Cody by far is the best Manger. I had a complaint .he took care of it like a Manger should corrected the order and and refined my order my order this is the way things should be done when a customer patronize a business everyday.Thanks Cody for the great service.

I go in almost everyday an get food and gas, everyone who works there is really respectful. Food is always fast an real good. Cody is a good manager an I always see him helping all the customers out. Highly recommend going here!

Last few times I've been here, the service has been unbelievably slow due to being short staffed, or the kitchen has been closed due to no staff(despite the fact that their online ordering system says they're open). The store is messy like Dollar General with things in boxes laying around on the floor. Hire more people.

I'm not one to normally leave reviews good or bad but I had an experience worth mentioning at this Sheetz. I received a wrap with the paper still attached to the cheese inside the sandwich and I was very hungry so I took a bite in my car before I left the parking lot and realized this. I went back in and nicely told the cashier that I didn't have time to wait for another sandwich but just wanted to refund for this experience and she got a manager immediately. The manager immediately apologized offered me a full refund and a free sandwich remade. I said since I didn't have time no need for the free sandwich but the refund is appreciated and he not only gave me the refund rounded up to the nearest dollar but also gave me free cards to redeem another full menu food item and full menu drink item. He also offered me a free drink as I left if I would like it and apologized profusely. I understand mistakes happen and one like this is easily made and I greatly appreciate it the quick resolution kindness and extra effort in making things right. This manager really went over and above! It is much appreciated and I wanted to take time to give him props!

I stopped at our Sheetz tonight after work to grab some dinner. I ordered a home style chicken salad like I've done several times before. When I got home I discovered I didn't have any chicken on my salad so I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to a lady who identified herself as the manager and said her name was Sandy (or Sandra). I explained the problem with my order and she told me that I couldn't have ordered anything with chicken because their fryer is down. I stated that nobody told me that when I picked up my order and she said well I shouldn't have been able to order it with chicken. I stated that I didn't order from the kiosk I placed my order from the app and it did allow me to select home style chicken. She pulled up my order and adamantly insisted that I did not order chicken on my mto salad and then proceeded to list the items that were included in my salad. I told her that I could prove that I ordered my salad with chicken and asked how I was going to be compensated. At that point Sandy hung up on me. Consequently from now on I would check my order before I pay for it and leave the store.

Once again, your advertising signs have been placed in the wrong place in the cooler area. Inquired with the manager and she stated you see here it reads 19 point whatever ounces and in the next two coolers were the items that was supposed to be on sale. Then she proceeded to say well. Only two of those items are she was ignorant and indignant and didn t remove the SHEIN. When I questioned her about removing the sign she stated I was in her way. Then I go up to the counter and get cold, hon . Is that how you have your employees address customers?

This place has went downhill terribly over the last year or so. Most of the drink selections at the fountains are inoperable, the coffee machines are rarely functional today, (the French vanilla cappuccino dispenser just sprayed hot water everywhere), drink supplies such as the cups and lids are hardly ever stocked, half of the food on the MTO menu is unavailable, and the place is always trashed.

One of the last good late night fast food places in Ashtabula. Actually cheap and fast! I placed a smallorder online and the wait time was 20 mins. Honestly pretty reasonable since the place was packed. They had it ready in 15 minutes. It can be really overwhelming to handle so many orders at once so I really appreciate the effort the staff put into making my order correctly. They all deserve raises!!

Worst experience I've ever had at a convenience store. The "manager" Sahara was extremely rude, accusing me of not paying for the breakfast sandwich, which the lady at the checkout counter confirmed that I had, that she just rung me out. The issue was the kiosk didn't have any paper so it never printed me a ticket. I then informed the teller what and how much the sandwich was and she rang me out as I was in a hurry to get to work. Because I didn't request a copy of my sales receipt, I had to go out to my car and retrieve my cell phone so I could pull the transaction up on my bank's app. Only then did she acknowledge that I paid for it. Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL - amazed that Sheetz employees such folks, let alone as a manager

I'm a huge Sheetz fan, but this store needs some "assistance from corporate" when it comes to the night crew. It's really sad to walk into a store and the workers have the audacity to argue with customers over orders that weren't made correctly. I witnessed a customer telling the cashier that the men's bathroom needed cleaning and the cashier just laughed it off saying it was up to the day shift to handle that. I could hear the vulgar conversations going on back in the kitchen section while waiting for my food (which also was made wrong) and it was appalling. I travel a lot and I've been to this store a total of 3 times and each time has been this way for the past month or so, sad to say, my visit last night was my last visit ever for Ashtabula Sheetz.

Ok so I would have a five star rating except the app advertises things that are very misleading example unlimited fries for 9.99 a month however restrictions are 1 bag every 2 hrs that s 12 bags a day for 30 days far from unlimited I got that subscription cause friends and I usually 5 or more are always out late and like to stop for food late on top of the 9.99 a month I m still buying 99.7 percent of the fries we consume in a month since I can only use this once every 2 hrs and that s a lot of gas lmao! Just remember to read the fine print or sheetz owners and advertising personnel be out front and show those restrictions first and foremost I really enjoy your food and most deals however I don t care for misleading advertising just to get a sale and I hope that isn t the case

This is the dirtiest Sheetz I've ever saw. All those workers and no one can go outside and clean up the parking lot. The kid at the register was nice though.

Paid $20 for 2 burritos, one was as big as a chihuahua the other was a tortilla wrapped up and was no bigger than a 12 Oz can of Pepsi and it had almost no meat on it even after paying for extra steak if you want Mexican style food or want to actually get what you pay for go to any other sheetz I wouldn't even give one star if I had a choice

This location has really gone downhill in the past year. It used to super clean inside and everyone was friendly. Now everything is always dusty and gross looking or sticky. The service isn t fast or friendly it seems like a bunch of teenagers who could careless that they are even at work. I have had several issues over the past year. if your the only person standing and waiting for food to be ignored and you get to watched your food sit. lack of care with orders hit a new low today, I watched my RAW food be dumped in the serving/Togo box. Then they realized it was uncooked so, they dumped it back in the fryer. But once cooked it was placed in the same box. So all the reviews of food poisoning I fully believe after witnessing this.

EVERY morning for 5 yrs I stop at 5am for breakfast. These last few months half the time they aren't even open at that time or not serving any food. I go 8 miles out of my way to go to sheetz and have been very disappointed on more than a dozen occasions. So I not only waste my gas but I also go to work hungry. It certainly starts my day off badly. I'm about done wasting my gas each morning to only be met with complete disappointment

Always love the mto's they are one of the signature items at Sheetz. Another great service sheets offers is free surcharge ATM withdrawals. Staff seems a little understaffed but that's not anyone's fault but given the world we live in today's society that's just seems to be the new Norm but what staff they do have they run a very good operation hats off

I have been to many Sheetz stores throughout PA and OH. I must say this one is the trashiest. First thing in the morning going to work and I pull in to get gas and there is trash overflowing 75 percent of the waste receptacles. Come on guys clean this place up.

I have not visited the convenience store portion of the stop. The fueling station has plenty of fueling bays and offers both diesel and gasoline. There is also air service. The pumps accept credit and also allow for use of tap to pay card technology. The easiest way to approach this station is from the east so that you can perform a right hand turn.

Sheetz is my one stop shop! Gas, MTO and cigarettes!! Saves me from multiple stops with an anxious child, love it!

Love it here! Lots of food selection and speedy service. Cashier's are always nice.
