Friendly staff. Great service. They have a mix of a little bit of everything. Flying J is my favorite truck stop to stop at when I am traveling.

Most pumps blocked off and the ones that weren't took 2-3 times to get card reader to work. Handle didn't have metal piece to make pumping easier. Only benefit is easy in/out of this location - if the pumps were addressed this would be 4-5 star place.

I happen to travel through this area frequently and have stopped here a good couple times.This Flying J is in terrible disrepair. The card readers at the pumps always fail to read customer's cards forcing the customer to go inside to pay. Pumps are constantly out of order and not working. When pumping diesel at this location the diesel comes out extremely dark and BROWN, absolutely full of rust and water, don't put this awful fuel in your vehicle. I suspect the diesel is in such terrible condition because of their high prices and peoples unwillingness to pay the prices as the fuel prices are absolutely astronomical compared to other locations in the area. If you have an RV with a water storage tank, don't go here, their "drinking" water taps (2) marked at the south side with a red sign stating "Drinking Water" and an unmarked one at the north side at the fuel islands never work, probably because they use regular turn valves instead of a frost-free valve that should have been installed. The showers also are constantly out of service as well.The customer service, particularly at night, has been pretty incredible atleast, the employees clearly know they work for an owner willing to do the bare minimum required while scraping all the profits off the top for himself. The food and snacks are pretty good, as they have an adequate selection, good for buying after you've had to come inside to pay for fuel. Cheap owner must love that.

Tonight I went in to get something to eat and get a shower the food was great and so was the waitress but the shower was nasty looked like someone shaved there pub hairs all over the place and there was pee and toilet paper in the toilet someone needs to be retrained how to clean and do there job properly

Everyone working there was so friendly. Only got hot cappuccino but the hot buffet food was tempting, it all looked very good.

Cleanest showers I ve seen in a Flying J or Pilot in a long time. They actually swept and mopped the floors yall.

Prices keep going up on food choices for drivers, yet the portions continue to shrink. Like drivers don't have enough people dipping in our pockets. One of the worst flying j locations I've visited lately.

Me and my husband went to Flying J to pick up his brother who drove from Texas to Ohio. I was curious about all the services Flying J have to offer and my brother in law showed us around. Their bathroom is cleaner than most people's and updated with good taste. I can say 4 star hotel level, I was impressed. Got a few things from the souvenir section. The coffee/breakfast bar was clean, organized and well stocked. We were greeted at the cash register with a smile. Overall, I will use this place myself if I personally need it to the level that my brother in law used them out of necessity.

Half of truck parking cordoned off, probably to add Southern Tire Mart, which they already have across the interstate. Showers have black mold in corners. Hard to believe, but the best part of my stop was Denny s. That s pretty bad. Wouldn t have even stopped but the showers at the Pilot across the interstate are closed for renovations. Had to park at Pilot and move across this morning for a shower!

I only needed use of one amenity today, a shower. It could have been a good experience, but they didn't clean it. The shower was wet, and the used towels were still on the floor. Nice job manager! Makes one want to purchase food items somewhere else.

Reasonable gas prices. Very clean and well-appointed bathrooms. This is probably my record for the most gas station snacks I ve ever bought at one time. They had a lot of variety- we got fresh fruit, jerky, chips, and gummy candy. They also had sandwiches, hard-boiled eggs, sushi, and cold cuts in their deli case. There was a hot bar with pizza and fried chicken. It looked really good.Lots of cashiers and open registers, so although the store was crowded, the line moved quickly and efficiently.

Never any problems, usually good service, no complaints. Buy gas , food, safety equipment, and on the road necessities.

Lots of parking even late if your not afraid to back into a spot. The ones who cant/ won't back in park along the entrance early. Some areas of the lot are dimly lit and lines hard to see but all ya got to do is get out and look.Showers are big, clean, great water pressure. Night cashier very friendly.

Best gas station on the face of the earth. Great food and people, and the Gas stations are very nice. Best stop on the Cleveland-Erie stretch by far. Bathrooms are great too, always very clean!

Very poor customer service, was forced out of TV room which had no posted regulations dealing with sleeping or sitting for periods of time . Also suggested that he can call an officer to kick me off the property for talking about him to his employees....which I didn't .... Sad sad display or how ppl are treated in the work place.

Great truck stop they really need to check the outside for dangerous ice on the roof see my photo they have a iceberg that must weight 1000lbs hanging over the sidewalk if it falls someone is going to have a very bad headache, maybe block the area off if they can't get it down safely.

The older balding guy is rude and condescending. I was telling my brother about it and he had a similar problem with the same guy. Our entire family has decided to go elsewhere so we can feel like our business is appreciated.

Tried twice to buy pizza here. The first time I watched the young man drop another person's pizza and then give it to him. Neither cared. Then he tried telling me an hour and a half old pizza was fresh. No, its not. Waited, only to be treated even worse the second time. Got to love young men sho don't care about anything but them selves. I'd avoid food here.

Awesome dinners! Was completely shocked to see pot roast with mashed potatoes and carrots. It was absolutely delicious. The server was sweet and what can I say about Tank.... as always the star! The little man walking around talking into his headset and arguing with some patron was the only downside. Check it out! We'll be going again.

The staff is very professional and courteous. The place is always clean on the inside. I have been to Flying J's all over the country and this is the only clean and well maintained Flying J. I have been able to find. The bathroom's are super clean and well maintained. Most of the food in the hot case is disgusting. But the pizza is great, when you get it fresh and hot. I have had pizza from "pizza restaurant's" that was not as good, or fast. The prices are great as well.

Awesome - so grateful they allowed me a safe place to park for the night as I was traveling. Great amenities too! I did a load of laundry while I was there and the washing machine was clean, a good price, and surprisingly large! It was such a great experience I feel like I'm brand loyal now!

We went to Denny's Friday and not only where they out of stuff, they even got my order wrong. They have to understand that people stop there to eat for lunch and that they don't have time for them to screw up orders and then wait for them to remake it. So we had to tell them we didn't have the time to wait and we had to leave. The last time they did a good job.

I dont know if you will ever find more helpful employee than at this place. Mister Robert L literally saved our week. One of my driver was arrested and Robert agreed to come out and check on a truck and make sure that everything is ok. Called me back once he had an update.I have been to 3 places (Flying J) and then the situation occurred none of them came out. NONE OF THEM!!!! And this guy did, so wish you all the best Robert L and hope this favor will be returned to you.
