We were absolutely thrilled with Athens Collision Repair's team and the quality of their work. Before choosing Athens Collision Repair, we called around to many local shops in Athens, Logan, and Lancaster inquiring about repair times. Most shops were quoting us a 3-4 month wait before repairs could even begin. That was not the case for Athens Collision Repair. They gave us a fair quote and a short repair time frame right away.Additionally, when we ran into some issues with insurance (the person who hit us was fighting the charge in court), the shop was incredibly accommodating. They held our vehicle on site for us while we waited, and they also took additional photos to document the damage. When we finally gave the go-ahead to complete the repairs on our Toyota Highlander, they finished the work in a few days time. The quality and speed of their work, as well as their professionalism, were impressive and so appreciated. Highly recommend!

I received excellent customer service using Athens Collision Repair and highly recommend. I had to have my bumper replaced and because it was not a big job they scheduled me for service very quickly. Once in for service I had my car back in two days and they did excellent work. The customer service I received from beginning to end was top notch.

I was very pleased with the timing of the repair. The repair and office staff were easy to work with. My repair was completed in a timely professional fashion. Thank you to everyone involved in my fixing my 2023 F150.

I brought my car in on Monday and it was all done by Thursday afternoon. I had my bumper replaced because somebody hit me. The bumper looks perfect, customer service was outstanding, and they even detailed it. Super happy! The first two photos are the before and the last one is after. Took my car to them, was a preferred place for my insurance. I told the insurance I wanted to come to Athens Collision Repair. Took it in got an estimate the day the deer and I met on the road lol and was pretty quick. Chris was very nice. Did other paper work after and we were looking at appointments. He said well if I brought it in they could try to work on it in between other jobs. And a job that might take 1 week could b 2. I was very happy to get a call a week from the day I dropped it off saying it was done and ready to pick up :) and it looked like the day I brought the car home, Very Happy vehicle Owner thank you Athens Collision Repair

We took our car to Athens Collision Repair after it was rear-ended in a parking lot accident (not our fault). The car, though not heavily damaged, could not be driven at speeds over 30 mph, and we needed it for a planned trip in about 1.5 months. Rick and the professionals at Athens Collision Repair were great. They said the job wasn't a big one and that they were confident they could squeeze the car in and get it repaired in time for our trip. They helped us understand the insurance end of things, got replacement parts ordered, painted and installed. In the span of 8 days, we had the car back and looking great. If your car has a BooBoo, my husband and I highly recommend Athens Collision Repair. Good people, skilled professionals.Bob and Dale Stoll

That s a brief story about this place:I made a visit today to fix my Toyota RAV4 year 2021and I met a lady who made me an estimate.So, I suggest no one go there at all and here is the reasons:1. The lady wanted to charge me extra $500 then other body shops for the same job description.2. Time to do the job, the lady said 4-5days, other body shops said 2days.3. That s the fun , the lady said I have to wait till July (5months) to do me the job cause they are super busy !!!! May be they are busy !!!That s all and thanxService: Body & Trim

Under the hood repairs were done well. My car runs fine and I have no major worries, except my horn no longer works after getting my back from them. When they put the front end of my car back together (the bumper, grill, hood, etc. ), it was done so poorly. Driving my car over time, my bumper has started to detach and sag. I got a second opinion from another repair place and they deemed my car was still wrecked and was not sure why this place did such a horrible job. My car should ve been fixed correctly the first time, as now I am having to get the body of my car completely redone due to their poor job. Not to mention my car was there for 4 months, I was surprised they didn t put in more effort to do everything correctly.

They did a great job repairing my Ford Fusion after a minor accident. New door and rear panel but looks good as new. They handled the insurance stuff and made it easy for me. Service took a long time due to parts shortage but that s not the fault of them. Friendly service too and they gave regular updates. Would recommend going here

Outstanding work! My 50th Anniversary Special-Edition Camaro needed repair after a license plate flew off of the car in front of me and sliced my front bumper in a few places. I have high standards for work done on my vehicle and I am very happy with the repair. I highly recommend Athens Collision Repair. Don't be discouraged by the other reviews for this business, I was initially concerned when I read the reviews but sitting in the lobby of the repair shop, I realized that the people with issues were upset because their car has been in the shop for weeks waiting for parts. Parts took a long time to get in prior to the pandemic and now it can take months. No matter where you take your car for repair, it's going to take quite sometime.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car into their shop on October 7th after having a collision. I was told my appointment wouldn t be until a month later on November 23rd due to them being backed up. I never received calls or updates on what s going on with my vehicle and always have to call them to track down information. Every call it s we re waiting on parts and stuff is back ordered. It s now been 3 months since I initially dropped my car off and it s still not done. I wouldn t recommend this body shop to anyone. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or have your car towed to another shop. Worst experience ever.

Took four weeks fixing a door. In their defense the part they got was damaged and they needed to get a new one shipped in but this was not communicated to us until the new door finally came in after they had the car for 3 weeks. There was a lack of communication and anytime we called in the receptionist acted as though we were a bother and constantly said she had no idea why the car wasn t done. When I finally called in the last time the receptionist was immediately defensive and even confrontational with me and hung up on me. The job was done correctly but the reception really ruined the entire experience here.

3-day fender repair turned into a week. Then two weeks. Then three weeks. Still don't have the vehicle back. I call every few days because they do not provide updates.... each time the same story. We just got the parts, it will be ready in a few days. Next time - we just got the parts, it will be ready in a few days. Today - we just got the parts, putting it together. No idea when it might be ready. Take your business elsewhere.Service: Painting

We recently had our car repaired at Athens Collision Repair, the manager and staff were courteous and professional. The manager answered our questions and ordered the parts quickly and our car was repaired on-time and looked great. Thank you for your wonderful service and commitment to your customers!

Dealing with this shop was a nightmare. I left my car with them after it was in an accident and I had to leave town for a few days. I called them and left all my information about myself and the vehicle. When I returned and hadn t received a call I reached out again and only then did they finally look at my car to give me an estimate. I accepted the estimate and they said they would get started the next week. Each time I called they told me they would have it done by the end of the week but, shortly thereafter, called me back to tell me they would in fact not be able to complete it that week and would have it done the following week. They did this several times, it took them a total of 6 weeks to deal with my vehicle, and to make things worse they did not even complete the job. I finally had enough and because I could not wait any longer I picked up my car, not completely fixed, and drove it home to be worked on by another shop who could fix my vehicle. The new shop not only fixed what this shop had failed to but found other problems that Athens collision repair flat out ignored. I am extremely dissatisfied with this business and have never seen such lack of effort, nor have I been treated with such lack of care.

Not very reliable. We took our vehicle in for a estimate around the 25th of August we were told it would be emailed to me in a few days. I still haven't received it even after calling back to see if it was finished.

I would highly recommend Donwood Athens Collision Repair. They repaired the front bumper of my 2010 ford mustang and did excellent job. It is worth the wait to have them fix your car.

I hit a deer in my Silverado and they got parts quick, and fixed my vehicle quick too. The two guys in the front, Warren and Wyatt, were friendly and patient.

this is the upmost awful place to bring business. they are awful, rude, and they lie. they lie about appointments and then try to sue you 5 months later they try to sue me for parts they claimed to order. please stay clear of this buisness.
