Highly recommend! They don t work off commission and don t try to over-sell you things you don t need. Also, will beat prices anywhere else. Just show them the add. Great experience. Guys are very friendly and helpful.

A few days ago I blew a tire out right by the store in Avon, OH. I pulled my car in and they jumped at the chance to help me. The guys were all so friendly, not just to me but to every single customer that came in. Their service seemed so good as they told each customer their wait time and got their cars right into the bay. It was amazing. I wish they offered more services than just tires. Kudos, to the guys at the Avon, OH location. Great job.

Great experience! I didn't catch the names of the people who helped me but I don't think it matters. From the looks of it everyone there is hardworking, respectful and team players. I would definitely recommend.

Service was on point! I originally came here because I had a screw in one of rear tires and needed them to look at it. Derek had me covered and was outstanding! He ordered the tire for me right off the bat and I had a brand new tire a few days later. Derek, you the man!!

Salesmen can be a bit deceiving, slip in warranties without you knowing and don t honor price matches without finding a way to lessen the price difference. Also found oil stains on my white leather seats

Very nice location and great prices. John was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me in a way that made sense. On a day where it felt like things were crashing down around me a little bit, it was nice to feel like John understood and was very helpful and compassionate.

I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I just HAD to give a shout-out to Discount Tire in Avon. Checking my tire pressure was a straightforward process, which was appreciated. Apparently I caught a nail, which I hadn't noticed any time I checked the pressure myself, so they patched it for FREE....and with the quickness! Thanks, guys!

My husband thinks that they have the best tire prices in town, and that may be true. However, the last two times I took my car there for their suggested routine maintenance, I had problems. The first time, the tires were rotated but not balanced, and just this past Saturday, they pulled off a piece of exterior trim while putting my car on the lift. Yes, they apologize and fix the problem, but it is an unnecessary waste of time for me. Not happy.

Purchased 4 brand new tires based on the rebates offered. They sent me a credit card with a $80.00 credit balance. Used it once for a $7.00 purchase and each time I attempted to use it the card was rejected at 5 different businesses. Do not trust their rebates just do yourself a favor and purchase your tires from a reliable business like Costco's or Sam's club where their rebates are immediately taken off your purchase price!

Today 2/3/24, after a total fiasco at BJs Tire Center in Avon (basically they didn't tell me ahead of my appointment that they didn't have my tires in stock so I wasted my time driving all the way out there and in addition to that, trying to get a refund was like rocket science as the customer service reps there had no idea what they were doing), I headed to Discount Tire a few miles away. The tires I needed was at another one of their locations, but they were able to get all four of them delivered in about 2 hours. Then it was about another half hour for them to get the tires installed. The customer service was impeccable, they let me know exactly what to expect and assured me that the tires would be installed same day. They even give you a link to track the progress of your tire installation. I got there early and actually watched as two young men worked quickly to get my tires installed. There were at least 5 other techs there in the shop and they were all hustling and working hard getting cars in and out. The reps at the counter were awesome. Yes, I paid about what BJs was going to upcharge me (while the tires I ordered supposedly wasn't in stock, of course BJs had more expensive ones available that would cost me $150 more), but for the customer service, tracking link, quality tires and protection plan - it was all worth it. I found a new favorite in Discount Tires

Staff were extremely nice and efficient. In and out for a scheduled tire rotation in about 10 mins. Beverages and clean bathroom available. Will most likely go back to purchase tires in the future. Very thankful that tire rotations are complimentary.

Went in because my two rear tires had nails in them causing slow leaks and they took my car right away and got them repaired quickly. Tech comes out and hands me keys and says I m all set but I question him because I hadn t been chased out yet and he says that they provide FREE flat tire repair service on any tire even if it wasn t bought there! I will absolutely be using them for my tire purchase when the time comes!!

Went in for a last minute replacement of my tires. Took me in the same day with a great price. The service time I was quoted ended up being about 45 minutes off, but they were very apologetic and offered a small discount. Overall was great and would be back in the future.

Y all didn t put my old tires in my truck. Get back to me and give those tires back so I can fix this review.UPDATE: They did reach out the next day to give me back the tires.Service was friendly and probably just about as fast as possible, considering how many people they served. The only reason it s 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to drive back and forth with 2 children under 2 years old 2 extra times because they forgot my tires in the first place. But other than that, it s a year later and no complaints about tire quality.

