always have space to park, small store, needs a whole milk dispenser, people are ok, subway ok, diesel pumps are dirty and have broken triggers. Air conditioner is really cold in showers very uncomfortable. Not going back there.

Go across the freeway to flying J. They have employees that are nice, courteous, and talk to you. Pilot put in self checkout that is worthless but their employees are the same. Live in Austinburg and stopped at Pilot regularly. Tried again just now and waited for help with no one in line. She stood there acting like on the phone and was not and rudely asked what do you want. Place is horrible

I would like this pilot travel centre because they have subway like a healthy food plus they have Dunkin Donuts for a morning coffee and really big parking and right next to it they have Speedco in loves travel center as well which is good bathrooms are clean n they have nice T-shirts if u wanna buy Ohio T-shirt

This Is a very good Pilot they have Subway, Pizza plenty of sweets. What every driver wants HOT SHOWERS YES!!! So relaxing after along day or night of driving. If you not feeling Subway or Pizza all within walking distance Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell and my favorite yes Waffle House. This Pilot has plenty of parking plus a service center and a friendly staff. Remember Driver's stay safe we move the country.

Bathrooms were clean, staff were very nice and lot is spacious and has ample truck parking, and if it happens to be full there is a flying j on the other side of the interstate.Subway is closed and building is under construction.

Went in at 1:30 am today and was told they are closed? Pilot is a 24hr location all of them. I asked why and I was told that they supposedly don't have water yet it sure does work outside and what's that got to do with buying product in store? Maybe no food or coffee ok but everything else should work. I just wanted to leave this review in case it's actually read by management, I'll also be contacting pilot guest services in the morning because they are closed after midnight.

No greatings, no happy faces, and not much of the help.Perhaps it was late, and everyone wasn't in the mood to work except gentlemen in the subway

Hello, I travel with my husband in his big rig all�the time. We love pilots; it's� our preference. I've never been disappointed in all these years. Well on Thanksgiving I was. My husband and I got showers. I typically wipe everything down with wipes and wear shower shoes, Although they're usually pretty clean. Today I went into the shower the trash was not emptied. No big deal its Thanksgiving maybe they just forgot, so I proceeded to undress. When I got in the shower there was a used wet wash cloth on top of soap dispenser!� I Felt so dirty and uncomfortable, and I got out as fast as I could. There's is no way it was cleaned when I spoke to staff they just looked at me as if I had 3 heads. They offered no apology or anything. They just stated ok and ended the conversation. When your on the road relaxing feel comfortable and being able to get is so important. Please stress this to your staff. Will be posting a review as well.Charlene

Stopped off the highway to use the restroom and had to stop to review. I was shocked by how nice and clean it was. Truck stops don t have the greatest rep, so I felt obliged to shout out a good one. Restroom looks recently renovated with very private stalls (don t need to worry about leering eyes through the door). Staff was helpful. Keep up the great work!

Really bad experience in this location, employees decided not to throw pizza, nor wings, neither burgers tonight just because, options??? Hot-dogs from day shift!!! Zero empathy for truckers that keep this country running, they should know better that they ll starve if we stop moving their goods!!!

Filled up my tank here, went to use the restroom and it was a bit disturbing to find that they could not provide clean restrooms or even paper towels to dry my hands.... But by God the heroin needle disposal safe site was certainly conveniently located for those that may need one. What a gross place.

Very nice. Bathroom had a baby seat attached to the wall like a car seat so women can set their babies down while using the restroom. Pretty neat. Bathroom very clean. Cashier was friendly too.

This place is a environmental disaster, the trash behind where the trucks park looks like a landfill. The little pond on the side is filled with degusting trash, horrible to see . You would think this company would clean up this property and keep and maintain a clean environment for the truckers. Pilot and Flying J takes in multiple millions of dollars from the truckers every year.

Can't say enough how great this place is! All the workers I've seen there over this past year have all been amazing! Especially Phylicia! She goes above & beyond for every customer I've seen her interact with in there! Thank you for keeping every thing clean and organized guys! You rock!Management is outstanding too by the way! Your work does not go unnoticed a single bit!!!!!!!!!!!

I always stop here on my way through. They keep a clean place and a really broad selection of items. It's a truck stop/convenience store. They have showers and massage chairs in the back area as well as subway on the other end of the building. The staff always manages to be friendly and they keep their hot food hot (surprising for a place like this).

So I show up to take a shower. I have 40 minutes to spare. I get here and there one person in line. So jump on app get in line. By the time I get in the store I'm next. Cool. Nope Im waiting for 30 minutes. I waited to point where I had to go. The issue I have is that there was 4 showers used open and no one was cleaning them. But you had ppl up front not doing anything. It look like 6 ppl on shift. Two running the register. Two ppl stoking the other doing nothing. Like I get it no one wants to clean showers. But that's your job. You don't change it

The goodies inside are over priced as usual for the pilot / flying j locations. However the pizza they have is really good and actually not badly priced. If you are out late and need gas I would recommend this place for a quick stop. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Subway was really good. Clean. All the ingredients were cold and fresh. The bread tasted like it had just come out of The oven. Best Subway I've had in some time. The staff was very freindly and helpful. The credit card machine needs updated though. It gave the the cashier and manager an awful lot of frustrarion. T

Right off Interstate 90 right off exit 223, this Pilot location is decent the employees are great, there is a PJ fresh marketplace and Subway inside, the showers we're okay but they cold have done a much better job cleaning it, the is a Taco Bell next to the truck stop and it's also I Burger King and McDonald's in walking distance.

Great location for easy access if you are pulling a large trailer or camper as I am. Easy to get into from the street and fuel up at the pumps with plenty of room to navigate and turn around. Entry and exit is very close to the highway so you do not need to drive far at all and they offer services and food at the location for a few extras if you need it. Located very close to sites and attractions of the area like Wineries and so on, a good location to fuel up before heading out for the day of driving activities.

Clean ladies room. Store itself clean. Nice quiet place for a trucker to rest/sleep. It'd be nice to have a varying of sub shops, not always 'Subway', however. Not a negative reflection on this store.

I stop here every now and then. Clean showers and always good service.. This morning, the cashier was super friendly and personable, started my day off with a laugh. Keep up the great work

Very efficient station. 16 gasoline pumps out front and a truck stop behind the store. Cashier was very friendly and quick. As I was processing my debit card on one register. He rang someone out on the next register at the same time. Pizza by the slice. Subway inside store. Many auto and truck items. Propane, bags of ice, and kerosene. Air/Car vacuum is on the left side of the building. $1.50 coin or MasterCard/Visa for 5 minutes. Busy road, hard to make a left turn south away from the freeway. Easy to jump back on I-90.

I can say almost nothing bad about Pilots. Until a few years ago, I always stopped at Rest Areas or individual gas stations. When I visited the first Pilot, my whole outlook changed.If it's possible, I will avoid a rest area stop just to stop at a Pilot. This particular location is also very clean and coffee was stocked along with food items that were hot and with functioning microwaves etc.Bathrooms were also very clean and I was satisfied with the experience as always.

Give them 2 star only because they didn't have French vanilla coffee machine. Other locations have machine.

I visited after a very long weekend on a Monday night at 9 p.m. and I was rather tired. Everyone there was very helpful and quite pleasant and understanding. The price for gas couldn't be beat! On top of it it was very clean!

As travel centers go, Pilot is a good brand. They're clean and affordable with good food ready to go all the time. I'd have rated this one 5 stars but for the ice coffee machine being down (when I *really* wanted an iced coffee).
