Had the battery installed with a plan originally to have electrical checked out to see where power was being drawn from...wasn't done. Charged me 95.00 to check for leaks still wasn't concrete om where the leak s were...just gave me the run around on getting the valve cover done...said he would do it...didn't hear bck for 4 days I called bck. I got a call today saying they're weren't interested in the job...saying it's a 9 hour job? I haven't the slightest idea where they got 9 hours from bc it takes a normal mechanic 4-5..so very unpleasant with the lack of professionalism and wasting my time for the last week when I could've been searching for another mechanic in the meantime. When u say u will do something do it..don't change ur mind a week later just not cool n keep me in the wind I'm the process. Won't go bck.Service: Auto battery replacement

While driving down I-90 we began to feel vibration from the front wheels. The good folks at Cragon bent over backward to get the problem diagnosed quickly, to get the needed part from a dealer, and to complete the repair in a short time. Heck, they even invited us to have dinner of their lunch pizza! We really appreciated coming to them in a time of need.

Was recommended by a dealership to have my 2015 C7 tuned here at Cragons. I was told that he didn t have any room inside to store the car but he said he would block it in under the awning out front since we could still get snow and it would only be outside for a day or 2. After about 2 weeks of driving by and seeing my car covered with snow outside of the awning I stopped to in after work on a Friday to see what was going on and was told it would be done by Saturday. So Saturday came around and he let me know that the car was ready and that he only takes cash payments on dyno services. When I arrived he turned the car over to me and I asked for a receipt and a dyno sheet and he was not able to provide me with them (the dealer I purchased the car from was going to reimburse me for the tune since the car was not running right) I had tried texting and calling for over a week to get a invoice so I can be refunded by the dealer and I ve still got no answer. The car does run better but doesn t run that way it should now it lunges when put into drive and reverse. I am now on a wait list at another performance center to have it done right $700 down the drainServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning

We thought our car needed tires so took the car in for those- my husband got a call that there was a need for MUCH more then just tires and several parts needed to be ordered. The owner actually brought my vehicle back to me so I would have access to it if I needed to while parts were ordered. The car has been fixed, repairs made and it is now safe and rides like a charm!! Thanks to everyone at Cragons for always doing a great job and keeping me safe while im out traveling in my vehicle for work! Appreciate you all!

Went to Cragon's for a LOF & tire rotation and asked to them check my front brakes. Ed discovered that my caliper pistons were smashing my pads to my rotors. He was able to do a complete new overhaul of my front system by the next mid morning. Atta boy Ed and the whole Cragon group.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Had my car sitting outside for over 3 months untouched when I was originally told they would be able to get to it within 2 weeks for a dyno tune. Went somewhere else. Big waste of time and money. Do not recommend getting your car tuned hereService: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

I've have used Cragon for repairs on two of my cars, each experience has been professionally quoted, completed before promised, great communication throughout. The work completed included Brakes, suspension, wheel bearing, oil changes, alignments. Drove from Youngstown to have them service my car and I don't regret it. I expected to have the front struts replaced on my car and an alignment. I got there to discover the repair was much less severe. Rather than spending 700+, the repair was less than 300. Well worth the trip. Went to Walmart to get tires balanced, they said they couldn't do the job. Told me the front end was loose. Asked what was loose and got " we can't tell you and if we did know we still couldn't tell you. Went to Cragon Auto and Kevin took me back to where the van was on the lift. Showed me the front suspension and all was good except that the tires were cupped and needed replaced. Replaced tires and was very happy with what was done. I have now taken another vehicle to Cragon, I know the work will be done with quality, great expertise and in a timely manner.Service: Tires

I have a lifted 2005 cummins. It's sitting on 35s so it's hard to find someone who can change tires that big and do an alignment on a lifted truck. Called them on a Monday and asked if they could do everything. They assured me they could and I was scheduled for Thursday. Dropped the truck off Wednesday night so they could have a full day with it on Thursday. 2pm comes around and I haven't heard from them all day so I assumed everything was going well and decided to give them a call just to make sure. No answer. I tried calling a total of 6 times from 2 until 4:30 without an answer or call back. Decided to go up and see what was going on. I get there to see the truck hasn't been touched. Guy says they had a rush of people come in and couldn't get time for it. So I guess they don't care how much they inconvenience you by saying they will do a job and just completely ignore it. Also see that their walk-ins are more important than someone scheduled 4 days in advance. Threw my tires in the truck and left. Will never try to do business with them again.

Kevin and his staff were amazing, dropped my '09 Vette off to be dyno tuned after adding some aftermarket speed parts to "Baby" and the guys there were able to do a great tune on the dyno, increase my HP, drivability went way up as did gas mileage....in today's world it's not just about bolting on parts, it's about partnering with a shop that can make today's computer controlled cars work together with old fashion hot rodding.Service: Auto engine tuning
