I just completed how ever many car purchases from Roger. Simply stated- I keep going back because it s the best experience. I don t want to deal with a dealership or sales people who try to sell me or use silly tricks to put you in a car today . I want to go in, look at the car, drive it and walk out without with any pressure. If I want to buy the car, we make an appointment to come back to sign the paperwork. That s not a long process and I m gone. Couldn t be easier!Oh and he loves kids so if you have them with you he will keep them entertained for you

we decided to turn in our lease to purchase a vehicle which was at the Lancaster location, was told it was in Athens and we re on our way down there (about an hour drive) and they had taken the vehicle back to Lancaster, but they would have it back before we got there. Well we waited 2 hours before it made it back to the lot. Our appointment was at 10:15 and we didn t end up leaving the dealership until after 3:30, which usually when you purchase a vehicle they fill up the car before you leave. The car was almost on E and when we left it wasn t at half a tank. A week and a half Into having it my oil light came on, the u joints need replaced and three weeks into having it there was smoke coming out from under the hood.. turns out the cooling fans didn t work (and hadn t for a while when you looked at it) which could cause engine damage. I ve reached out multiple times to the salesman we dealt with. And It s been drug out over two weeks now. It s been about a month since I ve owned it and we ve already had to sink quite a bit of money into it since it was failed to be maintained while on the lot.They also dinged our credit so many times, we are Still getting letters from banks and loan companies without our knowledge of them doing so.Highly disappointed considering I ve wanted the vehicle we purchased since I was 10, worst experience I ve ever had. Would not recommend.

Auto/Service center DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Take your vehicle somewhere else to get serviced unless you want to wait a month plus more.I scheduled my appointment supposed to be on the 2nd, in which i dropped it off two days early because of the holidays & me having to work. Then when i called at 11am that day to check & see what they found out they told me they didn't even look at my car & told me "they would get to it". Two weeks later i called again because i was assuming some type of progress was made, well AGAIN my car had not even been touched, which i spoke to matt on the phone & he said, "i'm guessing you want me to tear into this." like uhm yeah? It's been there for three weeks. Then he told me he needed me to sign something in which i came in & done right away. I called again the next day in which he told me my headgasket was leaking, then he told me he had to take it off & send pictures & whatever. So the next day I called again & he said everything was good & ordered. Well my vehicle got finished this past thursday & they called to tell me it ready. I didn't pick up until friday morning because i worked thursday night. I come to the service desk to pick up my car & the curly haired lady was being real snobby & rude telling me i needed to have the person who cosigned my car come in & sign the paper or pay 2000 some dollars. I had a warranty on the car in which it covered everything, but they didn't tell me a signature was needed on the phone when they called for pickup, in which THEY SHOULD HAVE when they called so i could of had my cosigner come sign. I had multiple issues with matt & the woman at the service desk which blonde curly old fashioned hair. Super rude & have terrible lack of customer service what so ever, terrible way to act towards customers who pay thousands! My car could have been done weeks before it was if they had looked at my car to began with when i was scheduled! I wasn't updated on my car at all the whole month it was there, & i like to be in the loop about the vehicle i'm paying $700 dollars a month for!! No one called me & told me anything, i had to call in to even get them to look at my car. the whole situation is terrible & i hope no one ever has the terrible experience i had with the service center!

There s a reason Tyler has so many awards on his desk. They speak volumes for the work he does to ensure you re respected and taken care of, every step of the way.Thank you for salvaging my day/week/year after the local Toyota dealership left me literally out in the cold after lying, leaving me waiting around, and not honoring my USAA loan. Thank you for getting me out the door so quickly after wasting so much of my day at that other dealership (with an even better rate than I walked in the door with). Seriously, you pulled three vehicles up to the door in literally record time for me to test drive to be able to get home in time.You re a rockstar, Tyler! Thanks for being the epitome of customer service and going the extra mile.

I had a great experience with Hugh White Honda. The price was so good I drove 90 miles to see it. The salesman (George Mauzy) was extremely friendly and helpful.

