I can not thank Ernie s Autobody enough, my quote was delivered to me with an hour or two. The work was precise and beautiful. They worked with my insurance company and was honest about how the process was going. They are always fantastic. We have been going to them since forever. They do great work and are easy to work with. They also recently started detailing cars and did a great job on mine making it look new again. With two young kids and a dog that is no easy feat.

While dealerships would have taken advantage of me, Ernie s was honest, fair and kind when diagnosing my engine problem saving me thousands of dollars with an easy, simple solution. I had the pleasure of working with Jim. He was very professional and informative. He gave me an excellent opinion and a lot of information for bumper repair. When our favorite auto body closed, we were nervous to find another trustworthy facility. We are SO glad we found Ernie's!! They are professional and extremely dedicated to their customers. I recently bought a car and in not my best moment backed into a pole and completely ruined my bumper. I did some research and found Ernie's. He sold me on using his shop. He's very personable and knows his craft. Also, for this being my first time filing an insurance claim he was helpful and talked me through the process. It went exactly as laid out and my car looks great. You cannot even tell there is a new bumper on it! He even fixed a dent on the door I didn't notice until we went for an estimate. Great service.

My car looks better now than it did before I took it in to Ernie s!! They handled everything for me and made my experience as easy as possible for me!! The staff is very knowledgeable and you would never know my vehicle was in an accident! I will definitely continue to use Ernie s Auto Body for all my vehicle needs!!

No one I trust more with my, or my fam/friends vehicles. They just did a quick, yet amazing job installing the parts I ordered to beef up my Wrangler. Fair, honest, trustworthy. I highly recommend to everyone

I ve used Earnie s for a few repairs and like them a lot. They do great work and take pride in it. They coordinated with my insurance so I didn t have to and repaired my vehicles quickly. Earnie, Brian and Hannah are great! Definitely recommend them!

Absolutely one of the best shops in Cleveland. Bryan, Ernie, and staff take incredible pride in their work and it shows. Happy workers make happy customers and you can trust them with anything from simple work to your fanciest exotic and know it gets done right (and well).

Had these guys work on fianc�es Nissan Sentra after it was hit in the back bumper and quarter panel. Everyone was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. They do very impressive work and it s done in a timely manner. Strongly recommend using these guys.

Brian was amazing to work with! So quick and efficient too. He made an ugly scratch disappear and kept me in the loop the whole time! I would highly recommend this shop and the incredible workers any day of the week!!!

Ernie's was a pleasure to deal with, they have been doing auto body a long time and know the ropes so that you don't have to guess. They repaired my daughters car and it looks like new! I highly recommend them!

Quickly installed a license plate holder on my Michigan bought Civic. Car wasn't legal to drive in Ohio! Personable, professional and reasonably priced. Recommended

He explained everything that he knew that needed to be done and that there was a possibility of more work that can't be seen at first glance. He went above and beyond with his work and did is extremely quickly. I'm very happy i went here and will continue to go here!