Always trying to upsell you on things you don't need. Ordered 4 new tires, was told they would contact me when the tires were in...they never did. I had to follow up myself.When I made it to my appointment, the waited 30 minutes to bring my car in and after the 1 hour they said it would take was up...a shop employee notified me that they had trouble finding my tires.I'd recommend going somewhere else where they value customer service.

I had a nail in my tire went to this shop in Avon The guy comes out says u need new tires all the way around . So I said I will purchase two now When they got done they had not taken the tire with nail off The manager comes out telling me I did not ask for that I say that s why I came here he says well I will give u a tire never the less a few days later I notice it s the same tire that was on there with the nail awful servic Please don t be tricked by these guys I wish I could give zero stars Chris the manager had the worst attitude ever ..He acts like he is talking to a his kids while I m sitting there two complaints come in horrible service I will never visit another one of these stores again They trick people an DO NOT DO THE WORK U PAY THEM FIR WATCH THEY WORK

The whole team at Discount Tire did a great job swapping tires from my old wheels onto my new rims. They were very professional and did not get a single scratch on them, thank you to Derek and his team. Ryan is an awesome tech and made quick work of the job. Will definately be back!

Discount Tire has once again gone above and beyond. I had a flat tire on my lawnmower, I was concerned I'd have to buy another one or an expensive plug kit. I called, and without hesitation they said bring it in, if we can safely plug it, we will. Not ten minutes later they were done with it, they even cleaned the tire.I have visited Discount Tire for my tires for several years now and I have yet to be disappointed. Customer service is quick and polite, prices are better than competitors and their work is top notch. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone I meet. Flawless.

Walked into Discount Tire today after contacting my local dealership for a screw in my tire. Dealership couldn t get me in for few days. Derek S. was my salesperson, and was great! Explained what my options were and got me taken care of quickly. Thank you for taking care of my tire issue when the dealership couldn t get the job done for a service they sell along with the tires I bought from them!! You have gained another returning customer!!

Decent tire place, they do not price match well and they only do tires. The manager was nice and did give us a bit of a discount due to a bolt being broken during the process. However, now I have to go to another place tomorrow and pay more to get said bolt replaced. You can watch the entire process happen through the window while they are changing tires.

They close at 6pm, and they stayed open just to help me out. I thought I had one tire blow out, but another tire was busted too. They were honest, and SO FAST! They are so kind, and truly just want to make sure you are getting the best deal the safest way. They got me in and out within an hour for two hours. I got two new tires for under $300. Extremely grateful for them!!

Noah was rude and made me feel stupid as if I didn t know what I was talking about when I purchased my tires. Drove 45 minutes to get these just to feel insulted. Don t think I ll be purchasing anything from here again.

Used them before with good results. This time was not good. Planned 3 days prior by selecting tires, making an appointment and was given a certain time to arrive. As I'm driving there, I get called to be told, only 3 of the 4 tires are in stock and it will be 3 hours until tire can arrive. They mention the tire brand and turned out they were not even the brand I ordered and are more expensive. So I ask for the original tires only to be told they are not in stock. But they will put tires on and I can return the next day and get the correct tires.I'm sorry, this shouldn't be a 2 day process, with 2 tire changes involved. Then to have the degree of disorganization that they had.Since they don't do alignments, caused more issues and phone calls to cancel my alignment appointment too.Was disappointed in this. So 5 star last time and 1 star this time, I'll give them a 3 overall.

Another great experience with the Avon Discount Tire. I got a flat and had my car delivered to their location on a flat bed yesterday shortly after they closed. Chris was still there and told me to come first thing in the morning and they'll get me out quickly. True to his word, Chris got my car into the bay and 20 mins later, I was out the door.Always appreciate the conscientiousness and top notch service of the folks that work at this location as well as the different Discount Tire locations I've used in cities where I used to live.

There's not a better tire shop in my experience. Very quick and haven't made one error, always doing great work. Derek at Discount Tire is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made me a repeat customer.

Had a appointment for 2:30 for a leaking tire, the guy on the phone said if I got there earlier like 1:30 the would try to squeeze me in so I got there around 1:20 they never pulled my truck in till 3:09 I left there at 3:52 needless to say that the wait really sucked.

Derek first took care of me and another gentleman helped me when I arrived for my new tires. Not only do I love the tires but the installation and checkout was fast, informative, and left me feeling good about my purchase
