Trying to contact Walmart tire center after purchasing tires was impossible. Purchased the tires online and made an appointment. Was unsure of the process so I tried calling the tire center for 2 days and no one answered. The tires were inexpensive but the service was hideous. They have a phone they won't answer.

I had my right rear tire replaced on 7-23-22. I requested, that they put the new tire on my spare tire rim that is mounted on the rear door, and just switch the replaced tire with the spare tire so I would have a good spare tire, as the spare I had was bad.The service manager, I can't remember his name, was so disrespectful. He started yelling at me, saying Walmart has a policy of not working on any vehicle that has less than the five lug nuts. I tried telling him that the spare tire is mounted to a three lug nut bracket from the factory not five like on the wheel. The guy flipped out, calling me names etc.I then said doing that would actually save them time, and that I understand policies that I have been a bus diesel mechanic for 40 yrs. I didn't want to escalate his anger towards me so I let them do whatever they wanted to do. The cashier saw all that was going on, she was looking at me in sympathy rolling her eyes as the service manager kept telling at me.They finally finished what they were doing, and gave me the tire I wanted as a spare. I put it in my back seat and paid my bill.Looking at my bill when I got home, I was charged for tire disposal even though I took the tire home.On my printed bill it says declined disposal, but on my receipt I was charged and paid for it.The service manager definitely has a problem with white people, that was clear to me, I felt it burning into me the moment we met.I've always had a good experience at this Wal-Mart until this one, and I will never buy any kind of service, tires, batteries, wipers, oil changes ever again from there unless he has been replaced.

They were quick, friendly and took care of my vehicle. I left it to them to find a bulb for my front light that was out. I asked them to give me the cheapest, and they did. I was very happy. Someone called me as soon as they were done. Unlike other places were they finish and just don't call. I've had that happen several times.

I dropped my car off to get new tires put on. I leftIt overnight because they closed before I could pick up. When getting it the next day, my car was completely dead. Mechanic jumped the car and I got home. Next day, battery was dead again. 2016 so I get that the battery may be going, but can only assume they left the keys in ignition and daytime lights running while they worked on it. Now I have to spend $200 for a new battery. No one apologized for any of this and just said, well we didn t leave anything on.

Went in for a set of 4 tires, I have a set of custom locking lug nuts on my car, and they come with a specific socket to take them off. That socket literally has a sticker that says "do not use impact wrench", but they did anyways and stripped out half of my lug nuts, and made it impossible to drive my car home. Spent 4 hours there since we had to wait for a tow truck. Now I need new wheel bearings because they destroyed the threads on the hubs. Not to mention that they balanced the wheels wrong the first time... And they lost 2 of my dice valve stem covers.Service: Tires

The guy was rude told you to go park and then you go inside no one there no cars in line. I use walmart all over I drive between 120000 to 180000 miles a year and I will never use this walmart again Jiffy lube is more but it's worth the extra to not put up with thus bad customer service.

Today it took 3 hours for Walmart to mount and balance 2 tires. I got there at 8 AM and was done at 11 AM. There was only 1 car ahead of me that needed a oil change and i dont like to complain however thats just unacceptable that it can take that long with multiple employees working in the shop. Also Walmart policy is 1st come 1st served yet they serviced 3 or 4 other people that showed up after me before completing my car i was watching the guy go from car to car.Due to my experience I no longer would recommend going to Walmart tire and lube express (Auto car center)

Used to get oil changes there all the time with only minor issues. Last couple years twice had oil inside my truck on the steering wheel and dash board. Once I pointed it out it was wiped away with an oily rag. Last straw was 3 1/2 hours for an oil change when I was told an hour or so. NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered tires online for store pickup. Arrived at the counter at 9:00am The tires were "not in the store" until the person that I later found out was the service manager was able to use a phone and call the receiving area to see if they were there. They showed delivered and I recieved notification. Two customers in front of me in line had the same issue until a manager was called over and physically went and located them. The rest of the tire staff was uninterested in doing so, with the exception of the store manager and service manager (I think his name was Luke) In fact the Tire Center had admitted to the manager in front of me that they hadn't checked any orders shipped to the store since Monday (todays Weds) After the "team" put my car on the lift to remount 2 tires at 10:30PM I was all set just in time for the staffs lunch break (1:00PM) 2.5 hrs for 2 tires! I watched this employee, my car was the only one he serviced in this time. Most of his time was spent walking back and forth between the registers and my car. When I asked about the progress at around noon, I thought it was a joke when they said "They're probably still working on it."

Had tire rotation done. Worst decision. Had to change three studs and lug nuts later. Highly suggest not to use.

I'm sad to see so many negative reviews on this tire and lube department. The manager that worked with me, Dennis, was nothing less than exceedingly helpful. He even went so far as to recommend a repair shop to take my van to have a problem remedied. Thank you so much, Dennis, for going above and beyond on a problem that wasn't even yours to fix!

Horrible service waited two hours to have all 4 of my tires changed. To then find out they only replaced 3 of the 4 tires and made me wait even longer with my two daughters during summer. Very mad at the fact that I paid for 4 new tires to be changed and tried to get ripped of for only 3 I don t think so. I don t recommend coming here at all!!!!!!!

I went in for a flat. I bout 2 new tires per there recommendation...only to find out a week later I should've had all four replaced.
