Amazing Experience!They help handle a warranty repair that originated in a completely different mechanic (who was horrible by the way). I did not have to do much and they even talked to the warranty company and got more of my repair covered than i had anticipated.These folks at fantastic and I love their use of technology and the text message reports they provide with pictures of any repairs that should be done. Remember that you get what you pay for and Route 20 Auto Repair is definitely worth every dollar!

The guys at route 20 auto repair are the best team of mechanics around. Not only do they do the best quality work in a timely manor, but they work w you and are so understanding. It is hard to find such good people/mechanics that will not gouge you on $ or labor now a days, and these guys are absolutely top notch. I have taken 2 vehicles to these guys and both times they worked w me and I could not have asked for a better experience. If I could give more stars I would! Keep up the amazing work, and you will be seeing me again! Thanks again!

Tyler's seems to handle the business part of company he is very friendly and professional. I had a oil change and tires balanced and rotated. They did a full inspection of the vehicle and send you the final results. With a detailed description of what issues may need any attention with pictures text to your phone very convenient. Good job team.

Nice entrance and exit. Stone drive base but easy in and out. Subtle music on a TV to enjoy. They had a coffee, tea and water bar for customers. I loved the lemon yellow bathroom and wide enough for a wheelchair. No push button for disabled on doors opening. But all is level ground inside and out. Super clean and love the soft seating. The oil change was done fast and car was waiting for me. I got in car and found a little bag of misc sweets. Nice touch for a candy lover to receive. It is eaten now.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Professional, courteous, and very efficient! Tyler was a pleasure to work with. I am a new customer but after my experience, I plan on being a longtime customer. My car had some major issues which they were able to diagnose almost immediately. They gave me a detailed quote with very fair pricing. Got the car back as promised.

I took my truck in for a timing belt replacement and these guys were great! Tyler let me know what was going on every step of the way and while I did need a few other items, they were not pushy at all. I highly recommend them!

Awesome shop. I sent them my van broken on the side of 80. Route 29 had no problems with a last minute drop off. Sent me a full diagnosis with an online link. Pictures descriptions and solutions. Also Tyler is a good man

Route 20 Auto Repair is a great auto repair business to deal with. We were broken down on our way home to Buffalo NY. AAA towed us to this repair shop. Evan and Tyler went above and beyond to get us back on the road that same day. We had time going against us and the part was 50 miles away. So Evan drove to get the part and we had 30 minutes to get into the truck before the shop closed. Everyone that works here is so friendly and knowledgeable. We are grateful that we were taken care of in a timely fashion. Thank you to everyone that helped us.

So, it's been a short while since I've been to this location. I got my Toyota Celica worked on here twice so far. I'm a heavy duty diesel mechanic and sometimes it's nice to outsource some of my labor so that I can relax. This is the location I choose for all of my extra work. I heard about this location through an ad I received through the mail about a year ago. The first job I gave to them was a power steering pump that went bad underneath my car as well as a leaking front timing cover and along with an exhaust leak, and these problems would've been very difficult for me to do as I don't have a lift to use at home. They did a great job with all the repairs despite diagnosing the exhaust leak incorrectly at first, although I understand the misdiagnosis as the welds on the catalytic converter I personally performed were, well, terrible to say the least as I was using a cheapo stick welder at the time (I apologized profusely, haha). They installed a new catalytic converter and I informed them the leak was still present and where I felt it was, they fixed it no problem properly and reasonably priced. I haven't had a problem with the new power steering pump nor have I had any engine oil leaks since getting them resealed here. The timing cover was probably the job I was most concerned with as even I felt that it would've been difficult, they did fantastic work.The second time I dropped my car off at this location was for a no charge issue, I informed them the alternator was likely bad and required replacement. The no charge issue was intermittent and I informed them to replace the alternator regardless. They were able to properly diagnose the issue and replace the problem alternator without issue.This location provides great service and from my experiences they have extremely competent technicians at work here. I highly recommend this location. I felt they treated my car exactly how I would've treated my own car.Thank you, Route 10 Auto.

These guys are awesome... Went in for an alignment and balance for a shaking issue. Those fixed the issue ALOT but they also informed me my tires I just put on were defective, they emailed and texted a link for me to view their diagnostics with a video showing me the issue(AWESOME) it also showed me the other things they inspected that could use or need attention in the near future. Even documented little dents and scratches. And most shops won't beat their pricing. I will be back.

After a few years of mechanics replacing things and then telling me my engine needs rebuilt or replaced I took my van to route 20. They figured out it was my PCM causing my engine problems. After replacing the pcm and a couple speed sensors the van is now running much better. Thanks route 20 for figuring out this headache for me.

Route 20 Auto repair has been so helpful and honest about fixing my 2007 Audi they explain everything that they're doing to the car and what needs to be done, they give me pictures and printouts to take to my husband who can't drive anymore. They are so courteous and concernedI feel very safe taking my car to them to repair it.Mary C

Strongly recommend this repair shop! I've had an issue with a parasitic draw on my Ford explorer for years and it got worse while driving up from Florida for Christmas. I had the dealership look at my vehicle but thry kept saying nothing was wrong. The guys at Route 20 Auto Repair took my vehicle in and found the parasitic draw which nobody else could find. They worked with my extended warranty and got me back on the road with confidence. I want to publicly thank you guys for being diligent, thorough and communicating with me every step of the way.

The person I talked to on the phone was nice. But I've called twice to get a quote on installing new pads and rotors on my car, both times never received a call back. I ended up just doing my brakes myself.

Very nice men, they did a splendid job and started on it right away, got my Silverado back and fixed the next day. They didn't have a loaner car but gentlemen took us to get a rental car some 20-30 minutes away. They were awesome!!

I will have to say that these guys were absolutely amazing! I had many questions they answered them all and were very patient with me as I try my best a lot I do not with my car all the time. They gave me evaluations and were very detailed with their work. They even spitballed ideas going forward with what exactly to do and I thank them very much for the work they put into my car

Great shop to deal with and by far the most professional I have dealt with. Took my car in for an alignment after some part replacements. Got a text with a report of who worked on the car and all the details.

Reasonably priced, online booking. They suggest preventive maintenance and repairs but do not pressure you like a dealership will do. A gem of a place.
