Dissatisfied with the customer service at victory Honda. I ll first start by saying Gabe was great but we could not come to agreement with the manager (Don t remember his name). We did an online trade in value through Honda for our vehicle came back $27,300. We brought it in to be offer $19,500. It has 2 previous accidents that have been fixed (they valued it as rough condition). The truck is in perfect shape (see photos). He then tried to move number around to make it appear as if he was giving more for my trade in but had to buy other add ons. I asked about the military or recent graduate $500 discount and was told now we re just pinching pennies. I ended up saying I know the truck is worth more, I ll sell it and come back. A few days later ganley of mentor bought the truck from me for 26,500 and listed it for sale for 30k. I screen shot a lease deal that Honda was doing and sent it to victory. I was given reasons why they could not do the deal but could probably get close. I sent the same thing to Bianchi Honda in Erie. In a matter of hours Beanchi Honda got back to me and said we could do the exact deal on the Honda site. Get this they also asked if I had military or recently had graduated. They also added some other upgrades for me. I would love to keep my purchase local but unfortunately we were not able to. We drove out and picked up our new Honda from Beanchi in Erie and was pleased with the service.

Victory Honda has been our go-to for many years. They've always been upfront and supportive with our decisions. Was a rough decision for me to move down to a smaller vehicle after so many CRV's... Gabe and Scott walked softly with me as I let go of my CRV and stepped into an Accord. Now on our fifth purchase from Victory Honda. Couldnt ask for a better team to work with!

Had a wonderful experience with Victory Honda s service department the other day! They were able to get me in quickly. Did a wonderful job coordinating with the extended warranty company. Also made sure I had a ride home and back again to pick up my vehicle. Can t say enough about how they were able to get things done and quickly. Thank you so much to Brian for all his help!!

went to victory honda in austinburg and with the help of kevin he got me into this 2021 honda! he helped me make it work with not the greatest credit & worked with what i had to put down & went above and beyond to get me into this nice vehicle! he worked hard in making this work for me and i appreciate all he did to get me and my family into a new , nice & safe vehicle. will be going back to him for my next one , amazing customer service!

I went to Victory Honda just to see what my options were for a trade in on my Honda Civic. I am so thankful for Kevin helping me out & getting me into a safer vehicle for the winter. I love my new 2020 Jeep Cherokee. Kevin is AMAZING! He has a very kind soul & he knows what he's talking about. Great personality! I had a family friend who was having issues with connecting her phone to her car. I got a hold of Kevin & he had her come right in & took care of her. If you're looking to get into a new/used vehicle Kevin is your guy. Thank you so very much!

Just purchased a preowned 2019 HondaCivic that was well maintained and recently serviced by dealer. Sales group were busy attending to customers and although my normal salesman was not available when I arrived the sales manager stepped in to helped with my test drive and eventual purchase. This is a no pressure atmosphere and recommend checking these folks out for vehicle purchase. Look up Mikey Teed in sales. Keep you posted on my upcoming service experience!Satisfied Mark

I purchased a 2024 Civic Touring at the end of March from Victory Honda. I also want to state I RARELY post reviews. The sales member I was connected with, Mikey Teed was great. Personable and knowledgeable and just a pleasure to interact with. I don't have anything bad to say about him. However, the GM over there (Michael Patrick) was very condescending and just overall I had an uncomfortable experience with him. I requested multiple times for him to remove the add-ons I stated clearly that I did not want. There was also a $1.5K charge added on to the MSRP for the "pro pack" which was not included in the website description or on the window sticker. I was informed this could not be removed. He also tried to lowball me on my trade-in big time. I'm appreciative for the experience I have dealing with dealerships otherwise I'm afraid I would've paid a lot more for the vehicle. Overall, I can't say I would consider Victory Honda in the future when looking to purchase a vehicle which is unfortunate.

If they knew they were unwilling to negotiate on the price of a new vehicle why not just say it over the phone? I made a wasted trip.ETA...Update, Bianchi Honda in Erie was much more receptive to making a deal.

This was easily the greatest experience I've ever had with a car dealership. They go above and beyond for the customer and really make you feel valued. I was able to purchase my car electronically, and they were really responsive to all calls and questions. But what puts them above all others is that they offered to pick me up from the Cleveland airport and drive me back to the dealership (45 minute drive). Heather was a true delight. She was super kind, and when I had an issue a couple weeks later, she immediately took care of it. Then, she reached back out to me a couple times to make sure everything was going well. I HIGHLY recommend Victory Honda.

Love my new 2024 Honda HRV EXL!! Traded in my civic EXL and felt they gave me a fair trade. This one was hard to find so I didn t want to wait ANY longer when I saw they had it readily available on the lot. They had a few other HRV s but there are various reasons I chose this specific trim, for just a little more in price you get way more features compared to the others so I felt the other trims were not worth it to me!! If you re considering the HRV go here. Thank you to the amazing salesman Gabe for working/putting up with us in the process and others for everything!!

I was traveling and stopped by Victory Honda to have my tire pressure checked. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. I am so grateful for their help so that I could continue on my journey with no interruptions. Their expert staff did everything they could so that I felt safe and confident in my vehicle, which made me feel really happy that I stopped. Exceptional experience overall.

Good experience with the service department. Danny was professional and courteous, and didn't push anything on me that I didn't need like many service departments do.. One star subtracted because the mileage on my invoice was about 6,000 miles off my actual odometer, and I prefer to keep accurate records for my vehicle.

