Was looking for a good used car for my son and Ryan Griffin did an excellent job keeping an eye out for us. He found us a sweet 2014 Chevy Impala w very low miles. My son loves his "new", and really it does look brand new. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to get in touch with Ryan.

Bought a 2018 XLT F-150 from don wood a few months ago. Was my first time buying a vechile at a dealership. And can say I had an awesome experience with this dealership. My salesman was Greg and he was very friendly and not over pushy. Will bring my business back here again and again.

They were all very friendly and helpful. Made you feel at home. Told you everything up front and explained everything during the loan process. The whole process went smoothly and fast! Chris the one who processed the loan did a very professional job. Jordan did a great job also. When we pulled in to look at the car he was on his phone. He got off the phone right away and came to see if he could help us. That was the first we had had that to happen out of all the car lots we had been at looking for a car. So that was very impressive to us that this was the place to buy a car. Thanks guys for all your effort! Much appreciated!!

The team at Don Wood Ford was excellent!! I was up here in Athens visiting my son and came in for a part for my Camry. I've been looking for a truck for months, so I decided to look around and Mark Dellinger at the Ford store in Athens was super helpful. He found me exactly what I was looking for. I was a little bit on the fence and of course they worked with me to get me the best possible deal. I used to work for Don Wood about 19 years ago as a salesman and the fact that I've bought 4 trucks from them over the years should tell y'all a lot. Trev Oliver did a phenomenal job working my deal and he was exceedingly diligent hitting every point I wanted. When Chris Thompson started the financing, he was outstanding, he got me the best rate and payment possible. None of the staff were pushy or overbearing in any way. Take this for what it is, but I don't normally leave reviews so this a big deal for me. I 100% recommend Don Wood Ford in Athens Ohio and will fir sure be back. Also they are completely Military friendly. I'm retiring from the US Army this year and I'm super proud of the service and support the Don Wood Ford team provided me. Thank you guys, be safe and keep doing great things.

I recently took my truck to Don Wood Ford for transmission issues, as it was slipping. Unfortunately, despite their efforts to reprogram the transmission, the problem persists. While I appreciate the work they did on balancing my tires and performing a front wheel alignment, I am deeply dissatisfied with the unresolved transmission issue. This is the second Ford dealership I have visited for this problem, and I am still experiencing the same issue. 57000 miles so the warranty is about out.

Recently bought a 2017 Ford F150 Platinum from Don Wood, Greg was fantastic as my salesman! He was very quick to answer any questions I had and even sent over a videos of the truck before making the 2:30 hour drive. Can t recommend Greg enough for your car needs!

Hands down, Ryan Griffin at Don Wood Ford is the best salesperson I've ever dealt with. He's down to earth, honest, friendly and very personable. I live near Columbus and I drove an hour and a half to deal with him, and there are two Ford dealers within 13 miles of my house! I'll send everyone I know to see Ryan. Thanks again Ryan!

Came here looking for a vehicle and definitely got my eyes open to a few great options thanks to Mark Dellinger. He's very informative about the car details and information that I was looking at. He definitely made me feel comfortable while looking around the lot and I will be back and be telling all my friends about how great of a job he did and how I didn't feel obligated to leave the lot with the car that day.

My girlfriend and I are trying to find the right vehicle for us and our three dogs. A friend of ours who live down there told us to call mark and we re glad we did. He asked us a few questions and has us leaning toward an suv. When we do buy we will definitely be making a two hour drive to buy

Very poor experience. We bought a F250 Diesel. Was told they checked it out and the only thing it needed was a glow plug. That was a lie. We changed the plug like they said and immediately several other things was wrong. It was not just the glow plug like they claimed. If they was an honest reputable dealership they would have fixed this but theire response was "Cant help". If it was an honest mistake on there part and they missed something then they would fix it. The refusal means it was an on purpose lie to sell a truck. When buying a truck from a dealership you expect to be able to drive it more then a handful of times. Do Not Trust Them.
