I traded in my 2016 ford fusion for a 2020 Jeep Cherokee and could not be more pleased with the great customer service. They gave me what I owed on the ford and a decent Interest rate for the jeep. I do recommend liberty ford Aroura.

Liberty Ford dealership: where the only thing they re selling harder than cars is their own version of the truth. If you're looking for fiction, head to their showroom. If you want a reliable vehicle or honesty, well, keep on driving!These guys had gave me a price that I told them was my top dollar. I signed paper work and drove off the lot. 2 weeks later they told me I still owed 1200 more. They had moved prices and only showed me what I wanted to see during signing. I could only imagine how many single mothers and fathers that has been betrayed by this company for their last few dollars they have.Lorenzo Martino gets upset when you say no and stomps away cryingMikaela will shake your hand on a false price, She doesn't communicate back at a decent rate and, most importantly, not know how to put on a seat belt during a test drive. News flash, don't try flirting with every customer. It's unprofessional and disgusting.For a job that requires customers to keep them open. They really don't know how to take care of them. I could have picked any lot, and i picked the one everyone warns you about.

My experience at Liberty Ford in Aurora was nothing short of amazing. I worked with Michaela and she was very personable and helpful. She cared about helping me find the best car that suited me and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Lorenzo was also amazing and helping me get the best price he could and doing anything he could to make the process as smooth as possible. I would 100% tell my friends and family to go to Liberty Ford in Aurora and ask for Michaela and Lorenzo!!! :)

Found the truck that I loved but we were to far apart on a deal. I thought it ended there except Lorenzo and Brian kept hammering away at it for two days to meet my needs and requirements. They called to tell me they got the loan where I needed it to be and made me a very happy customer. I can t say enough about the customer service and how they went above and beyond to get me in the perfect truck. Thanks again Lorenzo and Brian. I will be recommending Liberty Ford to everyone.

Accessory power on but 2019 Explorer won t start. Ford service replaced fuel pump but problem still happens sporadically. Ford service checked battery which is good but saw other electrical components were not getting 12volts per spec. They told me this wasn t normal but they could figure it out. If the car sits overnight it starts great. Once I see the accessory power on indicator it won t start and it has to sit in this mode fo 1-2 hours before it is able to start. This is very very disappointing. My Ford is unreliable and ford service can t help.

I was a little leary about buying a truck online, sight unseen (other than a video walk around)! Having said that, from the start to finish, the process was extremely painless. A couple days after delivery, I took the truck to my mechanic for a check-over! He spent 90 minutes going over it and driving it. He gave the key to his boss, who has a small car lot nearby. He asked what I paid for it ($18,000) and said he would put it on the lot for $24,000. and it would sell! I feel like Liberty Ford gave me a great deal! Much thanks! Eric B

Liberty Ford Aurora made my recent purchase painless! I saw the car online and reached out to them. Jason was the salesperson that promptly followed up. When I arrived at the scheduled time the car was plated up and ready to test ride. Closing the deal was low pressure annd they expedited me threw the process. Jason has done his due diligence and followed up in the weeks following to ensure I was satisfied with purchase. Excellent job and thank you

I went to Liberty Ford Aurora with the problem on my card it was a double payment they took care of it no problems they was kind and considerate they remove the payment and very apologetic for the mistake Jonathan duprey, Lorenzo Martino and Sharaya oatman. I would like to say thank you for taking the time to correct my problem. They take care of their seniors and their customers.

My 88 year old dad needed the battery replaced in his car key fob. The service repairman found time to assist him by replacing the battery in a matter of minutes for six dollars. Thank you for making an otherwise challenging day a lot better.

Amazing service department. JANET IS AWESOME! They will come pick up your car to work on it. They even sent a mobile setvice out to replace our battery! Very helpful with warranty needs. ***BUYERS BEWARE!*** Received my 2021 5K mile Bronco from Liberty after days of run around from multiple sales managers and sales person. Sent a wire and signed buyers order only to be sent a text afterwards that the dealership was going to put a new bumper on it. At that point I asked why and if there was other damage to the vehicle, to which I was told no.They are not your eyes and ears for a remote purchase! Radio silence has exceeded 72+ hours of how to remedy the situation after purchasing a $60K vehicle that was not 100% disclosed.The vehicle needs to have the hood wet sanded to remove trash and "fish eyes" in the paint. The damaged vinyl windows were never mentioned either.Called the previous owner after finding his info in the glove box and he spoke about the vehicle being in an accident. Anyone can see the paint and overspray imperfections. Sad that I've got to put more money into a vehicle to repair.Very frustrated and disappointed in what should be a happy and seamless transaction.

