Went to get my torque converter replaced, at first they were super communicative and helpful. Got my car back with loose steering and play in the wheel. They had my car three separate times, including the initial replacement. They refused to acknowledge the wheel was loose every time and said it was fine. Had to take it to a dealer who said they left a nut or bolt loose and just had to tighten it, took them a few minutes and bam my wheel is back to normal. Shouldn't have been that hard or difficult

Very pleased with my service. Savanna, in the office was very friendly. Brandon really knows what he s talking about. Two other shops told me my rear brakes were bad. Brandon kindly disagreed and said they were my front rotors. Guess what!?! He was right!They had my car finished, including other repairs too, within just a few hours. This place is definitely worth driving to from Columbus.Services: Brakes, Oil change

The man who worked on my car did a great job and was very honest about an issue he had while trying to do the job. I appreciated his honesty instead of not telling me. He didn't try to sell me anything or do work I didn't ask for. They were very friendly and kind people. I will definitely return here in the future to have work done if need be. Thank you very much!!

Fast, excellent service at a good price. Full synthetic oil change at a much better price than the "Quick Change" type places. Completed brake caliper change quickly. In and out in less than 24 hours including hard to find part shipment. Good service. Quick turn around. Price was quoted for my repair (replacing gas tank) around 200 actual price was only 160 and it only took a couple hours. Was pleased with the job. And I've used them before and will return when needed.

We were 4 hours away from home and 4 hours away from our destination when the ABS /traction system malfunctioned. We went to Kight's and the mechanic walked right up to us and diagnosed the problem after our description and a short test drive. He ordered the part and had it come right away. The whole process took only 1.5 hours. They saved our vacation. Best automotive service experience I've ever had.

They were able to get a 2002 corolla road ready and safe for my son for the winter season. They did brake lines, rear brakes, rear stability bars, serpentine belt, battery and tires. They did everything beyond all expectations and very professional. They are not always out for money like other companies, they are a wonderful family owned shop.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Kights Auto is a 100% trustworthy shop. I had my car there and the wrong part came in to fix it. The mechanic Chris called me and told me that they would have to order the part from the dealership which would be about 2 times the original cost. Since my car was already there he took the original part, cleaned and greased it. The car drives like new. Granted, I know this would not be the case with every issue that you could have, but in my case it worked perfectly. Instead of costing me $600 plus it was $60 plus tax. The point is, I'm sure there are shops out there that could or would have done what they did and charged me for the replacement. I couldn't be happier with their service and everyone that I have interacted with there has been extremely professional and pleasant. This is not your backyard mechanic, but they do treat you like a neighbor. They've earned my business and I'm happy to say so and share it with you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was driving with my family from out of town, Friday afternoon at 3'o'clock, they were able to work me in and get me back on the road by five. They did a great job, and I am thankful for their good work and compassion for out of towners, late Friday afternoon.

Timely service, friendly staff, and did not attempt to up-charge when they certainly could have done so. I took my vehicle in for 100k maintenance and they only replaced the items that needed it. Only thing acceptable about their work is timeline for an appointment. Three components of work, fast cheap and good, you can pick 2 if you choose this shop you will get "cheap" and fast but not good. Alongside of that arguing with your customers is never right, even if your mom owns the business that is a quick way to lose customers. I will never recommend this place.

needed an alignment on my car and my mistake for assuming they would do even a simple inspection of any other issues that may be wrong but guess not and left with my tires low on air when I came in for tire reasons

Had my car break down about a month ago, it was a really stressful time because I like most people depend on my car to get from A to B. My great grandfather had recommended this family owned car shop out in the little town of Ashville. I drove almost an hour going 40mph to get here. The receptionists was extremely kind & understanding. I am no car entrepreneur so I did not understand what was wrong with the car or anything. She took her time explaining, even showing me the problem & what they needed to do to fix it. I still did not understand & that was no fault of hers, but she even explained everything to my great grandfather as well so it made sense. That was my only available vehicle at the time so I had to wait at the shop about 4 hrs while it was getting fixed. Theres a tv, waiting room & bathroom, so it's not unbearably uncomfortable to wait.

Went there for a oil change and tire rotation. Kind of a small place. They were quick with the oil change but couldn't do the tire rotation. Reasonable price!

I've been taking my vehicles there since they opened. From oil changes to tires to the strange noise or vibration. They have always done right by me and I have always been pleased with the service.

I purchased a car from Kights. Prior to purchase the check engine light was on. They were asked to fix it before it was purchased. They (Brian) agreed to fix. When car was picked up light was no longer on. Drove it for about 3 weeks when it starting having acceleration problems. An outside source (mechanic) fixed that problem, however it still was not running right. The outside source could not figure out why check engine light would not come on no matter what he tried to do to get it to come on. This mechanic invested the issue and found that Kights Auto Repair had taken the dash apart and placed black tape over the check engine light. Now Kights (Brian) owned up to what they did and fixed the problem. (so far anyway, only had car 1 day). However, I would discourage anyone from taking their vehicle there to be fixed. If they did this once, who's to say if they'd do it again, or something else that is fraudulent. I want my money back. I don't trust anything this shop did to the car and if I were you, I wouldn't trust them either.