Worked with the (GM?) Personally, I don t really like Hondas, but it was worth the stop to check out the store. This was the most professional, transparent, and efficient interaction with a salesman that I ve ever had. They also have great programs for old-school folks that have never used credit.

Denise on internet sales was friendly and motivated me to take the hour drive in the rain to see a 2021 Honda Passport. That is where the good part ends. I ve read many reviews about victory. Honda and I noticed the two people I dealt with yesterday have no positive reviews ever. I wish I dealt with the gentleman that had many many positive reviews.!! I got stuck with the Let s take advantage of the old lady sales person and manager.Went to look at a certified used car advertised for $31,487. The initial offer Justin presented was for $44,000 which included tax (not financing) but also thousands added for clear coat, gps tracker for $1995, and an additional $1995 to be certified. I cannot remember all the charges and they certainly would not give me that piece of paper to keep I said no.Then round 2 - they offered the vehicle for $30,987. So it was a $500 off the initial advertised price but they took away the vehicle being certified! Hummmm. They said this is the best price they could do on this vehicle. I said I would think about it.An hour after I left the dealership, they advertised the vehicle as a certified pre owned car for $30,717. (Less than they offered it to me for as the best offer ..)Justin Murton the sales person, and Michael Patrick the manager, wasted my time, but was an interesting learning opportunity ..If they did not start off with funny numbers and just sold the car, I would have purchased it. To change numbers on paper to add 50% in extras, and to add a charge to be a certified was inappropriate! My guess is they lowered the price, made it certified so they can have somebody finance it and they can make all that Money on the back end .. I asked the price of the car was new initially, and they gave me the incorrect price to really value what it was worth. But thank goodness we can look it up online. They were selling me a 3 yr old car with 30 K miles that had an odd odor in it - for 6K less than it costs new, and they removed the certification on the deal - and would not lower it anymore because they realized I was probably paying cash..so good luck with Victory Honda. I guess being a senior citizen, 70 years old, and a female probably played into their antics.

SCAM ALERT!! This is a long review but I feel as though I need to explain the entire progession of events to understand the end result.+ We purchased tires & had them installed. They told us all 4 brakes needed changed. They charge $1,050 to change all 4. So my husband went out & bought & changed the brakes himself. (All 4 for $150.) The rear ones did NOT need changed. He called them to let them know he was disheartened that they tried to scam him out of $500 by telling him this needed done, when in fact it didn't. The real scam is that it's 'their policy' to change the rotors everytime they change brakes-even when it's not needed- which adds hundreds to the cost. For perspective, our last vehicle's rotors didn't need to be changed for 160,000 miles; they want to change them every 15,000-20,000. They also left lug nuts off when they changed our tires. In order to compensate for the lost lug nuts (& attempted scam) we asked for a free car wash & detail. The service manager, a woman, was VERY rude & lied saying they don't do detailing but would do a car wash. When we called to make the wash appt, someone else answered & was very happy to schedule the detailing. (The detailing she said they don't do) When my husband arrived a week later, the woman who was extremely rude was there. The photos show the detailing job. They didn't wipe the dash down, vacuum in between the seats, simply hose the rubber floor mats or wipe scuff marks off the door. I'm pretty sure all they did was wash the windows & vacuum the tops of the seats. The last dig was dousing the car w/the odor of what only be described as 'old lady smell'. We can't get the smell out & it seems to be emanating from within the circulation system. I can't help but feel as though this was a deliberate retaliatory act. The service manager was defensive, unapologetic & rude when we had called regarding the missing lug nuts & the lies about our brakes needing changed. So just be aware. This place used to be great, w/good service & kind, helpful people. I'm not sure if the change over to 'Victory Honda' is what turned this it into a bad shop or what. But just watch out for their 'recommendations' & do NOT pay for a detailing there! If you made it to the end of this, I appreciate it!

Cyndi Kelner!!!!! Just amazing!!! You won t be disappointed if you deal with her!!! This girl set my daughter up well! I can t even thank her enough and words can t express how much my daughter, and my self appreciate her!!! Going from thinking we had no options to get our daughter a car, to having a car within less then 48 hours!!! Cyndi Kelner is a miracle worker!!! Thank you for going above and beyond for my kiddo!!! We will forever remember this!!!

Great service from Jack Morris(Jefferson), Zack Lattimer, and Joey Streets. We knew there were shortages of incoming vehicles. The stars aligned and 3 2023 ODYSSEYS came in. Went out to peak that day and 2 were sold. Asked if they would hold the last one the next morning for that day, long enough to at least check out w the family, ended up making a deal. Joey had all the numbers ready when we got there, gave us a great trade in value, and kept our payment reasonable. Service was above and beyond. Jack handled business on his day off and Zack offered to as well for a follow up the next day. The finance guy even offered to come in on his day off to fix a computer issue the day we were there. Great staff from the sales manager all the way to the porters.

My mother and sister came in to look at inventory. My mom inquired about a trade-in and their staff decided it was OK to discuss a legal contract with my sister who is a minor and rushed my mother into signing a contract, on the last day of the month.. my mother's second language is English and she didn't fully understand what she was agreeing to. She immediately regretted the decision and within days reached out to managers who told her she could come back and do a return or exchange which they did not uphold. She is now stuck with this contract, fortunately the third party financial institution was able to help lower some of the interest after reviewing her income reported by the dealership but the mgmt and sales team at Honda was very dismissive.
