As always they performed above and beyond. They had a problem getting a part that was nothing they had control over and was frustrating for me.GM has had problems providing parts in a timely fashion and I in frustration gave a bad review to in- town which was not warranted.I will continue to be a loyal patron of this well respected business .Sorry for the bad review and hope this explains everything.

truck was damaged all over following minor accident. Intown Body Shop was able to take my truck in before any dealerships or other regional shops, and they had a few positive reviews. My priority was 1) make it look brand new, a high quality repair and 2) getting truck back. While GMC strike held things up, Intown guys were actively communicating, fought my insurance company (who wanted to make subpar repairs), and tracked down parts wherever they could be found. If you want the job done right, I can highly recommend these guys - its worth it if thats your priority. Small town shop, small town feel - these guys will take care of you & keep you posted along the way.

So far, I cannot say enough about the customer service of these guys! I brought my car here after it sat at a different collision center for almost 3 weeks without even being looked at.The guys at in-town were some of the mosr accommodating people I've encountered.Although I walked in 5 minutes before they closed, they sat down with me, went over my insurance estimate, looked at the car for a bit, and came up with a rough plan of action. I had decimated a deer so I knew it wasn't going to be an easy fix.When the initial plan didn't pan out, they didn't jerk me around and gave it to me straight.The car hasnt been fixed yet, but I have high hopes for a prompt and thorough repair. Will update after.Update: After dealing with my horrible horrible insurance, they were finally able to put the car back together. looks amazing!!! Thank you guys for all your hard work and for being so patient with me.

The rear passenger door on our Nissan Versa was quite damaged when someone backed their pickup truck bumper right into the center of it. Intown Body Shop did an excellent job of repairing the door and matching the original paint perfectly. The service was friendly, timely, and highly professional. These fine folks do excellent work and there's no reason to look elsewhere when you need a body repair.

Inn Town Body Shop is number 1 in its class! Just had my GMC Sierra Denali in there and it looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor . Professionalism from start to finish! This place is great! Car went for body damage and came back looking brand new! That is not the part that is amazing to me tho. Our vehicle was there for a little extra time because of ordering parts and such. We had to leave state and they let the car sit even tho it was done with no extra storage fee. Also, my car was a nasty mess from running my kids all summer for ball. They cleaned my car for me!! It looks beautiful. I appreciate the above and beyond of this business. Sorry my car was so bad! I have had to use these guys a couple of times in the past. They were faster and less expensive than the other options in town. Today I went in because I cracked my front bumper on a rock trying to get out of one of Athens ridiculously awful driveways. They were able to pop it back into place. Crack is still there, but at first glance it doesn't look like anything is wrong - and they refused to take any payment. This is the place to go if you need body work!Service: Body & Trim

These guys are top notch and simply good people. Not only do they stand by their work, they also go above and beyond to serve their customers. I stopped in today to ask if my daytime running light wasn't working because of a wiring issue when they repaired the car two years ago and even though it turned out to be a loose wire, they fixed it on the spot for me for free. I hope I don't have to return soon, but they definitely have secured my business should I ever need bodywork in the future. Kudos!!Service: Body & Trim

Everything about InTown was wonderful. I hit a deer and needed body work. It was drivable but no headlight or turn signal and front driver s door wouldn t open very far. They were kind enough to take the time to fix the door so it would open farther, replace the turn signal, and order the headlight ( to be replaced in a couple of days) so I could drive it till they had time to do the body work. I didn t get the name of the man who helped me but he was amazing - took time to reassure me and I highly recommend InTown!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Reliable service, they take care of paperwork well, the work is first rate. They park the cars indoors at night, they do what they say, when they say. A really solid business, clean, well staffed, well run. Easy to find, in a safe area. I recommend you Call ahead with insurance claim info to speed up the process when you drop the car.

Fast and friendly service. Staff at in town gave me good advice on how to get the best prices for parts and where to go for good deals. They so did an excellent job at repairing my vehicle, I was impressed at how well it turned out. I would definitely recommend them if you need some body work done on your car.

I went to another shop and received an $700 estimate to fix my car. I went to In Town and they found a significantly cheaper option to fix my car and I ended up only having to pay $100. Very pleased with the customer service. They were willing to do anything in my best interest for my car and wallet. Having an older Saturn, it is rare to find anyone that is willing to take a look at it. They were more than helpful and fixed my car. I highly recommend Intown Body Shop.

My daughter attends OU and was in an accident on 2/2. Her vehicle was taken to Intown Body Shop for an estimate and repair, but was considered a total loss by insurance. I reminded my daughter on more than one occasion to get everything out of her car including license plates and registration from her car. About an hour away from a 5 hour drive home, I ask about the plates and registration and she left them. I contacted Melissa at Intown and she gathered the items and I had them within 2 days. Intown's customer service is topnotch and if I need services again, they will be the first choice.Thank you Melissa for helping to make my life a little easier!

They stored my Saturn VUE after it was totaled and painted my front fenders white on my Chevy Sonic. Everyone seemed very friendly and the price was exactly what they said it would be from before they began painting. No noticeable mistakes in the paint job, either. Would recommend!

The folks at Intown Body Shop are great! I've had my car worked on there twice and both times the work they did was excellent! If I have to have body work done again(hopefully not )I will definitely visit them again!!

Thank you very much, In Town!In Town did a great job on something no one else I talked to would touch.The body shops I tried wouldn't even look at it, sometimes answering the questions I had rudely or dismissivelyIf you've had an older GM vehicle or three (I can't speak for vehicles made after 2000 or so), you know that the doors eventually start to fall off. And, if you've tried to get someone to fix it, you know you're lucky the first time it's just the door pins. At least, as long you take care of the issue as soon as the door sag starts.And you also may know that it only works for a while, because the door welds start to break off of the door or body once the hinges start to keyhole.Well, Alvis gave it a try, at least. And when they saw it was something they couldn't take care of, they immediately sent us down the street to In Town.They spoke highly of their competency, quality, and honesty. Since I feel the same way about Alvis, I gave them a try.They were absolutely right. Not only did they politely and enthusiasticly ask me questions about it, they talked about the issue with me before they looked at it. They discussed their knowledge about it, and things that could be done to fix it depending on how it broke (there are several flavors of this problem).They did a fantstic job. Not only is it fixed right,it is as smooth as any door hang I've ever seen. And they didn't charge an arm and a leg. In fact, they barely charged us some toenail clippings.The door needed welding. It was done in 24 hours. The Astro is saved. Now, we'll no doubt have to return again when the other door starts to fall off (and beleive me, it's a high-mileage Astro... it's GOING to start falling off).This was affordable even for a low-budget type like me. And, even if it would have been the body and not the door, they were still more than willing to fix it, and gave us a shcockingly low estimate on the cost of a job nobody else cared about.RECOMENDED.

They never answer the phone. Hard to do business when you can't talk to anyone there. I called for 2 weeks straight and no one answered the phone.
