I was interested in a used vehicle that they had. After a brief test drive we discussed my trade in. My vehicle was worth at least double what they offered. They tried to blow one by me. I conduct myself with honor, honesty and integrity, they don t. Buyer beware

I've had my truck for two years. Montrose has always scheduled me and deals with any problems quickly and professionally. This past week with you folks is the worst experience I have ever had!!! If it wasn t oil blowing all over my car from an oil change I had and finding dip stick empty it was the A/C not fixed!! When you think you ve heard it all for the third time of turning in the loaner I found this mess which was in the cubby hole up front now scattered across the back seat I do want to compliment Collin, he tried making it right but tonight Matt found it funny so there I was in the rain cleaning my car from the mess that was made by you folks. I was a loyal customer but would not ever come back and I will let people know the hell I went through. I left a one star review since I didn t see any that had a negative sign in front of it. What a disappointment

Friendly staff. Clean waiting area with TV and beverages. Restroom looked like it was in a luxury hotel. Oil change, tire rotation and first service inspection took over an hour. I was expecting half that time. Guess I m used to pit stop speed since I m from a racing family.

Montrose thoroughly looked over my truck to diagnose an electrical issue that I was having. They found the BCM to be malfunctioning. They replaced it and everything is back to normal.

Had a 11am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. At 12:20 I had to ask why it was taking so long. The only response was mechanic was topping off the oil and car would be brought around. Twenty minutes later car was parked outside. Then had to wait for bill. The only one that apologized for the delay was the cashier. After I complained no one said anything to me. Why make an appointment when it appears they over book service. Also I was never advised that they were running behind. I just wonder how long it would have taken if I had not asked why it was taking so long.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Service went great! Made my appointment online & dropped off later that day. Colin and team handled everything great. Just disappointed about the damage to my truck.. Colin did call me before picking it up making me aware, parts and service to repair had already been taken care of. I had a recall on my car and they fixed it. They had it done before 45 minutes. They said that it would take 45 minutes and it wasn't even that long. They are very nice and they try to make you feel at home. The place is clean and has warm welcoming feel to it.

Thankful Montrose offers transportation for customers. But wasn't very pleased when I got the bill. Never paid that much for just an oil change and filter before. Plus never received a car wash. Most dealerships at least give a free car wash.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very professional friendly staff. Mike scheduled my service. Called me right away when the car was ready to be picked up. Paperwork and pick up went very quickly. All the staff members I came across while in the building and out in the parking lot were quick to say hello, even in the pouring rain. Service time was 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and overall inspection. I confirmed in advance my truck is a Ford. After 95 minutes I checked status and was asked what service was I getting done ? I confirmed service and was told it s a 75 minute service, I stated it s been 95 minutes .he said he d get back w/me. 17 minutes later he returned and stated my lug nuts were over tightened and the Tech had to crack loose by hand instead of impact wrench (lame). Plus being a Ford had to look up specs. (Lame again). He also added the Tech was not happy. Few minutes later truck was done and I checked out. Quality of work time will tell, but I assume no issues. In the future I would expect timely communication. I will continue to take my Wife s 2020 Buick as service has been good and is scheduled. Will reevaluate after the Buick s service . They are too slow.Had a vehicle for 2 weeks. No calls, they had my vehicle for 2 weeks. No phone calls. 1 minute they're waiting on glass the next minute. They're waiting on omir next week. I had the heated seat recall done. Great friendly staff. Although when I got in my vehicle I had notice that the sills of the doors were dirty. I do understand that it was wet and rainy today 10-19-22.
