extremely slow!! There was an oncoming car and I had to stop and pull over behind the truck before I had an accident! I called Richard Banks right away and he understood the problem and advised me to bring the car in immediately!! He got me right in as soon as I arrived and had the car put up on a lift! They analized the problem and resolved it as soon as possible! I give Richard Banks a complete "Jumbs Up" for a job well done!!

I am happy with the Truck I purchased but not happy with the dealership. Agreed to price, everything was fine, but then they kept trying to add things underhanded. They tried to add $200 for pre-paid oil changes. Financial guy said "it comes standard with our vehicles" Even though I live an hour away and he knew it. The next page showed $200 fee for it. I refused to pay the $200 and they took it off, but its's very shady to tell a customer "It comes with the vehicle" (like it's free) and then on the next page there's a $200 fee. Also they would not leave me alone with the extended warranty. He lowered the price on it 3 times THEN came back a fourth time. Really did not like the finance guy on this. Basically trying to steal money.

Low oil pressure gauge warning on vehicle after sitting for several weeks. No prior issues with oil pressure and engine running very well. Brought vehicle in to evaluate the cause of the low oil pressure warning. Was called aprox an hour after bringing in the vehicle and asked if I wanted "a new engine" or "new vehicle". When challenging the service manager and technician, it was apparent that a oil pressure test was never completed to identify the cause of the issue. It was assumed that the vehicle needed to be replaced or a new engine installed. Only when I told the service manager that I was going to pick up the vehicle and take to a local auto repair facility was a true diagnostic done and a poor performing oil filter was the cause of the issue. This is the second similar situation that I have had at this dealership. Previously, I was having rough gear changes in the transmission and told that I needed a new transmission. When I took to another repair shop, they performed a diagnostic which identified a electronic controller which needed replaced. The difference of hundreds if not thousands of dollars. A observation on my visit to your dealership which I am sure you should be able to identify in your P&L reporting.....your losing business. The shop was nearly empty of vehicles that needed repair. Before becoming part of the Wahlburgh auto group, the repair shop was always full when I brought my vehicle in for service. Not any more and its obvious why. You need a regional and dealership GM that will actually lead and manage the various branches to provide the best customer experience possible. With that as a focus and a sharp eye on operational efficiencies, everyone involved will have a much better experience. No longer interested in your emails, phone calls, or any further correspondence.

I was traveling with my camper, and my differential overheated and failed. My rear axle was shot and needed replacing. I was scheduled to leave in only a few days. They were sympathetic to the situation and were able to expedite the repair, get another complete axle, and get the vehicle back to me with time to spare. It is an expensive repair, but it was within expected industry standards for a complete replacement. But I am happy and relieved to be able to continue my planned trip, as planned. Thank you, Wahlberg Chevrolet service.

I stopped by a few weeks ago and was treated incredibly well. Though I wasn t there to purchase a vehicle, their team was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them if you need a vehicle in the Cleveland area.

Yesterday one of you workers in the Columbus Ohio location harassed my daughter, running his mouth, making her feel uncomfortable and felt threatened and unsafe! Chuck was a very patient and wonderful salesperson . I had driven another brand for decades but so many family members raved about their Traverses, I had to try one for myself. I was sold on the Traverse with my first test drive. I picked up my adult children for back seat passenger opinions. They were comfortable in the rear captain seats and said they had plenty of leg room.The hardest part was deciding between the accessory options. Chuck took his time to show me all of the different options and was patient with my multiple trips deciding which package was right for me. I love my car and recommend Chuck as the sales person to find the car that is just right for you.

Mr. James Wood approached me as I arrived with such a pleasant aura. He questioned if I was there to see someone and I advised him if he was a salesman I was there to see him. From there the experience was great! I told him what I was looking for and gave him the car information I had researched. He listened to my concerns and assisted me in a kind and professional manner. I did not feel any pressure to purchase another vehicle. We were able to close the deal and I am happy with my vehicle. Every sales person should take a lesson from Mr. Wood when attempting to do their job. He put my concerns and wants first! Thank you Mr. Wood for making my car buying experience pleasant.

Well informed by the Service Department what was happening along with my oil change and tire rotation. Explained why they didn't fix the Recall Chip, etc; and said the Service Department will let me know when again I can bring it in.Received a letter in the mail earlier that it was available. All in all I was pleased.

Took my 2019 sierra at4 in for engine oil cooler lines on Saturday morning. The service advisor gave me a loaner silverado I wasn't expecting. The following Monday I received a call saying my truck was all done! Great service and hassle free. Thanks!!
