I walked in a stranger with a remotely disabled vehicle. Pat didn't know me from Adam. I found him and his staff welcoming, competent and honest. If a minor disaster can be a pleasure, this was one.

I took my 16 year old son s car to them because we were told the car had an expensive evaporator leak and several other things wrong with it. The mechanic at Aurora Car Care fixed the leak in the evaporator system and checked the rest of the car for me. It turned out the car had nothing wrong with it but that one issue. The car is now running perfect. I truly appreciate this business and their honesty. They did a great job and have reasonable prices. You can trust them.

The feedback and reviews are amazing, and all 100% are true. Honest and knowledgeable. After being to 2 other mechanics who couldn't figure out my issue. They knew what was right away. I highly recommend Aurora Car Care.

Pat was awesome; extremely friendly, quick and efficient. He helped me with a pre-purchase inspection to make sure my trip from Texas would be worth it! If I was a local Pat and Aurora Auto Care would be my mechanic of choice. A great business and even better human being!

Drove to Aurora for the holidays and had my splash guard come loose on the turnpike. Brought it to Aurora Car Care and they fixed it for no charge. Would recommend Aurora Car Care to anyone!!!!!!!

I heard from a neighbor that Aurora Car Car provided great service at a very fair price. Stopped in at 4pm with a slowly leaking tire. Within 30 minutes, Pat's crew found removed a nail and patched the tire. The bill was more than fair and Pat quoted a price to replace all 4 tires (which needed it). Just before leaving, a friend stopped into the lobby to pick up his car and proceeded to tell me that there was no better service than Aurora Car Care. I will be certainly be back.Service: Tires

Pat and crew are fantastic. I took my truck there for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. It was for regular service. I returned for a second time and they immediately remembered who I was. I once needed immediate service and they found a way to help me out.

Great experience. Had brakes and rotors replaced on my SUV. Friendly, fair, and honest. Experienced a defect in the pads after 2 months and they quickly scheduled me for serviced and replaced under warranty. I will definitely be returning again for any future maintenance.

Anyone in Aurora should know that there is no place no more trustworthy, more efficient, or more dedicated than Aurora Car Care. I wish I could take all of my problems there! They get it fixed fast and affordably!

Pat is the most honest genuine mechanic there is. I would recommend him to anyone that reads this. I drive from Elyria to Aurora just for his services because I know he will be honest and upfront with me and my family. My older boy's now use him too. Kept hearing great things about this place. Had my car brought in over a holiday weekend. Amazingly helpful and friendly, no bs and immediate estimate. Somehow the car was ready the next (business) day, so I don't have to miss any work. When I spoke to my father of their excellence he said "Oh, Pat? Yeah that guy is amazing, helps everybody"Guess so.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I hsd a subaru brought in to them and they did everything they could to get me a part that Subaru didnt make enough of to keep their cars on the road as they claim they do. When they did get the part they immediately got it installed and got me my car back.

I did not find Aurora Auto Care by mistake- I was referred by a life-long customer of theirs. I ve been loyal to them for years now.Pat and his team NEVER fail to excel!Friday evening, one car broke down. Saturday afternoon, our only other car broke down leaving us without a car to use for work or errands. With twin babies and home, we needed our cars. I had my cars dropped off at his shop, left him a voicemail and he got me in. He thoroughly understood the pickle I was in and worked his hardest to get us up and running ASAP. He called me first thing Monday morning letting me know that he had fixed one of the cars already and it s ready to be picked up. And he called back later that afternoon letting me know they he was able to get our other car back up and running. Their skill, compassion and attention to their clients needs are why they have a loyal customer base. I've known Pat for quite a few years, even before he established Aurora Car Care, when he was working with Gus at what used to be Colonial Auto Sales & Service. After Gus sold the business and Pat left Colonial, I had more than one bad experience with the new owner and his staff. When I heard that Pat opened his own shop in Aurora, I was elated and began taking my cars to him for repairs. I have the highest respect for Pat as he is the most honest and caring man I've ever met in the car repair business. He has outstanding experienced mechanics who get the job done and get it right the first time. He honors parts warranties for the high quality parts he uses, because they do occasionally fail. I had an alternator installed in a Jeep, only to have it fail a good while later. I didn't even know the alternator had a warranty. When I picked up the Jeep from Pat, I asked him how much the bill was going to be, he told me there is no bill, as he discovered the alternator was still under warranty and replaced it at no charge. On more than one occasion, I've had minor problems that Pat could easily fix right there and then at little to no charge. I might add that for major transmission issues, Pat refers his customers to Matlin's Transmission, also in Aurora, and also an excellent shop. For auto repairs, I wouldn't take my cars to anyone else but Pat at Aurora Car Care.

They are very honest with their prices. They are hard to get an appointment because everyone knows they ll give you a good price while also being very honest with you.

Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is exceptionally rare. Pat, I cannot express enough how fortunate we are to have you and your business here, in our town. Your honesty, integrity, and genuine compassion are unmistakable and the primary reasons why you have earned such a loyal customer base. Add us to that list. We wouldn't think of taking our cars anywhere else.
