I cannot imagine a better experience at any insurance agency, or any business for that matter, than what I have experienced with Kollhoff Insurance. Life would be so much better if all businesses and people were like them.Thank you so much, Ed, for all your knowledge and patience you have provided for a person with so many concerns and questions. Ed has went above and beyond the last two years with getting the coverages I want to line up with reasonable rates.

Ed and his team have always been more than fair to me. They are a honest company, and give great advice on which packages best fit you. I have been working with them for the last 4 years and will continue to work with them! Great company!

This Company has helped us by providing substantially better coverage at a slightly higher rate. They have been a huge help by providing us education and guidance so we were able to make a better final decision, all without any pressure. Very easy to work with which was all very much appreciated.

We own a gymnastics facility and have had the same insurance carrier for years. We were very nervous about switching, but a dear friend referred us to Kollhoff Insurance. Ed was absolutely amazing from day 1! He helped with all kinds of questions, was available every time we needed help, and he gave us confidence that we chose the right company to take care of us. We HIGHLY recommend Kollhoff Insurance Agency! It's nice to know that we have such great businesses right here in Ashtabula that can take care of our needs!

customer service is good, not real happy that my insurance increased like it did. I know part was the new vehicle, but being retired and on a fixed income the increase is alot

About a month ago, I called Kollhoff Insurance Agency to get a quote on a new insurance policy because I was moving into my first apartment and needed renters insurance. My current company wanted to charge me way more than I could see myself paying so I decided to look into more options. When I called they were eager to help and very friendly. I worked with Ed, he kept in contact throughout the whole process and made sure I understood everything that was going on. In the end I saved about 20% with my new insurance policy and now have much more coverage then I did with the other company. I would recommend Kollhoff Insurance Agency again and again.

Having recently been an insurance agent, I know what I expect from my insurer. I hate pushy but love being informed so I can make wise decisions, Kollhoff was both informative and patient. I transferred my business, landlord, and personal home and auto to Kollhoff and saved a great deal of money...and better protecting myself and my family.

Called my parents because I canceled my policy I'm above drinking age they shouldn't be discussing my policy with people who it doesn't apply to. Then they lied and said I was driving without insurance when I got dropped off -.-
