I recently purchased my motorcycle here in the beginning of the riding season, waited until now to write the review...the first day I was welcomed as soon as I entered the shop, asked if I was looking for anything specific, I asked many questions about a few motorcycles and they even pulled a few out for me to sit on and see if my legs could reach the ground comfortably, informed me on many details about the one I was interested in. They helped me so much in the purchasing process and provided the plate mount and temporary tag all installed before I left the day of purchase. After the motorcycle was outside, they even gave a quick explanation of safety checks, how the signals worked and how to do maintenance after the break in period, RPM limits for break in period and then assisted me later in general maintenance and questions as well. For parts and oil and other purchasing they were also very helpful!

Did my reserch online for over 3 weeks. Waited till I could find a decent deal for a bike I was looking for. There website advertises and kx250 for 6,799$s. But what the website doesn't tell you is that's the price after a rebate which none of the information is provided on the site. Then they proceed to tell me about all the extra fees that come along with purchasing the bike. Very bad practices and a gimmic to get people in the door. Do better and fix your site.

Called to get my seadoo's serviced told me they can't service them because they are 2 strokes and a little too old year 2000. Looks like I will go buy new ones from a different dealership.

Great service! Had a accident with the sled earlier in the year and they did everything they could to get me back on it this year. They are easy to work with and keep you informed through the whole process. Great local business and happy to have a shop like this in Ashtabula county.

A generational family business. Yes a tad more expensive than big box BUT well worth it for the service alone. Quality equipment. Knowledgeable sales. Ask for recommendations based on what your needs are and let the gang steer you. They know from years of experience.

Today was my first visit to this local family owned store. For a little shop they have a lot of inventory. The people (Don and Hal) were really nice and they answered all my questions about jet skis. I ll probably buy two there soon. Thanks to my friend Chaz for the recommendation.

Walked in Friday morning to look at Zero turn mowers. Every intention on buying one. Two guys behind the counter when I walked in. Neither of them acknowledged me. They just looked at me and kept talking. I looked around for a few minutes, never once was asked if I needed anything. Went to Home Depot and bought one.

Purchased Cub Cadet ZT 2 54 via Cub site, assembled and delivered by this dealer. Deli every person went over all functions and early maintenance fir the mower.. provided tips on using deck wash system and advised storage procedures to minimize rust and grass adhering to the deck.. outstanding service !

Love Loudermilk! Hal and his family are stand up people. From start to finish on each purchase we have made, they have made it so easy. I bought a new ski-doo last november and had an issue after a couple weeks of riding, so I called and they brought it right in and fixed it immediately so I could I wouldnt miss out on the next trip. I would highly recommend if you want personal family service. .They treat you like family!!

They sell geed products but watch out for the added costs to do things like assemble your lawnmower they charge extra if you want to use your credit or debit card to pay for your purchase. All in all for a local home grown place that's been around since I can remember I was not impressed. If I didn't need a lawnmower ASAP in September I'd have left and gone somewhere else...

Poor service. They want you to buy new motorcycles, but when it comes to getting yours fixed, they can't help you.
