Had business with this company through AAA s contracting. Response time was quick and they replaced my battery for a very affordable price with a 3 year warranty. Technician Louis was friendly and helpful

Driver was on site extremely quick, didn't mind waiting a couple minutes while I finished up at the store where I broke down at, gave me a ride to where my car was going, and was an entertaining guy to talk to on top of that, I hope I don't need their service again, but they will be the first and probably only ones I will call

It's the only place I take My trucks for oil changes and service Travis and Sierra are very accommodating very easy to work with. I recommend them to everyone Great place !

Dispatch gave me an estimated arrival time for the tow truck. The truck was right on expected time, if not a few minutes early. The driver was polite and understood my stress caused stupidity. Not only towed me home, but was able to place my car in a PERFECT spot for me to repair.As far as towing your vehicle for you... 5 stars. Being able to get to me so quickly during "rush hour"... 5 stars. Politeness and affordable rates... 5 stars. I my opinion, this rating should be 15 stars.THANK YOU EMERINES!!!!

My AAA call assigned Emerines to tow my car to it's destination. Ten minutes before the driver was due to arrive, the office called and canceled my call saying she can't have all her drivers going out of town ,my car was going to Chatdon.. She contacted AAA and another tow company was assigned but by the time they arrived they got o the repair location too late, I missed my appointment. Now my car is sitting there until they can fit it in, could 2 or 3 days. I'm not happy!

I live in Virginia and was driving to Jefferson, OH to visit my sister. My car died as I was getting off the exit ramp. It was a belt gone! Not frayed but GONE.My brother-in-law was able to to get the name of the Emerines shop in Austinburg and they found a way to get me into the shop and repaired in a short amount of time.The Price you ask?, beyond reasonable, so very satisfied. Travis is amazing and the whole crew was friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything you did for this out of towner!

I had to call the manager as his driver someone new went speeding through orwell school zone (yes the flashing lights were on) and he messed up my husband truck! Almost dropped his truck off the bed! It was a total mess! Knowing it cost over 600 for a 350 dollar job!! Never again will I have AAA go through emerines!!!

I was in Ashtabula and AAA called a tire service for me outta of Trumbull county. They never showed ! So I called Emerines they had my tire fix transferred to them and were there in 45 min. AAA left me on the side of the road for 3.5 hours before the transfer to a good tow/service company! Call Emerines they know how to get the job done!!! Cody the tech was awesome and so was dispatch out of warren, ohio.

I guess it depends on the driver. My boyfriend had them tow his van a couple months ago and the guy was courteous, professional, and thorough. I needed my car towed a few days ago and a different guy did not provide the same service. My car was on the flatbed at a weird angle. I was afraid he would cause damage, and my mechanic called when he got to the shop to tell me the guy damaged my car. I'm not sure what to do from here.

I was advised to stop here during a recent trip to New York State when the tire symbol lit up on my dashboard. The lady at the desk immediately called Tavis to check it out. He told me to pull in, and he proceeded to check all four of my tires and fill them with air. Then he told me to pop the hood so he could make sure there was nothing wrong there. He cleaned some corrosion off my battery and checked the oil, and advised me to have my regular mechanic winterize my vehicle. I was so pleased with his expertise and professionalism, the quick service, and the care and concern he showed for my family s auto safety as we traveled. I went over to the lady at the desk to pay, and she told me there would be no charge! If we lived near Austinburg, Emerine s auto shop would without a doubt be where we would take our vehicles!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I waited for a tow for over 2 hours and they kept pushing the time back saying that I was next in line. When we called to ask what was going on both ladies on the phone were extremely rude to us!! Said that they had given us the wrong information. How do you give the wrong information to the same customer twice?!I do not recommend this place at all. Very rude. Very unprofessional. They don t deserve anyones business.

Called AAA when I locked my keys in my car, they sent Charlie from Emerines. He's a super cool professional guy who got me in the car speedily. Great guy and great service!

The one thing I can say about this company is the gal who answered the phone was very personable. Unfortunately they won't change a tire on a utility/small 14' cargo trailer.

Was stranded with a flat and a donut that wouldn't hold air at 530 in the morning. I get it to their shop and around 6 two guys come out so I ask if they can help and he said no, they don't open till 9 then went back inside after their cigarettes

No I was not there tonight it was over two weeks ago an unfortunately I was not too pleased with the staffs service but the owner in the end made most of it right even though I was over charged but he was atleast thoughtfully an I'm not good with my words but apologized for the words of his female dispatcher who called me an a word an denied me my vehicle an charged me more money with my I'd an police release an my registration in my car which wasn't there when we finally got it out cause I had to go get a new title but am able to pay the police a$100 for a release for my vehicle that they towed an had to show my I'd I'm sorry I am not downgrading the shop. The owner or management is good but the heavier set lady that answers the phone an sits in the office in austinburg is discracedull to her self an anyone she represents an the words she said to me an her partner in the office were discraceful an horrific but again the owner did his part or the gm an atleast took responsibility for her actions even though they didn not loose anything because I was charged $300 for a maybe 3 mile tow an that's pushing it an 2 day storage

I am completely not satisfied with this company at all. I have been waiting since 9;45am and is now 12l1and still not here....I w�s told one to one and a half hours and is way past thatI will not use their servives again

Customer service and compassion is clearly nonexistent!! I called because my daughter was in a wreck this morning and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude. I will NEVER EVER deal with them again.
