Totally happy! I bought my new 2020 Highlander hybrid here. My salesperson Cody Hill was patient and informative and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. Donna Corsi found me competitive financing.It was so smooth and easy and the prices were as good as anything I saw elsewhere in the state. It was really convenient to stay local!

Took my 2019 4-runner to Don Wood for maintenance today. Excellent service department, and my tech did a great job. No oily fingerprints on the car, and all fluids were topped off and the caps were snug. I appreciate good clean service, and that s just what I got. Keep it up!

I don't live in Athens but was in town and needed an oil change done on a car. As the car was a Toyota I made an appointment at Don Wood Toyota service center and had a terrific experience. The team listened to what I wanted to done and made me feel comfortable. I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the service center.During the service I left the car and when back to the hotel where I was staying. The team kept me informed of the progress as well as suggesting new tires. They gave me options on the tires and answered my questions.Once all the work was done they got my on my way with a smile.Just a fantastic job!

Great experience. Cody was very honest and explained everything very clearly before I got to the dealership. Truck was as described and it was a great deal. While the person who texted me was nice enough, the fact that they refuse outside financing is a pretty big red flag in my opinion,. While I know its not illegal, it just feels to me they are trying to sell you a loan, NOT a vehicle. I was already preapproved through my credit union and was 100% prepared to come buy the vehicle, but they would not accept my CU. Unfortunately they lost a sale, and I lost a vehicle.

Make a deal and because we want to go through our credit union you will raise price $3000 exact words is that you make money on financing. Not good business, I would be careful about online prices at this car lot. They are not as they seem.

Cody Hill is a great salesman and I highly recommend seeing him to purchase a vehicle. Steve Coon sales manager will work tirelessly to get you the best deal possible. I ve been coming here for 15 years and wouldn t consider going anywhere else. There service guys, Carl and Rick are also wondrous work with. Everyone is so professional, courteous, and go out of their way to make your experience the best it can be.

I recently went to Don Wood Toyota to get my car maintenance done it was the first time since purchasing the car. AGAIN, it was a great experience. Not a professional dealership. Drove 4 hours to view a vehicle. The vehicle was filthy smelled of beef ravioli and had issues from the start, rough idling, clunking noises underneath. Found another vehicle attempted to start a deal. Then was told they don't accept USAA as a lender because they take too long to pay them. Then they offered 500 bucks for a trade in that blue booked for 2600.for a trade. Never waste your time. Awful and unprofessional. Should have known when I called and the salesman answered the phone with a hello instead of saying something like, "Thank you for calling Don Wood Toyota, the home of the Beef Ravioli Jeep Cherokee!"

We just bought a 2024 4runner, everything was great customer service from Cody showing us the car , to Donna explaining the paperwork. The whole staff was amazing and helpful Chris and Steve even helped us. Will definitely be back

Travis was such an awesome car salesman. He was honest, fun, and knew what he was talking about. I m always so hesitant to talk with car salesmen because they can be super pushy but Travis made it my best experience at a dealership. Also, Donna was super polite and thorough. She helped me understand all the paperwork and nuances, it was so great.

Best salesman I've ever worked with is Will Blake at Don Woods Toyota. We begain our process thru messages I found a particular truck I wanted for my husband. This started on a Monday. Will told me everything he needed to process the application and I was able to email all info to him and he kept in touch with me everyday finally on Saturday we were able to go actually see the truck. Let me say the truck is beyond our expectations. We didn't see any pictures of the truck prior to our arrival on Saturday. My husband loves this truck. And if you are looking for the best salesman go talk to Will. The whole place was extremely friendly and definitely not pushy at all.

I would easily give them zero stars if I could. Went in to buy a car I had been looking for. It should have been an easy sale for them. However, they refused to work with USAA. The finance manager went on to say this is a recent policy change and no one is working with them. But after reading through reviews I see post from a year ago where they also refused to work with USAA. I spoke with three other dealers in the area and ALL were more than happy and eager to work with USAA. I find it strange that all the financial institutions they stated they would not work with are military/veteran related. Zero respect for military personnel if you ask me.

I just bought a Corolla at Don Wood Toyota and couldn t be happier! I was assisted by Cody Hill and Donna Corsi. They both worked very hard to get me a good deal within my circumstances. I recently bought a 2018 tundra at this dealership. My salesman was Cody Hill. Cody claims that he's been selling cars for a year but i would have guessed it was his first day. I called an hour before coming and told him the truck that i was coming to see. He pulled up the truck after i got there, it was dirty, had personal items of the "sales manager" in the back seat, and had zero fuel. He basically handed me the keys and said go for a drive. I had to initiate questions about the truck because he had no information to offer except 1 brochures style fact about air bags which I'm sure he just watched in a training video. After my incredibly short test drive, due to fear of running out of fuel, i came back and he had the business manager run numbers. I asked about a light on the dash that he "forgot to tell me about" conveniently right after he drove the truck up front to show me. I asked if there was anything else wrong, he said no. We made a deal that required a full tank of fuel.After leaving the dealership, i noticed the fuel tank wasn't quite full but didn't think much about it. After 200 miles of driving, i was already due to get more gas. This truck has a THIRTY-EIGHT GALLON FUEL TANK. The math does not add up. Since then, i filled the tank and have a range of 550-570 miles. The fuel gage needle doesn't even go below the F mark until I've driven 165 miles.Fuel is not a lot of money and not much of a big deal, but in this process I've found that the entire park-sense system is inoperable and the 4 wheel drive system makes a very loud grinding when engaged. I addressed all these issues in an email to Cody and all he can say is that I'm "being ridiculous" for even assuming he would cheat me on fuel. I've called the dealership several times and left a voice mail with the sales manager. I've emailed Cody insisting that he have a manager call me, and they all are refusing to call. I sold cars for years and this is not how you conduct business. I drove 3 hours to look at this truck and they are leaving me stranded because they "aren't making money on this deal." To Cody Hill and his manager Steve Koon, you two are the reason car salesman have a bad reputation. The only thing ridiculous is what you pass for good business.....(in response to the owner)Jeff Wood,Thank you for the carbon copy apology, if you would have actually cared to read my review, advising me to reach out to the dealership any time is pretty ridiculous since i already said that your sales manager won't return my calls. You surely have access to my phone number and you could have called me yourself. The lack of effort that dealers have to care about anything except their own pockets is why i left the car business. Don Wood Toyota is the definition of "sleazy salesmen"

Codi Hill was the salesman who sold me my Toyota RAV4. He was very good about keeping me updated on RAV'S that would be available. He was alsovery helpful in my decision on buying my 2024. He is definitely a great asset to your team!!

Don Wood made the purchase experience seemless. JR was a great salemen to work with. Made the deal mostly thru text and email. Price Proposal was sent. Made a deposit and purchased this 2022 Highlander $3,100 off MSRP couldnt be more thrilled with the deal, especially in this limited inventory market! I had a 2hr drive and they had everything ready to complete the deal. No pressure to upsell add ons. The most stress free experience. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience at Don Wood Toyota. Our salesman Cody Hill went above and beyond keeping us in the loop as to the delivery time of my mom's car. He was so kind and patient with her. He set up her phone, showed her how to operate all the tech and safety features and was great to work with overall. We also appreciated Donna Corsi in finance. She explained the different packages available and made the finance part of the purchase a breeze. We have no complaints.

Saleman is great(Trev). The biggest issue is the office people who take care of the license, they issue you a temporary tag BUT they never get my license to us before the temporary tag expires. This has happened twice. As of today I still have expired tags. Call and get excuses and nastiness. Bought the car in November and it's the middle of January, poor business.
