Had my car towed in on a Saturday (at the suggestion of another shop that didn't do transmission work).Estimate was texted to me by 8:15 Monday morning! Repairs were completed same day.Price was extremely reasonable.All around an excellent experience.Friendly staff.Annie's Auto turned a painful experience of a brok down car into a "wow, that was quicker, easier, less expensive than I thought" experience - I highly recommend their shop.

Moved to the are on January second 2nd a little over a week later my starter went out. Had the car towed to Annie s after seeing their reviews and one quick phone call. They were easy to work with, fats with the repairs and the price was lower than I had potentially expected it may be. I was back on the road in less than 24 hours. Will be my go to for any auto repairs in the future. Thank you!

Courteous and friendly staff. Easy to make an appointment. Had basic wheel alignment done here. I waited while service was done. It went quick likely because I had an appointment early in morning. They have a nice waiting room with WiFi access.

I read reviews about this business and thought I would give them a chance with my vehicle. I'm glad I did. They gave me a competitive price, had me bring the vehicle in the same week, and completed the work on time. I will recommend Annie's to friends and neighbors. Give local businesses a shot

Tried to rip me off cost me money 100 percent and lossI brought my vehicle in to get the brake pads changed and an oil change. The mechanic only checked the brake pads by using a pie bar and trying to apply to see what was going on, and told me that a caliper happened to be bad after that, they tried to have me purchase a caliber because the caliber filled and then I took the vehicle to 4 dealership underneath my warranty to cover to calibers and breaks for free for service verified. There are nothing wrong with the calibers. It just needs to set up brake pads. So I would have paid all that money by taking the false advice of this shop and waste it all my time. And my vehicle's out of service for 2 days at least 3 days. Because of a person that doesn't know what they are doing. I am not happy and they did not know that. I am a Google reviewer and they are getting the worst review ever. I almost got ripped off and I did get ripped off. Cause I'm out of a vehicle and now they get a bad review and I do not remove them. Doesn't matter what they say. I'll give you all the proof and evidence. I'll submit the Ford service contract. That says there's nothing wrong with the calibers at all. And there's nothing they could say about it. They did wrong and they tried to charge me for it and I lost. Do not recommend this shop at all. Do not know what they are doing, do not go there.

So happy to share about our experience at Annie's!We had been long time customers of another auto repair shop nearby, but because of time constraints and scheduling, we decided to try Annie's Auto when one of our cars was having issues. We were able to get in same day, the staff was professional, honest, joyful and had great communication. It's so refreshing to find an auto business that treats their customers with such integrity. Our issue was resolved quickly and we couldn't have asked for a more positive experience!!! After hearing an add for months on the radio, our only regret is that we didn't switch to Annie's sooner! We will be back, THANK YOU!

I found Annie's auto and when I found it, it was the best find ever! These guys take professional to a whole nother lever. Making me feel heard, understood and making feel like i matter they treated me like family and solved EVERY SINGLE ISSUE I had with the car. GO TO ANNIE'S YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!! Their location across from Veranda Bistro on Detroit Rd was easy to find. I really appreciated their transparent pricing system, which was available through their web portal and included itemized costs for both parts and labor. They included pictures of the current state of my brakes and air filters, which gave me peace of mind that they were thorough in their assessment. Annie's Auto completed an oil change and brake service for me, and they came in under the estimated price, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend Annie's Auto for their professionalism, transparency, and excellent service.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

We are so thankful for Annie s! My 2008 van has very few problems, but last week the water pump went out! I was getting ice cream with my kids and called just to ask what it might be, etc. but we had work done on the coolant lines at another shop and were having it towed there first to see if it was still under warranty. The next morning I received a text message asking if the van was being worked on and if I needed anything else. The text came after I d received the exorbitant estimate from the original shop. I texted the person with the estimate and he let me know they could do the job for MUCH less. Annie s employee arranged a tow from the original shop, kept me up to date on what was going on with the van and had it finished by the next day! They didn t just care about the business, but about me as a customer. The price was 1/3 that if the original estimate AND I got a delicious peanut butter chocolate chip cookie upon pickup. I will be telling everyone I know about Annies!!!

Annie s is fantastic! Corry is attentive, informed, and beyond friendly. He handles customers and parts deliveries with ease. I was so impressed with the Tekmetric system for showing vehicle concerns and that Annie s reports to CarFax...allows for easier maintenance tracking and ups the value of my vehicles. Their work is top notch and reasonably priced. Theres always a BMW or 2 around the shop, and as a BMW enthusiast...follow the BMWs! Those shops know what they're doing. The owners have a fantastic thing brewing here and excited to see their success with Annie s. Although they are fairly new, they operate like a well-oiled machine! Hate to even mention this, but exterior of building is a bit unassuming. Please disregard. I can only imagine there are plans for a facelift as well.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Quality work, fast service, experienced techs. They have reservations and loaner cars if you call ahead which makes it easier to get work completed.
