I ve been here twice and had 2 bad experiences. First time it took the parts guy 30 minutes to locate a simple part and second time the service guy seemed very stressed and lost. Nice building but they were not helpful to me

I went to this Mac dealer for check engine light and oil leak from the pan. QSL sensor was replace, oil pan gasket fixed. First time in my life I felt I was treated right by big dealer, Nicole and Steve are amazing, some misunderstanding at the beginning but everything was sorted out. They even fixed my annoying warning sound when you go over speed limit. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.Reasonable rates and professional personnel

I ve visited their parts department a few times since they opened this new facility. The girl behind the parts counter is awesome! She s always friendly and very helpful finding correct parts for my truck.The facility here is kept very clean, plenty of parking in front and easy access from the Interstate. Will definitely come backThanks & keep up the great work!

Drivers! Do not go there,Unprofessional, i replaced pm sensor and nox sensors. I need to turn off check engine light and reset learned data only. I explained them but they already cleaned battery connection and corrosion without permission. They did not show me battery loose. I changed all my battery 7 months ago cleaned each connection. Then they charged 500$. After 400miles check engine light on again.Dont waste your money!!

Mike from the parts was outstanding He made finding what I needed easy and had my order ready for pick up. I showed up at almost after hours for the pick up and Mike waited extra few minutes before shutting down the store. Definitely recommend this dealer

One of my company trucks had an issue with cooling system. Early in the morning i called and spoke with Mr.Steve- he was very nice, kind and professional . My truck arrived to the facility and was fixed within 3-4 hours! They charge reasonable price. Nothing extra or no hidden fees! Everyone at their Service Department is very nice and kind! They did answer to all our questions. Thank you very much Steve and all Service department employees!

My 2012 Volvo had a water pump Issue. I ve arrived at around 11am, and they fixed my truck within 3 hours! They did not have new water pump in stock, but they found it very quick and repaired my truck! They charge a reasonable price! Very nice place! Totally recommend this place!

Had a great experience bringing my 2020 Volvo 760 into Austinburg Truck Center for service. The manager Steve provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to find out the details for my truck warranty. The mechanic was able to fix my truck trouble code with no issues.One of the staff members by the name of Bill also provided me with excellent customer service. These guys were even nice enough to shuttle me to a hotel nearby where I stayed the night until my truck was fixed the next day. I know this is a fairly new shop I just hope they are able to keep the same level of customer service, efficiency and quality going forward. A++.-Ken

I have to say one of the best shops I've been in. I was treated as a professional and informed about repairs needed and updated through process. Jamil who is the general manager of the place was super nice and took time out of his busy schedule to give me a ride to and from hotel while truck was in shop. The tecks are knowledgeable and down to earth here. Just a pleasant experience and a big shout out to Steve who is the service manager for the knowledge and being on top of the repairs being made. Jamil I'd like to say to you and your team thank you for not making me feel like a joe smo! You have a great team here and your customer service is exceptional, you definitely earned my future business even though I own a peterbilt and appreciate the Volvo stickers lol. I was recommended this shop by a friend and going there was the best decision ever!!! The staff was knowledgeable and polite. I needed a lot things done at once and my turnaround time was less then a day. Highly recommend this shop for break downs and routine maintenance.

Thank you guys you did an amazing job ,everybody was very nice and professional, Joe or John the mechanic I m not sure about the name is really good, worked fast and really knows what is he doing ! First Volvo dealer that did its job as it supposed to do it ! Thank you again

This place is absolutely amazing! I was having truck issues and I had a load on my flatbed to deliver. I pulled over to this location and was greeted by the general manager Jymel and Josh. The entire staff went above and beyond to get my truck in immediately. They didn t have all the parts my truck needed and they went out in the snow to pickup my parts that was needed from another location. I would give this location 10 stars, but it only allows 5 for the exceptional customer service! Signed : Jymel Smith
