I want to thank Robert Murphy for going above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted! I have purchased many vehicles in the past from many different dealerships and I have to say I am not one yo write a review but he deserves to be noticed. I have never had an experience purchasing a vehicle as I did with Robert. I felt like a friend was helping me purchase my vehicle. The experience was the best I've ever had. Being a woman walking into a dealership always made me feel like I was going to get ripped off the second I walked through the door. This dealership was different and I really appreciate you Robert for making what I expected to be a stressful situation not stressful at all. I enjoyed the whole process. You are golden for that dealership and they are lucky to have you. I will be back and I will send everyone I know that's looking for a vehicle to you. I bought a 2023 Explorer from this dealership after going to 4 other Ford dealerships. They were so willing to help and actually found the exact car in the color I wanted. This type of service was non-existent at the other dealerships. The other places just said, "This is what we have on the lot." Nick Mayer's sales staff took 2 days to find me the perfect car.I truly appreciate the excellent customer service!

The team at Nick Mayer Ford West in Avon Lake is top notch. From the friendly and helpful sales associate when I purchased my car to all service requests and interactions with associates over the phone and at the service desk they are 5 stars. Shoutout to service advisor Manning and driver Ryan for going above and beyond. The complimentary Pickup & Delivery service is also a great benefit. Thank you!

Dont buy from here or have your car serviced. I bought a 2010 fusion from here. A week after getting it the brake pedal went to the floor. When I took it back they said they would vacume bleed it. For $178. They said it was fixed so I picked it up and still to the floor. I took it back again and they wanted $1200 to fix it.

It's small for a dealership. It's the only one I've ever been at that doesn't have a showroom! Sales-person wasn't very enthusiastic or attentive either.

I had the pleasure of buying a car from Nick Mayer Ford West yesterday. My Salesman Jake H. was FANTASTIC! I never felt pressure and I felt like he listened to me. I drove away feeling like a got a great deal on my new car and a phenomenal deal on my trade. Definitely the place to go!! The purchasing process was a breeze too. The office was small but thatmade it feel more comfortable and not so overwhelming like the cold intimidating dealerships BUT, the vehicle selection was still great, any make/model color you wanted. Zach, my salesman and Alex plus the rest of the team were amazing!!!!!!! Even with them being busy they took the time to keep in contact through text and calling about all of my questions. This was my first big car purchase through a dealership and they worked with me on every aspect of the sale, made me feel extremely comfortable, which usually dealerships do not do with a young female, walked out with an amazing deal on a car I will love for years and trading in my old car. 10000% recommend to everyone, i am so happy!!! My experience was horrible, if I didn't sign the contract, trust me I wouldn't even go back. I told them I kept feeling some shaking in my car and they told me it was fine, now keep in mind I only had the car for not even 2 months. Then they said they changed out the tires but come to find out that they are used tires, then they stated It was fine, but I took it to another mechanic and they stated that my tires have never been balanced after I was told they were.then I called them again and they blew me off and never called me back but needless to say I had to come out of pocket to get a full diagnostic on my car plus get my tires balanced front and back plus I find out I have a bent rim but these guys still stated that all was good, trust me after I pay my car off I will not I mean not getting a new one or referring anyone to them plus I'm putting this up on social media so that everyone can see the treatment that one gets for buying a vehicle from them and they still haven't called back.

Made an appointment to see a used vehicle on Friday. Saturday morning they confirmed the appointment. I arrive only to be told the car was sold. They could have contacted me and told me so to save me a trip. I bought a vehicle at a different dealership.

Just great customer service! A rare commodity these days. I ve had to take my Bronco Sport there twice and everyone there could not have been more friendly and accommodating. When I get a new Ford, I m going to these folks!

A great place to buy a car or get service! But beware, besides cars you will see quite an array of deceased animals! Deer, Moose, coyote and even a squirrel, if you look hard enough, decorate the salesroom. *Service calls always send you home with a freshly washed car!

Referred to Kowalski Ford by a friend and coworker, great experience and very honest sales staff. Kevin (our salesman)searched the area for the fusion we were looking for and found 1 in less then a day. I highly recommend Kowalski and will buy future fords from them. P.S. love the "in God we trust" slogan on the license plate frame

Very dissatisfied! I had my vehicle serviced and when the vehicle was returned, the entire wiper blade assembly was missing on the trunk. I spoke with Larry, the parts manager, about my issue and he told me that there was nothing he can do. In addition, when my vehicle was serviced the wrong shade of color mirror was put on. So I have to go up there again. I called back up to the dealership and spoke with Larry, and he started to argue with me, telling me that he can't do anything. Eventually, he said he would talk to his boss. Larry never called me back. When I called up there, Larry was busy and would return my phone call. He never did. Poor management on his side.

I took my 2004 Ford F150 with 238,000 miles to Kowalski Ford in Avon Lake Ohio for vibration as highway speeds.The did a thorough job of balancing and rotating my tires, but also quick checked my alignment, brake pad wear, and tire tread depth remaining.Same day service was painless and effortless.Thanks to everyone at the dealership for giving back to me the ride quality I deserve and expect.

Excellent service. My salesman, Kevin, took a lot of time with me to ensure I got everything I wanted on my Edge. Everyone at Kowalski is so nice, with great customer service. The dealership is small and feels very homey . No hustle and bustle. Personalized service. I LOVE MY EDGE!!

I placed a $1000 deposit on a vehicle to purchase, which was then accidentally sold. Had a discussion about the vehicle all day up until around 3:30 and was led to believe the vehicle was available. The money was charged to my credit card. Around 8:00 in the evening received a call from the general sales manager stating the vehicle was already sold. That s bad business and I will not be back.

Service department is great. The crew that is there are fantastic. sales is also great I will buy from them again Now since it has changed owners i am not rating them at 5 stars i am changing down to 2 starts had my wife flex in for oil change July 5th now July 22 the check oil light come on now was the oil really changed from the last oil changed now had the coolant flush and checked the coolant tank it is dirty inside now was the coolany flushed new coolant added ?? never had to worry before the changed ???? I hope they correct the problem will update after next visit
