We were on a family vacation headed from Texas to New York when our water pump went out. It was Friday at 4:45pm. After having a complete meltdown we finally called Davis Towing to pick up our truck. We thought our plans for this trip were ruined! Mike not only towed our Tahoe but he took it to his shop and was able to fix the broken water pump and get us back on the road. He not only fixed our car but was incredibly reasonable, kind, and super friendly! We were able tomake it on time to pick up the rest of the family that was flying in and continued on our trip! Thanks to Mike this Texas family still had a family vacation!! Can't thank him and his team enough!!

I needed Davis Towing services on March 2, 2024. Quick response to my situation and problems I had with AAA. Towed car back to PA. Tow operator, Mike, was excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better response to the bad morning I was having.

Fast service. I called Progressive for road service when I locked my keys in my vehicle at Circle K in Kingsville,Ohio. Davis Towing was the business that responded . I would recommend them to Anyone needing wrecker services in Northern Ashtabula County Ohio.

This tow company saved our trip Spent 3 hours on the road with us to tow us back to the shop and put a replacement tire on. No spare on the new Toyota Hybrid who would have guessed. We enjoyed every one of them and they did not leave us to spend the night at the Hampton until Toyota opened. Are you listening AAA? They are amazing, and honest. Thank you carolyn Larson

I backed into a hole, literally. Davis towing was responsive, removed the vehicle without causing any further damage. Mike, their senior driver, towed the vehicle to where it needed to go, and was helpful in making sure I wasn't stranded. Call them. If they could help me out, they will be able to help you too.

So greatful for Sammie Hall and Mike Pitman. Best tow company I've ever dealt with and I get stuck pretty often. The two gentleman were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and most of all were willing to get muddy and got the job done, when a bunch of other tow companies didn't have the knowledge to do the job and refused to get my machine out. Sammie and Mike got it done. Thank you so much ! Price was super reasonable. Money does not pay for the knowledge experience those two bring to a job.

Today my tire messed up and I needed a tow. I went through AAA and they sent Davis Towing. The gentleman was absolutely amazing! I was stuck waiting for awhile but not because of them. AAA didn't give them the right information. However he got my 15 month old and I home safely and was absolutely amazing even though my little guy cried the whole way home. But after the day he had I couldn't blame him. Big Shout Out to Mike and everyone at Davis Towing for just being AMAZING! I definitely will recommend them and use them again.

Friendly people, considering the circumstances. They are very thorough and keep their word which in today's world carries weight. If I ever need a tow or have the unfortunate experience with APD like the friend I was with there, I would definitely call Davis towing!

I just want to say how above and beyond their driver Mike went to help me get my car where it needed to be. He was willing to drive 2.5 hours to buffalo from their location at 11pm at night. They are kind, efficient and honest people and I can t thank them enough.

Sam from Davis Towing came and towed our car after we called roadside assistance. Sam was very helpful, accommodating, and timely. Sam was also very professional. If I ever needed towing again I would call and ask for Sam. Best experience I have ever had with roadside assistance!!!!!

This is the only company I will trust to take care of my vehicles. One winter I unknowingly had an issue with my battery and my car ended up completely dying on the highway on my way home from night classes. Thankfully I ended up safely in the median and didn t hit anything/anybody or cause any damages, but I was alone in the middle of the highway in a snowstorm with no heat or lights. I immediately called Davis Towing because I was scared and didn t know what to do. They made sure nobody was hurt and that I was in a safe place and sent Sammy out to rescue me. He left as soon as I called and was there within 15 minutes. In the mean time there was a snow plow, ambulance, and police officer that stopped to make sure everything was okay. Sharon even stayed on the phone with me until Sammy got there. Being so scared I refused to get out of my car until I knew someone I trusted was there.This company is more than just a towing company, they re a part of Ashtabula s community and have become part of my family. I am so thankful for everything they have done to help me. The drivers are professional, compassionate, and skilled. The prices are absolutely fair, especially compared to other companies nearby. They not only provide vehicle services, but peace of mind knowing that everything will be okay. I would absolutely trust them with my life and recommend them to anybody that needs help with their vehicle.

My very old van broke down on my way home from a vacation. The whole crew at Dave s made it less of a bad situation. They were kind, courteous, amazingly fast service and at an affordable price.

My box truck was stuck on side of road in the snow. I called Davis Towing and within 1 hr my guys were back on the road! I will save them in my phone and share their information with all my friends! I highly recommend them for ALL your towing needs! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your excellent service!

Quick, generous, informative and compassionate during sensitive situations. And the tow truck had AC. Pulled me out of a deep ditch without harming my vehicle. If your unsure of who, what, where and why, these ladies and gentlemen know all the ins and outs of towing, unlocking, removals, long distance tows and mechanical issues. You won't regret using thier services and the price is right.

I used Davis Towing to tow my car to my local car repair shop for engine failure. The tow driver was not professional, did not wear a mask, and didn't communicate with me at all - I didn't even receive a greeting or a hello when he arrived. I had to ask if he knew the address to take the car to and he didn't. Thank god I asked! Who knows where it would have ended up! I gave him the correct destination and he was on his way.

They took my van from the scene of an accident. Every thing happened so fast I did not even know where my van went. When I talked to them on the phone and found out they had it the woman even told me what to do next because I had no idea. When I went to get my belongings or of the van the where the nicest people. Totally recommended!

Had to pay 310 dollars on getting my jeep out of impound $&@^ing cops put a hold on my vehicle. Must be nice everyone getting a slice from Obe Trice.

They towed my vehicle as requested by the police. When toeing they didn't take the car out of gear or off my jack stands. They pulled the vehicle in park of the stands and it landed on the stands damaging both stands and the vehicle. They also damaged my patio the vehicle was on and my driveway dragging a car im gear. They is physical damage to the car now and possible damage to the transmission.

If only there were negative stars , after they had towed my car from an accident, I recieved nothing but horrible service the day I went to retrieve my personal belongings from my totaled car, I urge you to never use this wrecker service, and tell your friends the same
