Don't try to call them ever. They never answer the phone. Doesn't matter which department you try. Which extension you choose... no one answers. It just rings and rings.

Took 3 1/2 hours to do an oil change and was supposed to rotate tires but they did NOT do it.Absolutely a waste of time.

Worst customer service! I was told my tires weren t there so I tracked them online to find they were signed for. I have been calling for two days and no one will pick up the phone. I have already rescheduled my appointment because they said they weren t there.Service: TiresService: Tires

Horrible service kept telling me a time and I d come back just to get a tire put on a rim. 2 hrs you have guys playing around and no cars to work on. Then you charge me the throw away fee when I plainly said I d throw it away. Very unprofessional and rude

I paid $9.00 per tire to have free tire rotation for the life of my tires. I ve had my oil changed 3 times since and every time they have an excuse why they can t rotate the tires. I went in this morning for an oil change and there was one car ahead of me that was getting 4 new tires. He was told it would be done in an hour and fifteen minutes. When he was finished and I told the worker I wanted an oil change he said my wait would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours. Then was given a snide sorry when I told him I didn t have two hours. I ve never seen a crew so desperate to get out of doing any real work in my life. Don t waste your time or money.Service: Oil change

Too much confusion on what they can and cannot do. Most of the time they are rude. I won't be going back to have any work done on my vehicle.

Went in for oil change and after I left smelled burning oil. Since I have worked at several shops including a Walmart Auto Care in the past I chalked it up to maybe a little bit on exhaust from removing filter, but the next day when I started my car it was smoking with an overpowering burning oil smell. After looking under the car there was oil everywhere, mind you it was checked for leaks prior to service and had 0...long story shortened, I had to add 3 quarts of oil and had no desire to drive it like this in order to take it back to a place with such incompetence ..I'm not sure what has happened recently as I have been to this location several times in past, but they must have hired some new employees that very negligent and careless with other people's vehicles. Not something anyone wants in an auto care shop.

I had a wonderful experience at Walmart. As a young woman, I was apprehensive about going to an Auto Care store alone because many are notorious for over-charging women for services. However this was not the case. I had a non-repairable screw in my tire, and they were able to fix it same day and were extremely transparent about the whole process and gave me multiple options of tires with the pricing, pros, and cons of each. Also, for the service I originally thought I needed, just to patch up my tire, they had the cheapest option in town for only $15. They also have their prices posted on the wall, so you know exactly how much everything should be costing. The men there were extremely patient and understanding and even talked to my dad on the phone to explain the situation. I highly recommend Walmart Auto Care for all of your auto needs!!!Service: Auto tire replacement

Typical of repair places like this I came in for a simple oil change on a Cadillac XTS and I asked for full synthetic and that they put in a bottle of Lucas additive which I swear by. I pull out of there thinking great it's running nice and smooth and I get down the road and it starts smoking like it's on fire! I pulled over cuz I think they forgot to put oil back in or something and I called them and the guy says oh yeah he might have spilled some oil on the exhaust manifold when he was changing the filter. Oh really? And then you don't bother cleaning it off? He says oh bring it back in we'll take a look at it. No thank you I look under the hood and there's oil sprayed all over the top of the engine car cover and the front of the engine. Nice work walmart.

You obviously can't expect to be in and out in five minutes for an oil change, so plan for about an hour and a half if you go early.That being said, I've only been here a half hour with a few cars in front of me and my car is already being serviced. This is even before their entire staff has arrived for the day. They were very kind and straightforward and also offer a free battery check.

Watched a horrible interaction between a manager and employee..... Kerri (the manager) was very demeaning to an employee, Devin. Watched her wag her finger in the employees face and shove her finger in his face. If this is the way managers treat their employees and get away with it. Kerri is a horrible, rude, manager. Fire her.

I went for an oil change today and on my way home, smoke was coming out from under my hood. I am very concerned my engine is shot because no oil was put back in my car. I understand mistakes happen but this is seriously negligent and possibly irreparable!

Walmart has easily some of the best and most budget-friendly service around. I have never had any trouble with any of the work they've done, their prices are the best, and the staff is super friendly. It's usually not a long wait, and the $10 road hazard tire insurance is worth every penny.

Quick and professional when mounting tires that I'd purchased online since noone had the size tires I needed. Joe was great and took the time to meet me personally to suggest I get new lug nuts for the next rotation since they were showing some wear to be on the safe side.

Been trying to get a oil change for 2 days now. Two hour wait the first day, came at 7am next day they didn t even open the doors until 20minutes later and had to take peoples appointments first. Get your stuff figured out.

First I went in for an oil change and they strip my oil plug and try to cover it with locktight. So after driving around with no oil for a while I finally find out what they did. Then I went in for another oil change and to get two new tires. Go to leave and check my bill, guess what? No oil change they only did the tires. The first thing I said was a high mileage oil change. Never going back horrible service.

Good price. Took quite awhile to complete work on a tire we dropped off. Did not call when work was completed as they planned, so spent an extra 45 minutes driving than necessary.

I went in the the Athens, OH auto center to get 4 new tires. I was impressed with everyone who helped me.The staff at the auto center came and found me. Only to explain that they could not and would not put the same tires on my jeep. After I explained that they were the one's who put the old one's on it. They proceeded to put the tires that they were going to put on it.After finding out that I had been misinformed, I called them. I spoke with the manager, who explained why they told me that and gladly made it right.The manager, refuded the difference between the price of the 2 different tires.He also explained again the Ohio law that state's that Walmart can only put so big of a tire on any car, truck or suv.

After having my oil changed my truck is running rough for some reason now, they never turn my oil change light out and they never give me a reminder sticker for my next oil change I always have to go back ro get one

Paid for labor.Didn t change my head light after they told me they would. Didn t change my oil but charged me for it. Called the next morning to talk to the manager and pretty much told me she didn t know what to tell me, and I told her I wouldn t be coming back and she said that s my not my problem.

Warning...this Wal-Mart Auto Center not recommended. STAY AWAY. I have used this option only a few times. This last time had an done oil change only bc I needed it done quick for an put of state trip. Long story short, the my car was unusually running through oil. Wal-Mart did not place the O ring to the filter's casing. And they stripped out my drain bolt. This was a full synthetic oil change with a performance filter. Over $80. Because the lube guy was inexperienced I had to redo my $80 oil change and replace the bolt. Thanks for stealing my money.

I arrived at 5:50 pm. Shop closing at 7:00. They told me there were 6 customers ahead of me and were going to be unable to do my oil change and battery replacement. So I waited in the lounge area until they closed up. They only did 3 cars and closed shop. These employees are liers and are very unprofessional. There were 2 mechanics in the shop and 1 at the counter and another mechanic standing around doing nothing. The mechanic at the counter even left 3 minutes early. If they just wanted to go home early, they should have just said so. In the hour and 10 minutes that I waited only 3 cars were done thats 23 minutes a car. For an oil change that's slow. To much talking and doing nothing just standing around. This is the only Walmart that does not take customers up until it's time to close. This place needs to do some clean up and get some new management and employees

I always get my oil changed at the Walmart Tire and Lube. It is the cheapest oil change in town. My primary complaints are that the wait is sometimes lengthy, so I wish there were options to make appointments. Also, they do not carry my oil filter, so I have to bring one from outside. Not a big deal, but it is worth calling ahead to see if they have your filter in stock. Overall, the employees who work there are very kind.

Get your tires elsewhere. Walmart refused to honor my warranty when a tire had an internal failure that left it looking like a stomped marshmallow. They could find any record of the sale in their system so that was that. My receipt did not matter. That they were Walmart exclusive tires didn't matter. That their system showed the extra road hazard warranty did not matter. They said they couldn't find the sale and nothing else mattered.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a oil change done there and this rude employee, came out to the viewing window and started yelling you cant block the f door when I was more than 6 foot from the door. Nobody was utilizing the door at that particular moment. He was just mad I was watching him in my car.

Employee either lazy or ignorant. Wouldn t install my tires because of wheel spacers which has no impact on removing the rims, installing and balancing tires, and reinstalling the rim on the vehicle.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement
