Easy overnight drop off for an early morning appointment, contacted before they started service in the AM (which was very nice!), contacted after it was finished (they had it completed quickly), and an easy check out and an overview of everything they did and results of the inspection. It was great! I m always pleased with service at Hugh White Athens.

It was amazing. Colin helped us with all of our needs, answered all of our questions in detail, he went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was friendly, not pushy at all, and honest about everything. We felt very comfortable working with him.

Thanks George Maury for helping me with my recent purchase of a 2023 Nissan Rogue. Before I decided on the Rogue, I test drove numerous mid-size SUVs and some cars. George was patient with me and answered all of my many questions. He even let me test drive a used Rogue that had just come onto the lot and hadn t been detailed yet. George is friendly, easy to talk with and follows up with his customers. I highly recommend him if you re in the market for an additional vehicle.

I've trusted Hugh White Honda the last four years. I brought my civic in for a B2 service reminder and asked for a tire rotation service as it's been about 10k miles since last rotated at this same location. I was informed my tires would not be rotated as all four needed replaced at checkout. My tires have less than 20k miles on them and are under two years old. The tread depth is fine for another 2/32nds. They should have access to the purchase date and mileage on the tires. I no longer feel comfortable trusting their word on services my vehicle needs, which majorily bums me out.

Recently purchased a vehicle here and we had amazing service. All staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful, which unfortunately wasn t the case with a couple of other dealerships we d been to. Our salesman, Tyler Stiles was top notch. We will definitely be back for future vehicles!

My first experience with this dealer was excellent. I did not expect to purchase a 2022 Pathfinder that day but really liked my sales professional and was treated with respect and honesty from the start. No games, fair pricing, friendly people who were very helpful. The sales, finance and customer service staff at Hugh White ALL were wonderful. Great sales experience. Unfortunately, I live about an hour and a half from this dealer so I probably won't be able to get my car serviced there, but I definitely recommend giving them a call. Jacob Eing, the sales associate, was delightful and super to work with. He and the sales manager, Rusty, were helpful and honest and so I decided to purchase on the spot due to a great deal from the start. Highly recommend based on my experience.

I gave the dealership almost two weeks to respond before leaving a 1 star review. After my experience, that s still being generous. They made ZERO effort to contact me. I made two phone calls and emailed the director of service about my experience. I was going to purchase a new vehicle from this dealership until incident. I dealt with two rude people and eventually hung up after getting transferred around so many times.Email to Service Director: (NO REPLY)I recently moved to the Athens area and brought my 2020 Nissan in for service. I am also in the market for a new Pathfinder and considered your dealership until my most recent interaction with your service department. As someone who only has my vehicles serviced at brand dealerships, I take my service experience just as seriously as the buying experience. When a customer calls in, it shouldn t be a difficult or daunting process to get the answer one is looking for. One shouldn t need to be transferred 3-4 times before getting the answer. (Still didn t get it, because I finally hung up.) It was just a disappointing experience and I wanted to avoid taking my vehicle all the way back to Columbus to have it serviced at the dealership I bought it new at. I wanted to share my experience with you, because I know service is an important part of the car buying process and don t want another customer to feel alienated or overwhelmed.

I had a great first experience buying a car at Hugh White Nissan. Colin was phenomenal from the start of the process all the way until the end when I walked away with a new car. Never felt pressured to buy anything, he was very honest & made sure I was taken care of. Huge thank you to him & his brother, who was doing all the financing to make sure i was getting the best deal. Colin has been in the business for 15+ years so he definitely knows his stuff. Very happy with how everhthing turned out! Thank you for making my first time buying a car a memorable experience Hugh White!

price is way to high first you charge a full hour rate to scan my vehicle that was looked at around 1:00 and i received phone call from matt at 1:19 tellin me what i had already told them was wrong with vehicle. than you chared me another 129.00 for another scan, also you charged me 30.00 for repair order. so my total cost just to buy crankshaft position sensor and r&r same ended up costing a total of 445.37. this price is way to high for 10 mins job to change the sensor and maybe 15 mins to scan a vehicle. i will never bring a vehicle back nor will send anyone there for anything.

Incompetent mechanics and repair service! Cost 400$ and 3 weeks to get my truck looked over to find nothing out but what I told them was wrong! What a joke! Stealing money from people!

I dropped my car off. Work was completed in a timely manner. HWNA had to order the cooling fan so understandably it took a few days. So far the car seems to be running fine. Not overheating like it was. One thing though, on the roof near the drivers side door, there is a small dime sized dent. I do not remember seeing it before, however, I can't know for sure when this occurred so.... it is what it is. I simply do not know. I hope it didn't happen while being serviced?

The reason I came there was because I heard of Roger Cochran, being an honest person and cared about his customers. This was and became very true. We bought two cars that day. The next car I and many friends will buy will for sure be where ever Roger Cochran is working. Roger is an asset to your company. Please pass the word. Thank You!!!!!!

the recent service was a very positive one, per which all of them in the past 9 years at that facility have went very well. Matt the service manager & staff always take care of my truck as if it were their own. Matt always exhibit a true caring of my personal needs and safety upon servicing my vehicle and alerting me to any items of concern. Upon completion of recent services, Matt executed a labor rate reduction based upon maintenance related services. Thanks to on-going efforts exhibited by Matt, he has been very beneficial to me as I am retired and on a fixed income.

It seems whoever scheduled my appointment hit the wrong button and scheduled me at the business near Logan. Whoops! That was upsetting. However, my car was still serviced in Athens and on time. So good save!

Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating. When speaking to Roger prior to going down he suggested the Nissan brand as an option. I am very pleased with my Nissan Pathfinder.
