Parts are normally pretty good, but the staff... The staff is actually very helpful, they are friendly, most of them are knowledgeable. And the part that drives me the most about the staff is the fact that they have the lugnuts to where if they don't have something and can't get it they will try to help you find alternatives sources to get whatever the items may be .... You just get that anymore.. I love it, thankfully I don't see them to often because of what that means but when I do get to see them I rather enjoy the experience, most of the time.Response: not a problem, the only thing that would make me like y'all more is if you sold more motorcycle parts, even if they all had to be ordered as needed.

I have some physical limitations, so whenever I need washer fluid, I buy Rainex and the staff cheerfully fills the washer tank for me.

Parts guy told me I couldn't get a particular part that I knew I could and told him that and all he wanted to do was get me out the door so went to autozone and got the part

TAD PRICEY BUT THOSE RMPLOYEES HELP THE CUSTOMERS WITH BATTERIES, WIPERS, ETC. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SETVICE.

Spent all day trying to get parts at various stores to fix my truck, Matt from this store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. First time today that I felt like someone actually listened. Kudos to you and a well run store. Will definitely be returning for all of my future needs!

Very helpful only parts store in Ashtabula county that had my sparkplug. Employees VERY FRIENDLY and polite ! And knew their job !

It is a good place for parts, but the women don't know what they are doing. My mom and dad got breaks from they and the lady sold them the wrong ones when she has the right ones on her computer. I will not go there for parts.

Mike was immensely helpful with his advice and know-how. I now know how to change spark plugs and my car is running smoothly again. Couldn't have asked for a nicer guy to help us out.

Friendly people helped me with my cars trouble and even installed a windshield wiper I bought. Got check engine light looked at they had a product for 10 bucks we see if it works.

I called NAP on A part and autozone and it was $67.00. Spoke to advance nd told them and they sold the same brand for $34.00. plus other items that saved me well over a $100. Great help and service........

I stopped by to utilize the free OBD II scanner to diagnose a check engine light. The staff was friendly and I did not have to wait long.

Advance auto parts definitely is not the store to go to they have not one clue How to run or operate an auto parts store. No matter what you do when you order it how you order it pay for it advance pay for when the order comes in it will be wrong. The baldheaded manager is the most incompetent but all of his salesman besides Little Mike are just as bad. They need new people besides little Mike. The kid name Mike should be in charge of the whole operation. The only good thing I can say about the Ashtabula store advance auto parts is the kid named Mike.

Went there to get spark plugs for my convertible Saab today. I told the guy at the counter I needed the parts on advance. Showed him my drivers license and walked out the door. Woke up in jail.
