Very quick and painless, even walk in's! They tell you exactly whats wrong and what they fixed, my busted car was good as new in less than an hour! 10/10

one of my tires was leaking, and it turned out that i needed all new tires that had to be ordered in. i expected this process to take days, at least, but my car was all ready for me the next day. great, timely service and fair prices! thanks for all the help!

Terry told my daughter and I that the battery in our Ford Escape was an especially expensive battery that would cost $529, but would give us a discount and charge $429 with free installation. After agreeing to this because we didn t know better we found out we could get the exact same battery with installation at the Ford dealership service for $303.99. Don t buy a battery at Tire Choice it s much more expensive than other places.

While living in Athens, they were always my go-to. I have an older car, and that didn t seem to be a problem for them. Everyone s super friendly and never talked to me like a child, which I really appreciated!

My daughter had work done at a garage out of state. When she arrived in Ohio she was having issues again. Mike was wonderful he fixed my daughter s vehicle and provided her with the knowledge and documentation to assist her with the previous shop. They got her in right away, they returned my call, explained things to me, and gave me peace of mind knowing my daughter was safe in her vehicle.

Terry and Mike made the tire purchasing and installation a breeze.They provided prompt and excellent customer service and were patient with a myriad of questions.Came back the next day for re-torque and that too was taken care of upon arrival.Highly recommend these guys and Tire Choice!

Took my car to them to do a very simple 5-10min fix on my exhaust until I weld a new one: they were very reasonable, understanding, and friendly throughout. After getting the fix done (which was quoted at an unholy $62 at another nearby tire shop), they said it's on the house and that I didn't owe them a dime even after I asked them to take my money. These guys know how to run a business and I'll definitely be going to them in the future as they've won my trust like no other shop in Athens has. I recommend giving them a shot!

Had an appointment at 1pm. Showed up at 12:57. The manager said something about it being an hour. For the next 20 minutes every employee stood around talking and eating before someone finally pulled my truck in. The prices are usually lower than Firestone or the dealership but don't expect much in terms of service and professional attitude.

On a road trip and needed a quick fix for a slow leak tire. They got us in and out fast and we re able to patch the tire. Staff were super helpful and pleasant, definitely recommend them!

Brake lines failed on my 99 Silverado. I called my usual mech. but they were a week out getting me in, and I was hoping to be back on the road by then. Called Tire Choice on a whim, and they got me on their schedule the next day. All the brake lines needed to be replaced, and they were reluctant to take on the project, because to do it correctly would mean a lot of man-hours. So, I begged!! Told them I had been doing everything I could to keep this truck alive, since replacing it was minimally in the tens of thousands$$ and no one wanted to touch it. They agreed. They had it done within a week, all new steel lines! Awesome Job!!! (A wise man said: "if you can't start your car, you're stuck; if you can't stop it you're f---ed."

I called ahead for a brake job and to have a seat belt replaced on my 94 Honda and was happy with the service..it ended up taking longer than expected and what I was told. The labor fee was higher than what was originally quoted... because of that. However, they were very friendly and I feel good in my car! I would definitely come back!

I received incredible service here. My car had been dying for months if I let it sit for more than one day, and I had taken it to three different places in Cincinnati that could not tell me what was wrong with it. The people at Monro not only figured it out, but worked after their closing time to fix it so that I could drive home. Danny and everyone else were so kind, I would definitely go here again and highly recommend it.

I went in with a couple of spark plugs and a coil in hand and asked if i could get these parts changed. The man at the counter was very kind and got me in and out within 30 minutes (despite me coming in at 7:30 am haha) and changed it for me free of charge. Fixed my issue and my car ran smoothly again. Thank you so much for your kindness in a very stressing situation. Quick and kind service. Will recommend to others!!

I have gone there twice now for simple oil changes and both times I ve walked out completely satisfied. The workers are personable and are always trying to find coupons, deals, and other ways to help you out. This last time, the man at the front desk surprised me by fixing my exhaust leak on top of the oil change and said Merry Christmas . I am so thankful and will be sure to pay it forward. Truly amazing guys:)

They saw me right away, helped me out very quickly, and didn't charge me a thing! My car was making a horrible metal-on-metal noise and I assumed something major had gone wrong, so I dropped it off and went back to work to await the bad news. Turned out it was minor and they had it fixed in 3 minutes. The point is they could have charged me hundreds of dollars and I'd have gladly paid it, but they didn't. How refreshing to receive such great customer service.
