We are a single car family and I dropped my car off for a wheel bearing job. Bruno and Derek offered to drive me home instead of waiting the 4+ hours.Above and beyond from these guys. I was able to secure a ride back to the shop and the two greeted me and had me out the door and on the road within minutes. They could ve just told me to wait but they actually cared enough to get me back home and offered to pick me up if I hadn t secured a ride back when the job was done. Great experience, highly recommend.

We use this TireMax all the time and I thought they were great but there's been some things recently that have made me question them. Pressure to buy new tires, misquoting the price with no explanation of the increase, saying we'll get a $200 rebate when really it was only $75 but giving us a $25 credit to the store for the miscommunication (after the transaction so we couldn't even use it right then for our $1000 worth of mid-line new tires). Wow, thanks so much. There's been lots of miscommunications. We'll be looking for somewhere else to go. Just be mindful if you choose to go here.

First time in with a flat tire. These guys run a tight ship. Super fast and friendly service and an immaculate waiting room. Highly recommend.

Thank you Bruno and my SUV tech for taking good care of my Ford Edge. I arrived for four new tires, and was alerted to the condition of my front brake pads and rotors. Was taken care of promptly and with courtesy. Did I mention how great the waiting area smells? Fresh and clean!

Awesome tire shop! I was going to be late for my 5:00pm appointment and when I called to notify them and reschedule for the next day, I was informed that they didn't have any additional appointments available. The gentleman on the phone was very accommodating and allowed me to still drop off my wheels that evening and the team worked on mounting the new tires in between appointments throughout the following day! They even unloaded and loaded them for me! Highly recommend this business!

Stopped by at 1230 with a screw in the repairable area. As parking some customer abruptly stopped curbside and ran in to cut me off. The service advisor took him in as a walk-in and turned my simple patch away. Went to Discount Tire in Bainbridge and I was in/out in 25 minutes.

This place Rocks. I had purchased new tires few months ago at another tire store. They told me I needed I new brakes. I went to TireMax and had them check my brakes, with anticipation I would be purchasing new brakes. Mark one of the owners called me back and told me after checking the vehicle my brakes were fine and did not need to purchase new brakes. What an amazing customer service experience, a true business with honesty and integrity. They did not want to sell me anything I didn t need. I highly recommend TireMax for your automobile need. All the guys are also so polite and respectful. If I could give a rating beyond 5 stars these guys would get it. Thank you Mark and your team!!!

Great first impression. Very professional staff and an overall great experience. Lobby is clean and comfortable. Oil change was affordable and fast. Gave an honest and clear assessment of other issues with vehicle. No pressure to buy anything. Will be back, thanks guys!

This place was awesome. I had to get a tire balance and they test drove it to make sure thats what the issue was. The guy at the counter even said we dont want to charge you for the wrong thing ! Most places will not do that to you because they just want your money. It was also very affordable. Definitely will be coming back when my car has issues!

Pressure sales for new tires. Refused tire rotation even though they were bought from them. Wrong information on the thread depth remaining. Waste of time.

If you're in the Aurora Commons area in Ohio, this is the place to get your tires and service work done. Tim and Mark were very professional and made some recommended maintenance issues that were overdue! Very Reasonably priced. They have earned my trust and I will be back and on schedule next time.

Definitely recommend and will be back! I went to get gas for a road trip last Saturday and noticed a large bump in my tire. I figured my trip for that day was off but stopped into my local Tire Max to see what was wrong with my tire. I was greeted by Mark and Tim the owners and was told they could absolutely get me in that day even though it was almost closing time. I happened to have my dog with me but Tim gave us a ride home and picked us up again in less than two hours. Tim, Mark, Derrick and Bruno at Tire Max made my road trip possible and have such great customer service in a time when it doesn t seem to exist anymore. This is the place to go for your car needs in Portage County and I ll definitely be back! Thank you guys for taking such great care of Sunny and I!!

About 2.5 weeks ago, early Friday evening I hit a pothole and blew my left rear tire. I went online when I got home and booked an 8:00am appointment with TireMax. Drove over the next morning, met Mark, told me he didn t have the tires but would order them and he could still take care of it today. No problem, also needed an oil change and asked if he could do that as well. About 4 hours later, he calls me and the job is done. 3 new tires, spare put back, oil changed and the car looked great. Very happy with the quality of work, but more importantly, with the level of service provided.

They were extremely helpful. They worked around a tight schedule to accomodate me. Prices seemed reasonable, better than dealer prices.New update 7/12/23I continue to take all 3 of our Jeeps here for any service. I have NEVER had a bad experience. We had water in our driver door. Dealer said it was $180 just for diagnostic. Tire Max did diagnostic for free. Total cost to fix $80.

Having used Tire Max several times, I have always found them to be courteous, professional, and efficient. I bought tires for my car there and have had oil changes done several times. Recently had my brakes done. These guys care for their customers and provide great service at fair prices. I highly recommend Tire Max!

Today was the first time I'd been to Tire Max; it truly was a wonderful experience!EVERYONE was attentive, polite, and kind.I was given a completion time of approx. 4hrs. The Awesome technician who worked on my car located the problem within 30 minutes of start of inspection, then ordered the part.Three hours and 45 minutes later, the job was complete!I drove from downtown Cleveland, passing many other service facilities, to come here...I AM SO GLAD I DID

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have been there twice. 1st time, I got there about half an hour after closing time to drop off my vehicle to have them look at the next day. Two techs were still working and came out to look at my car spending about 15 minutes to give it a quick diagnosis.From the manager down, these guys are a hard-working, honest group.

I brought my father-in-laws car in that needed new tires minutes before closing. Lowell and the team explained all options and ordered the new tires on the spot. By lunchtime the next day, I received a call the car was ready. I loved their honesty and professionalism and was glad to learn they offer many services in addition to tires. Will definitely replace my tires at TireMax moving forward. Thank you!

DO NOT TRUST THE AURORA LOCATION. I recently had my AC serviced at this location. They failed to notice a very apparent bad condenser. They sent me on my way with a recharge and no explanation. Six weeks later I'm down $400 and only have hot air in my car... Find another shop for your needs.After speaking with Honda, they state that the condenser has been leaking for sometime before my recharge at Tiremax Aurora.

The customer service here is excellent. This was my first visit, I was scheduled for new brake pads. According to another local tire shop I needed new pads and rotors ASAP.TireMax brought it to my attention and showed me that this was not the case and that they did not need to be replaced yet. They may not have received my business that day, but thanks to their honesty they will most definitely have it in the future.

Great experience. Got me in fast, replaced 4 tires in less than 45 minutes. I don t trust many people with my Mercedes, but these guys are first class! Highly recommend service here. Can t say enough good things!

I purchased snow tires and had them mounted on my winter rims. I also was going to have them remove my summer tires/rims from the car and mount the snow tires onto the car but I had forgotten the lug nuts for the winter rims at my house. Caleb gave me a ride to my house nearby so I could grab them. Great service and fast despite me forgetting the lug nuts. I'll buy more tires from them in the future.Update 2/17/22 two different times I received punctures in these snow tires and they were able to patch them pretty quickly.

The quote over the phone and experience over the phone went great. After getting 4 new tires they said I needed an alignment. Normally I get a print out of the degrees explaining why I need it. They did not have that ready so I had to wait. This was very odd and then brought me to the back to see the reading. Very pushy about the alignment and finally I said I will save the money. The vehicle drove home fine but my wife thought we should have it done it. For her, I took it to NTB in Streetsboro and the guy said the alignment is fine and gave me a print out. He gave my wife peace of mind and saved me 105 dollars.

Highly Recommended! Went to Tire Max in Aurora with a loud squeal in my engine. Thinking it was an expensive repair to my a/c compressor.Mechanics tightened up my belts and we were on our way.Great mechanics! Nice and honest. Treat you like family.

I think I've wrote one review in my lifetime. Today, it is necessary for the second. I was about to leave town for an hour drive and realized my back tire was running out of air pretty quickly. I panicked and stopped here thinking I would need to make an appointment since it was an hour before closing time. I just wanted to know if it was safe enough for me to get on the highway. Lowell was SO kind and fit me in to get my tire patched up. I am very grateful for the customer service and how quickly things were handled. I will be coming here for my car needs from now on!Also, what a beautiful shop!!

After hitting a cavernous chuckhole this morning, I noticed a large bubble in my left front tire and knew it wouldn't be safe to drive for much longer. After calling several tire places to get an estimate I decided to try these guys out. Even though I wasn't happy about having to spend the money, the service I received ranks with some of the best service I've ever experienced for car repair. Lowell and his team did an outstanding job and it was very clear they care about their clients! In fact, they got me back on the road faster than it takes most places to do a tire rotation and oil change! The best part was learning that this is a locally owned business, not a national chain! Needless to say I wouldn't hesitate recommending TireMax to family and friends!

Do not know how to balance tires. I have bought 2 sets of tires over the years from them and had one good experience and one not so good. The most recent was June 2021. Bought tiger claw tires for my 200s awd. They are not balanced correctly and vibrate horribly on the highway. I called them and got their voicemail. They never called me back. I thought I found a good tire place but not so sure after this experience.

Beware, "Variable" pricing applies! Over the phone I was quoted $20 per tire mount and balance when providing my own tires for installation. After I paid my bill I noticed they charged me $25 per tire and the sales person says "its $20 per tire when you buy tires from TireMax". Well, I just looked online and its $15 per tire mount and balance with purchase from TireMax. I was really hoping this wasn't a typical unethical overcharge shop. I get charging more to discourage people from bring in their own tires, but at least be honest about what you charge.

I went there 2 times on different occasions to buy batteries for my vehicles. They had them in stock. In and out like a flash. They were $50 cheaper than a auto repair shop that I called. Plus Tremaine carries only high quality batteries.

Was in a jam, called and spoke with Mark, he was fast to help me out with my problem. Even though the were close to closing he had me coming and had me back on the road with in the hour. When I arrived all three counter guys were warm, cleaned cut, friendly and ready to help.Clean atmosphere, affordable.
