I had been putting off work on my vehicle since it is so difficult to find a mechanic you can trust. I heard about this place from a friend of mine and they got me in right away. The owner and the front desk staff was very kind, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I will definitely have them service my vehicle from now on.

Brought car in for "courtesy" alignment inspection. We talked about price if alignment was required. I waited for results. I was told "it" was done and I owed $91.00 ? I was quite shocked for the price of a courtesy inspection. The counter person was handed a coupon for courtesy work before car ever entered work area. On the receipt it states No courtesy inspection needed at this time ! Where did they get that information from ? Not me, that was the purpose of my visit. That entry was also noted on the final tech order. I did not authorize the alignment as I was waiting the result of the inspection to see what if anything was needed. I should have been informed of the results of inspection and given a work order for services and price. I had other options for inspection but chose Christian as it was fairly new to me. This was my first and last time to use their services...

It was my first time at this company and I can t find the words to express how relieved I am to find such trustworthy and reliable gentleman! Everyone was very kind and courteous, the gentleman up at the front desk was very thorough and answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand given my very limited knowledge on vehicle maintenance. I took my Lincoln in to change the break pads, but they discovered a whole slew of issues that helped me determine the car was no longer worth keeping and they only charged me $30 for the check. A very nice gentleman also took me too and from work as part of their shuttle service! It was so unexpected and I am pleasantly surprised that they offered such an amazing service. They truly live up to their name and I hope once I m able to afford a new vehicle that I can become a life long customer. As a woman with limited car knowledge, it s always a concern that I ll be scammed out of money, but the way they took their time explaining everything and how gracious and generous they were, they can take all my money for all I care!!! I know I ll be getting a good deal and what s safest. Overall I can t recommend them enough and hope to see their business continue to thrive God-willing!!

I had to take our car in for a repair. The quote was accurate far less than dealership. We took a second car in for an oil change. Both interactions were prompt and professional. Additionally, the staff was not only knowledgeable but friendly but respectful towards a female. The building is clean as is the bathroom.

After not having the best experience at another business, Christian brothers came highly recommended. They surpassed the expectations. Their customer service is excellent, and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. Our car is back up and running and we are extremely happy.

We've been coming to Christian Brothers for years now. Service the good old fashioned way...courteous, trustworthy, good value. Everyone there is always pleasant, polite and helpful. Thorough and transparent explanation of all services suggested/required, including photos. Regularly go above and beyond to provide great service. In this day and age, it's nice to have someone that still takes pride in their work and the service they provide.

Top notch customer service. The staff at Christians Brothers stand behind their work. I brought my Toyota Rav 4 in for a general inspection Oct 2023. I was told that I needed struts and rear brake service. Soon after, my car started squeaking when turning the wheel. Christian Brothers replaced my struts a second time, and again I had the same problem. I had my car in and out a few times trying to diagnose the problem. I was growing frustrated as you can imagine. Finally, I spoke with David, the service manager, and he took my complaints seriously and got to the bottom of it. David upgraded my struts to original factory parts at no cost to me. David even went as far as to deliver my car to my job...all the way in Cleveland! I even had gift cards and a hand written card from Christian Brothers waiting inside my car. I've been to a lot of repair shops in my life, and most of them treat women terribly and try to overcharge them. Not Christian Brothers. Christian Brothers and their staff have incredible customer service and goes above and beyond to make things right for their customers. I will not go anywhere else. Make your appointment today, you won't regret it.

Just went to this location for the first time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Went as far as offering to shuttle me back to my residence so I wouldn t be late for work after dropping off my car. Reasonably priced as well. Would highly recommend their services!

These guys are a true blessing! They worked on my 2015 ford fusion and they were amazing. They kept me informed every step of the way even when having to keep my car a little longer and were very kind as well. As far as the work, I needed maybe the worst suspension work! Well, to me. Brakes, rotors axles, shocks struts all the above and then some and did an oil change now my baby runs amazing and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart! I will absolutely travel to Avon even for just oil changes! They have a loyal customer now. Very thorough and details during the diagnoses of my vehicle. Shuttle to take care of the ride to or from work due to the inconvenience. The opposite of what you would typically expect from a trip to the mechanic. Headacheless if you will!

I did pay around 1600$, for absolute nothing. Came to them for ceck engine , heat gage going to the red zone sometime. They did find that one of control arm was broken . They fixed it for around 350 . On the ceck engine issue, they sad that the oxigen sensor fuses were bad, they replace them . They ceck the diagnose for the heat gage. They said it was normal. The issue wasn t fixed because the gage was still doing that sometime. I end it up to replace the thermostat by myself and the issue was fixed. When back to them to tell them my ceck engine was still on . They wanted to charge me another 250$ for a new check engine diagnostic. They don t give u any warranty on their work. Thought they are the best , but I figure it out now .they want to charge u as much is possible on testing the car . In 4 month they wanted to test my car twice for the same issue, which wasn t resolved from the beginning . Those diagnoses are not cheep. I had to pay around 500 dolors for diagnosing my car .I m not going back to be charged another 250 for a new check engine diagnoses . Isiah, Dave and team were great to work with at 5:30 pm on a Friday night. Amazing service! Last minute appt. Very kind, drove me to work. Sent me info on what was found (with pictures) and I chose what I wanted done. I was made aware of all the costs ahead of time. I needed new tires and Christian Brothers told me to call Discount Tire to get an appt to get the tires put on - then THEY shuttled my car over there, got my tires put on, then shuttled it back for my alignment - and ALL IN ONE DAY while I was at work. The are very honest and don't gouge you. ALSO - there's an AAA discount! After this amazing service, I had to drive from Avon Lake to New Hampshire the next day - and it was a joy. I felt SO much safer. I have already told everyone that will listen about Christian Brothers, and I will never go anywhere else again!

In a two week span, they did a full rear brake job and engine flush, they even called multiple dealerships for me to see if the dealership would get me a new engine, they are pricey, but you get what you pay for .honest people, good work, and they have a car service to pick you up and drop you off .you could go somewhere else and get subpar work done for cheaper, but why! This is the only place I will go now to get my car and my wife s car serviced!Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair

Would not recommend. They charged me $150 for a safety check (we are heading to Washington state). The report came back and said they did not take my car out for a test drive, when I asked about it, he told me they did not take it out because I didn't say there was a noise - confusing but I give them grace. They recommended an oil change, which I knew would be the case: charged me $80. I asked if they could give me a discount on the $150 safety check since the oil change comes with complimentary checks on certain things on the car. No discount. Christian brothers said they topped off all fluids on the car. They also said I had a gasket leak and recommended the $400 repair. I declined.Later, we took my car to a trusted truck mechanic friend (he's a 25min one way drive from us, that's why we initially went to Christian brother. I do appreciate their free shuttle rides to and from my home while my car is being serviced), he said the gasket was not leaking, he also topped off fluids for us (did Christian brothers miss some? I don't know), replaced a break light (Christian brothers didn't find? Or the break light gave out within 4hrs of getting my car back from christian brothers), he also found that some animal was stashing acorns under the car, cleaned that up. $25.Christian brothers, if you're going to use Christ in your name, please do better.

I like this place! Make an appointment -they send you a text immediately after you book it. They text you when they start and finish your car. If local they can offer a shuttle to/from your home. Friendly staff and clean waiting room. Service is good and quick service!