I ve worked with Josh several times at Hugh White. First when I leased a car, and then purchased 2 from him. He has always found exactly what I want, and what I need in my price range. He isn t like any other car sales person that will push stuff on you, he is honest and great to work with! I won t go anywhere else but Hugh white, if you can t see Josh, see Tyler! I purchased a car from Tyler as well and he is also just as great to work with, can t go wrong with either of them!

Worst place to buy a vehicle. They will rip you off. Got a car from Colin and he and another salesman passed us off back and forth for a 4 year loan on an aged vehicle for nearly 5 hours and into the late evening. Thought we were paying 9000 on a four year loan, but a week later, find out it they had inflated the cost with addons we did not know about went to a 12000 price and a 7 year loan! They also stated they would fix areas of the vehicle that were not working and did not. They also DO NOT AT ANY COST BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. This place is a rip off and should be shut down.

Good service, didn't end up making a deal but they were very prompt and offered me some good vehicles. None of them fit exactly what I was looking for personally. A lot of them I will say were quite overpriced, thays why they were given 4 stars, but in reality that is anywhere these days. Probably one of the better lots in Athens for customer service tho.

Josh W. At Hugh White is 100% who you want to deal with for all of your automotive needs! I m very specific when it comes to my needs and he never fails to deliver! Tell this man what you want, the price range you need to be and he will find you a winner! Josh never fails to deliver and as for me and my family, we will always do business through him and Hugh White. I can t say enough, 10/10 would recommend!

I found out my car needed a new engine Wednesday and stopped in to talk to Tyler Stiles. By close of business day Saturday he had my car traded in for a Subaru that met all my criteria. I am so grateful for his help.

I give Hugh White a 5 star! Awesome experience with Steve and the whole crew!! I bought a Honda SI last year and Steve was the most honest, caring, patient and funniest man I ve ever dealt with. Steve never made me feel pressured or fed me silly car sell pitch lines. Anytime I have a question or concern still today Steve will get right back to me right away unless it s 2 am in the morning (LOL) I refer all my friends and family to Hugh white, they are ALL WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!

My son totaled his car and needed a replacement quickly. Wayne Horsley got us in a Hyundai Elantra which was the perfect fit for him! Wayne showed us all the features of the car and took his time to make sure we were completely satisfied with the process of purchasing this car. Wayne went above and beyond, spending time with us, driving 45 minutes away to meet us at the Lancaster location. I will definitely be returning to specifically work with Wayne when buying a car in the future. He asked thorough questions and made us feel heard to make the perfect match with a car which met all of my son s needs.

My experience here was positive from the moment I first made contact. I received prompt friendly responses and updates from Chelsea in customer care. Upon arrival I was greeted by salesman Tyler Bowman, followed my manager Lance Williams who were both honest, straight forward, and helpful in every way. Tyler helped get me into the car that meets all of my wants and needs and then some! He surpassed my expectations of a car salesman in every aspect. The entire premises was clean and orderly and the vehicle was immaculately detailed. Devin was able to get me a great interest rate. If you value transparency and business with a consumer driven sales philosophy, this is where you need to look for your next vehicle. I would highly recommend Hugh White Honda of Athens and salesman Tyler Bowman. Thank you for getting me in 'Ol Red and making the entire experience fun!

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to one of the kids in the parts department at hugh white in Athens! Didn't catch his name, but he took care of me! Ordered the wrong part by accident, once the new part arrived he didn't charge me a penny for it. That is what I call amazing customer service, bought my Nissan altima from there in May, & Hugh White have taken care of me ever since. Couldn't be more happy with my continued experience at hugh white Athens!

Isaac is a fantastic guy! Great customer service! Isaac always finds a vehicle that is perfect and has everything you want and need. Had a great experience getting my first new vehicle from Hugh White Honda! Kody, Stephen, and Devin were all very excited to help me and they all worked hard to get me in to this car! My original plan was to get a pre-owned car, but these guys worked their magic and got me a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback even though I had no credit history! I should also mention that the atmosphere is pretty laid-back and they put an emphasis on having fun here. Almost all the employees, including the general manager, held friendly conversations with me and I got to add to their chicken collection! You would honestly just have to go there and experience everything for yourself! I could not have asked for a better experience buying my first new car. Highly recommended!