ZERO STARSIf your car breaks down in front of this place, get it towed to a reputable dealershipWe had slight damage to the bumper (nothing broken, the bumper needs to be repositioned, see photo)and needed a trim part for the door and Liberty Ford gave us a service day, ordered parts and told us a guy would be picking up the car at our house at 9amThey didn't show up until 10:30By 5 pm we had to call them, were told they had ordered the wrong part, they can't do anything for the bumper, they don't have a body shop (why did they tell us they would do the work?)And at 6 they dropped off the car after having it all day and nothing done to it, not even a phone call telling us what they couldn't do until we called themThis is a lack of respect for the customerIf they don't respect you, they will lie to you, cheat, you, steal from you and abuse you because to them, you are less than a lump of hamburgerThis bumper needs to have the plastic stretched back into place and I'm 65 and have three dislocated fingers and one broken finger or I would do it in my garage and my brother can't do it because he is in a wheelchairThese low life scum bags will lie to and cheat a pair of disabled seniors, one in a wheelchair... And this car was PURCHASED at Liberty Ford so you know they won't service or stand behind the vehicles they sell, as well as mistreating seniorsSTAY AWAY FROM LIBERTY FORD

I contacted Liberty Ford online and was connected with Michaela Martino. She was informative throughout the process, even connecting us with the right people as we had many out of the ordinary questions. Throughout the buying process I was given real numbers and how they were derived. I never felt pressured to make a deal, nor add anything on that I didn t want. Would do business with them again.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for the salesperson Michaela at Liberty Ford Aurora. She is very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the Ford vehicles. I stopped by the dealership yesterday due to some technical difficulties that I was having with my radio in my Ford Edge SEL, but Michaela was great with assisting in resolving the issue, as well as assisting with showing me how to work some additional features of my SUV. She was very patient and hands on with providing excellent service. I would recommend anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle or needs some assistance with features with their vehicle to schedule to meet with Michaela because she cares about the customers vehicle needs.

Jake was awesome. He dealt with me and my husband on the first lake effect snow day. I said I wasn't buying a car on a snowy day. But Jake was patient and showed me a newer version of my beloved Escape. Now I have a new, safe and reliable vehicle for another 7-10 years!

We had a 10AM appointment to get an oil change for our Escape and dropped the car off at 9AM. After not hearing from the dealership at 11:30, I called for a status update. They told that they thought the car was going in now and they would call me back within 5 minutes. A half hour later without a phone call, I decided that my car would probably be close to being done if it was going in at 11:30. We drove there to pick it up and was told that our key fob was left inside another customer s vehicle and that customer had driven away with our key. But don t worry, they are on their way back. We never got an apology. Even after that, we still couldn t pick up our car until almost 3:00. Again, our appointment was scheduled for 10AM and it was just an oil change. I genuinely wish I could just take my car to Take5 and have it done within 5 minutes, but I can t. Needless to say, I will be servicing my car at a different dealership. Again, no apology, and we paid the bill in full.

On 11/30/23 my car was towed to Liberty Ford. I am very happy with Service Advisor, Zach Bickel, handling my emergency repair. He was thorough and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this Ford service department and I plan on using them in the future.

This is my very first negative Google review in my entire life. My 27 yo daughter (nurse) was bullied and disrespected by the finance people when signing for her new car. She said no thank you to all of the extra warranties etc and the finance people would not take no for an answer . . . until I got involved. They made her feel stupid for declining the coverage and in the end, said "have fun waiting 45 minutes for the paperwork now." Absolutely disgusting behavior directed at a young lady who dedicated her life to helping others. Plenty of other Ford dealership options in the area. I would certainly avoid this one.

Service department is horrible. They act like they are so busy and when I pulled up unannounced, they're all lounging on their phones. Communication is horrible!!! I had to call for updates on my vehicle and nothing was done in the time frame as told to me. I not a hard person to do business with and I have no issue paying for service provided. These guys took my kindness for weakness and I'm left wondering if they do all customers like this or certain ones.(hint)Never again.
