Every time I need a tool quick and inexpensive Harbor Freight is there for me! I love my US General tool box and have never been disappointed with my purchases.

Helpful with my return went seamlessly. And I'm not sure why nobody else is talking about this but Harbor freight has one of the best hybrid air line I have seen in awhile. And also floor jack 3 ton Daytona pleased so far "neon green machine" again helpful staff at my local HF

Didn't have pressure washer hoses. Sell the pressure washer but not additional hoses or couplers and nipples to attach accessories. Try for a complete pkg sale. Also customer service sales associate pointed me in a direction for goods, instead of bringing me there and making sure to fulfill my needs.

This particular store was so clean and the staff was so pleasant compared to my Erie store that I normally shop at. There was a particular employee that deserves recognition. I believe his name is Dan and he went out of his way to make sure to find the product I was looking for.

As a first time home buyer and frequent DIYer, Harbor freight is like a candy store to test all the things I think I need. Do I need a chisel set? Well I have one now. And if I need a better one, then I know I can go somewhere and get a better one. But for setting doors, it works excellently. So far in the past week I have bought a ladder, a generator, a door installation kit, a steel hole drilling set, spades for drilling holes, a fiberglass hammer, a bucket, a 12 ton pipe jack, and all have worked amazingly. I needed a few pipe jacks to fix a sagging floor and they worked amazingly. I cannot believe how fun this store is. Join ITC and have a blast. From fixing cars to normal DIY repair, this is the place. I personally would never buy their power tools, but their generators, jacks, hand tools, and toolboxes are awesome.

Having visited Harbor freight in more than 15 states, I d have to say this one location is well-stocked and their staff is very knowledgeable.

New to town, bought warrior cordless drill with flashlight.with 1 battery. $24.99, with phone coupon (barcode)Paid $19.99, regretfully they did not have anything off extra battery at $17.99. Have used it, preforms to my needs! Will see how it holds up.

I had an issue with a tool. Spoke with the manager Julie gave her all my information all the tool information shut up the following morning manager or employee was very polite and exchange the tool

The staff is very friendly and helped me find everything that I needed quickly. They carry more than just car tools they also carry home-improvement tools for very cheap.
