Knight and Shining Armor showed up on my Facebook feed one day. I saw what an amazing job they did on one of the Avon cop cars and said oooh so bright and shiny! I told my boyfriend about them and he got me a gift card for Xmas. Long story short, I forgot to use it and two years later when I finally went there to get a quote, John told me gift cards are typically only good for one year but he would give me a discount (which ended up being more than the gift card).I scheduled an exterior detailing for the following week and ended up purchasing a new jeep during that time and changed my appointment to a ceramic coating instead. I had lots of questions and John answered all of them and gave me plenty of suggestions/things to consider. I was on the fence about the warrantied/non-warrantied coatings but given that my new jeep just came off a dealer fleet and I keep it in a garage at home and at work, he told me I could easily get by with the non-warrantied coating with maintenance. I ended up going with the 3 year non-warrantied coating. I was so impressed that he was so transparent with me. Most people would try to upsell you on the 5 year warrantied just because it s more money in their pocket. The ceramic coating is definitely worth the splurge. My new jeep looks amazing - so bright and shiny just like I imagined! What was even more impressive was how easily dirt came off after driving in the rain. Basically all I did was pour some water on it after I got home and it pretty much slid right off. I couldn t be any happier with the service I received!John is such a great, honest guy! I wish every businessman were like him. Best customer service I ve ever experienced!

I had my 2019 Nissan Altima detailed yesterday, and I purchased the Winter Protection package. I am very pleased with how great my car looks inside and out. My car looks amazing, and I plan to return in the future. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

John was excellent at helping me through this process and answering any and all questions i might have. he did not simply try to sell me the most expensive or best product to make maximum $ on me. This company truly stands by their work and are doing things the right way. 10/10 recommend for your window tint needs. I ll be back with my next vehicle as well.

Had a major coffee mishap in our car. Couldn t find a place quick enough to clean the seats. Found Knight In Shining Armor right around the corner from our house. They did a remarkable job not only cleaning the seat stains but also completely cleaning our car. Even the windshield was spotless with no streaks in the Sun.Very detailed in their work. I highly recommend!

The combination of quality of work, friendly service, and affordable prices result in everything you could hope for when getting work done to your car. I have been researching places to take my truck for ceramic coating for the past year. I was finally ready to do it and my choice of place was easy. John is extremely knowledgeable and super kind. He took the time to answer all million of my questions and very thorough. I could tell that he is enthusiastic about what he does. I decided on the 10 year ceramic coating along with coating my wheels, and during the entire process he would send me pictures of his work in progress. The, when I picked up my truck finally, it was stunning! I couldn't believe how great it looked and wanted to stand there and admire it for as long as I could. I am so glad I finally got this done and looking forward to a beautiful truck for many years to come. I am so glad I had John do the work and I will definitely go back to do a few more things in the near future. Thank you John!

Great customer service and work. I had contacted them about tint for two cars. They were quick to message back and schedule me in right away. We had planned one car one day and the other the following day. They contacted me and asked if I could come in a month early, which was awesome with how busy they are. Not only did they get me in a month early, they even did both cars the same day. The cars look great guys, I appreciate your work.

I had a friend polish my Infiniti Q60 and he left swirls everywhere, read the reviews and took it here. Had a million questions John was very responsive and answered very timely. Had to reschedule because of some warranty work, but John was very friendly and had no problem working with me. Car turned out great! And it's black. Both my boyfriend and I got our cars done here. He got interior detailing, vacuuming, a paint repair (small scratches), and washing. I got my carpets ripped up and replaced because I spilled coffee all over my passenger side. Not only are they fairly priced, but they worked with me on a split invoice (paid 2 different weeks) so I could afford it.Now, let me tell you about their professional service. They got back to me in a timely manner and worked around my work schedule. They went over everything that would be done. Same with my bf s car done weeks prior to my service.My boyfriend s car looked BRAND NEW inside and out!! I m allergic to his dog whose hair was all over the car. Knight in Shining Armor magically erased almost all of the fur. I can now breathe in that car! They took great care in getting every crack and crevice inside, and polishing it until my bf could see his reflection on the outside during a particularly sunny day (dark colored car).If you want your car looking spic and span, look no further than Knight in Shining Armor to detail your car. John was very professional and informative of all services being offered. He offered options as to what would best suit the needs that I was looking for in an end result. He picked up and dropped my car off in a professional manner. Even delivered my car with a towel in hand to Touch up a spot if he missed it. He takes pride in his work, and it shows. Required some paint correction and brought my car in to John, was very professional and honest about what he could do. Pricing was fair and he committed to having the work done same day, even offering to stay late to get it done. Ended up getting the exterior detailed as well and car looks brand new. Great service. My 2017 Infiniti Q50 needed some work done but when I picked it up today I could not believe how great it looked. Like it just came off the showroom floor. I wouldn t recommend this place. Took 11 hours to detail my car. I get inside it and there are crumbs all over the inside. Wasn t cleaned at all! Charged us 300 dollars! Total rip off! Never again would I ever use this guy!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing
