I have had an account for many years at O Reilly Auto parts. For the past several years I have been traveling across the US working on various projects, there s not just one store I frequent, but many across the US. The AWESOME thing I love about O Reilly s, is I can get the right part at a great price no matter which state I m in, From Utah to Ohio and anywhere in between. When I have a question about a particular part I purchased, they can pull up my history from anywhere in the US and I know I m in good hands, from warranty, to availability of parts! Thank you O Reilly s for taking care of my whole family with great service, products and peace of mind! Aaron Escue loyal customer.

Broke down a long ways from home, and the guys here were so helpful and let us fix our vehicle in the parking lot. Even when the store closed, they stayed to make sure we had everything we needed to get back up and running. Wish I would ve gotten their names! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Attempted to double bill me, then became very argumentative as if it were my fault that she screwed up. Very poor customer service. I've bought a lot of parts from them, but never again.

One of the screws holding in my front plate stripped out when I had my car washed so my plate was just hanging on with one screw. One of the guys, I believe his name was Charles, showed me where the screws were, even went out to look at my car to be sure we'd picked out the right ones. He even put them in for me to be absolutely sure they were the right ones before I left. The perfect combination of kind, helpful above and beyond, and personable that you don't find much anymore, and I am thankful he is there to serve as an example for his colleagues to continue that level of superior care.

It has been 3 years since I have been in a auto part store, I just wanted to walk in and check it out. I walked up and down ever isle and the two people at the counter where very unprofessional and laughing at the phones ringing and making snide comments, and there was one person working in the isle. Not one of them asked me if I needed help find anything. Thesis not great me as I came in or said anything as I left.For the unprofessionalism I have rated this store 1 star.

Great selection of automotive parts and accessories. First visit to this Athens store. Bought a socket wrench, Paid for it like one would, got a receipt. My wife and I were accussed of being thieves by a dirty looking stock boy whom was eyeballing us the whole time there. Showed the receipt. Will never ever go to this store ever again.

Absolutely, the best place to shop for your vehicle needs. Prices are always within expectations, lower than most places when you compare. The manager Mike is professional at all times. The staff will go out of their way to help. The only place I will shop for my vehicle family and business needs. Best manager by far. I have dealt with Mike since they opened in athens.

My son was driving from Columbus to Chapel Hill NC. He broke down just north of Athens and limped his car to O reilly. The guys there Justis, Lonnie , and Shawn helped him diagnose the problem ( they thought it was an alternator, but ended up being the belt) helped him fix the issue, and lent him tools, advice and assistance to get him back in the road. I can t thank them enough for helping a 21 year old kid in a 2003 Subaru Baja who was far from home and needed to get back on the road. Awesome!

Went into buy a floor jack and two jack stands and asked the guy at the register if he could help me carry them out to my car because I had issues with my sciatic nerve & lower back. He proceeded to Say very rudely that he has back problems too and that they're not that heavy! I instantly felt dumb. But My thought is if they're not that heavy then he should have had no problem helping carry them out. Will not shop there again.

Manager on duty made sure to correct the employee who told me lifetime warranty on brakes i purchased. They were only limited lifetime warranty which means only covered by manufacturer defects not regular wear and tear. Staff is very to the point.

Pretty good service. Double check your parts before you leave, if you can. I've had a few wrong items, but they've made it right with me.

Went it to have a battery replaced. After he tried to put in the wrong battery he realized it was the wrong size and grabbed the right one.Tried to start the car and no power. He rummaged around in the fuse panel thinking I had blown a fuse ( hmmm) and then declared not my fault .Two mechanics and 2 tows later ($630) it turned out that not only was I missing a fuse ( see above) but their best guess was the first battery was put in with the wrong polarity ( negative to positive) thus blowing a fuse.

Caleb greeted me as soon as I walked in. He was beyond helpful and made sure I got the headlight I needed! He even replaced it for me on the spot. Thanks for the help!

So friendly, ready to make things easy, and understanding my husband told me again and again how nice they were, compared to other places, and that's always where I prefer to spend my money if I can help it

If you need something hard to find, stop in and talk to Clay or Dakota, knowledgeable and helpful folks. The prices are very competitive and the returns are hassle free.
