Ray went above and beyond for me with a battery pack. I bought an E-scooter/moped with no battery. He was professional and patient listening to me over the phone and in person(me being someone that knows NOTHING about batteries/electrical things). Not only did the batteries come in quick, he wired, labeled and put a fuse on the wire in case I connect it incorrectly; I blow the fuse not the batteries. Such a great experience!!

Don't buy car batteries anywhere else. They take the time to check and be sure your current battery is okay or needing replaced and then if you need a new battery their prices are uaually less than any of the retailers around. Also if you have any issue large or small they are happy to help. They treat you like a friend/family rather than a sale.

Lost all electrical power in the bitter cold we had the other night. Jumping the battery didn't do anything. I finally got it started with a power box. I went to KenRay Battery. It was quick and easy. My alternator rested ok and my battery was good, but not good enough for the bitter cold weather. So I bought a new battery. He installed it and I was on my way.

Just came back from Ken Ray. In and out in less than 15 min. Under $100.00 installed. Professionally completed. Free and accurate diagnostics and installation. I encourage everyone needing this service to go to our Locally owned and operated Ken Ray Battery shop.

Had the battery replaced in my 1999 Corvette. They tested the entire electrical and charging system, installed a quality, 6-year battery and had me on my way in about 15 minutes for under $100.00 Outstanding service by people who know batteries.

Honda scooter battery probably too muchcharge, yet Deka 3 amp hour 12 volt started scooter 2 year. Gentleman has small scooter battery right on hand, and advises do not pour H2SO4 until using
