Shane moved my 73 inch snap on master series toolbox. This box was loaded to the max. No problems at all. This guy took extreme care including doing 40 in a 55 just to be as cautious as possible. It was evident that he understood that box was my baby and he treated it as such. He showed up 10 minutes early for pick up and dropped it off right inside my garage like a real pro.

Shane was completely awesome. I needed a tow company because I hit a deer. Shane showed up 20 minutes later. My tow company didn't even respond from my company. Shane has a an awesome personality. Let me just say I was devastated my girl (my dodge Ram) was broken down, but Shane from Skufca s made the towing of my truck very smooth and easy. Car decided it was going to act up today and I contacted my insurance 24/7 roadside assistance who connected me with Shane. He was very understanding that I had been predisposed with a job at the time of call and still jumped through hoops to make sure my car was picked up and delivered where it needed to go. Great Guy. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing a pick up.

Camping and locked my keys in the car. I called my insurance for roadside assistance. A short 20 minutes Shane was there and able open my car. He was efficient and super friendly! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need!

Car broke down 40 minutes away from Ashtabula and this guy got there quick. When he arrived, the police were about to impound it, but Shane saved the day and so much time. Over the years, my partner and I have had our fair share of experiences with tow truck companies and this was by far the best experience we ve had.

I was not able to be present when the vehicle was being picked and Shane was very good about keeping me updated with the progress and letting me know when the vehicle was picked up. Was very nice and friendly on the phone.

Our car broke down on the Thruway on our way to Chicago and as stressful as the situation was, we were fortunate to have Shane serving us. He was accommodating, clear and dependable in his ETA, and super accommodating and friendly in allowing my wife, our dog and me to squeeze in the front seat as he towed our car 65 miles to Beachwood (suburb of Cleveland). I locked my keys in my car tonight. Shane came and helped me to get out. My car was not cooperating and it was being a pain but he figured it out and was very kind and patient with the situation that was already stressful for me. Even though I knew he was probably frustrated with my car he did not show it and he was professional the whole time. I absolutely recommend them and Shane.

I had been waiting on a tow through my insurance since the day before yesterday. I decided to call around myself for a tow because I got tired of waiting on my insurance co. & Skufca was my 1st choice.
