I came in at 730 am on the morning of March 22, 2024 with a turn signal out. Though the sale was small I was treated like I had just spent a million bucks. It's 26 degrees outside and he did not hesitate for a second to help this ol lady by changing this bulb for me. I wish I had got his name! Huge shout out and thank you SO much for being there for me when I needed you! Your amazing!!! Wish I could give a million stars? Give this man a raise!!!!

Have a lot of cool accessories, good deals on tools and always have sales on different fluids and parts. They typically get you in and out and most of them are knowledgeable as well.

For strictly auto parts you can't do much better. Price is a little high but what else is new. GET IN THE ZONE AUTOZONE

From the in store management down to the part-timers, these are my people. These guys and gals know me by name when I come thru the door. Almost always have what I need in stock!! Always go above and beyond for all my needs!!!Get in the zone!!!

You have to be ducking kidding me right now. Just heard from my mother that the employees and managers here didn't help her put on a driving knob on her steering wheel (broken hand, you can see the cast) You guys would change a $100 battery, but can't put on a $15 knob for someone who clearly was unable to do it themselves? DUCK YOU

I wanted to get a car key battery to unlock my daughters car. But they are out of stock.They said they could order one and it would be on the store in about one week or so.It was a good thing we had the extra set.

The staff is very knowledgeable and the can order pretty much anything you can need. It's a good company, some small flaws but a good company non the less

If they had an option for a zero I would choose it! I have two headlights but he insisted it was only one! After going back three times and him not even coming and looking at what I was talking about I finally went to O reilys across the street to find out there was two head light bulbs and they came out and took a look and installed the light for me! Horrible service. I wouldn t Recommend this place to anyone.

My new auto part store! Very knowledgeable good inventory, pleasant staff. Even offered a warranty replacement on some break shoes I purchased two years ago that I completely forgot about only because I was in there system and they noticed it. No hassle service. I don't impress easily as I also work retail.

Pretty good guys some of them need better training arguing with me that they did not make a Jeep Liberty renegade in 2003 just because it's not on your computer, the title says different but I reckon you have that with the new generation, definitely worth going there they'll take care of you they're good folks

Went here to get a battery a few weeks ago, hands down best experience. The gentleman there was so kind and was more than willing to help, he even carried the battery out for me. It was the one in Ashtabula Ohio. Definitely coming back for any of my auto parts needs.

Salesman replaced my front wipers, but couldn't figure out the replace the rear so he just handed it to me and said someone else will have to do that one and he never reattached the old one on the rear and never told me resulting in me running my rear wiper with no rubber attached.

SUPER HELPFUL!!! I had a tricky fuse issue. Juan was awesome! Diagnosed and fixed it on the spot. Had me up & running, and back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Honest, economical, customer-service-centered.

I send my employee to buy a new battery for vehicle and they didnt want to help replacing the old battery. They tried to send us to shop close by and they charge 280$ for battery and install(battery is 160$)(work 2min). When we refused that and went back to only buy battery from autozone, manager was not happy and was complaining and giving commends why are we buying battery from autozone and not that local shop. I have bought many times over batteries at Autozone and everybody was more than happy to help. Something shady is going on here. Be aware!

Marc is a great autozone employee always very helpful and goes over and beyond his duties to help you find the right parts for your vehicle. Aswome knowledge about vehicles in general. Ashtabula ohio autozone gets a 5 star rating for me.

Battery light came on in the morning, so in the afternoon I went to AutoZone to have the battery and alternator tested. the machine they have that checks the battery and alternator clearly doesn't work because the guy told me there's nothing wrong with the battery and alternator are working fine. Was gonna go to another part store to get another opinion the next day but lo and behold I can't do that because my car is dead now. Called to complain about the faulty device they use to check cars with and they said your battery and alternator was probably working fine at the moment they checked it so how come my dash light was on then?

Fast friendly service with knowledgable workers that understand your needs and always there to help. They always have the right parts in stock too and if not they'll have them for you quickly.

Can usually get you the parts you need the same day if ordered early enough or they'll have it the next day. Knowledgeable staff, competitive prices.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable staff. I had 2 blown headlights. He helped me diagnose and change them out. I will always choose AutoZone over others bc of this.

Most of the time AutoZone has your part !!!...can't say as much for the other auto parts stores in the area... then there's always Amazon
