I was refused service by the lady at the desk due to there being snow packed in my tires and not being able to balance them properly. Asked an employee moving another customers car if they were doing tire rotations and balancing and he said yes. I explained I was just refused service and he said that didn't sound right and to talk to the service manager. Service manager told me no as well, then I asked if he could at least look at the tires to see they are not full of snow and he got rude with me and said you know what whatever we will do it and they will be messed up. He stormed to the desk and told the lady to ringe up for a rotation and balance. I decided to takey business somewhere else.

Baught tires through Walmart and went to have them put on, and they didn't do it bc the smelled gas. They didn't notify me either. Found out after waiting for 3 hours. Then I go have the gas leak fixed at a shop and bring it back in and they did the same thing again. Refused to put the tires on and did not tell me. My car is no longer leaking gas. It was a small leak and I had it fixed. I wish I never would have bought tires through Walmart because now I have to spend so much money getting them out on because I baught them through Walmart and not the shop putting them on. The shop said Walmart never wants to do their jobs and they get business through them all the time

Was quoted a set of 4 tires for almost 400 and walked out with tires he quoted me for at 342. Was happy to save money and they were fast.

They dont do there jobs then they lie straight to your face i will never ever ever go to walmart for anything ever agian i had bought 4 tires they could not get the lugnuts off of 1 tire they did not change the ones that could be changed after telling me they would i hope that there busines goes under you cant lie to customers and expect to get busines

Had tires installed on my vehicle. Good selection and fast shipping. Installed no problem. Unfortunately, they failed at backing up the tire warranty I paid extra for. Service for repairs are very slow and not very knowledgeable. Couldn't repair the puncture and "couldn't get the tire" for warranty replacement. Told me to go to Mansfield. Awesome. Thanks.

Had a nail in my tire.Dropped off the car.When the flat could not be repaired they called me first to approve a new tire purchase before doing so.Communication is key and I appreciate them keeping me in the loop before performing any work on my vehicle I did not specifically ask for.It was a Sunday afternoon and I only had to wait an hour or so for the job to be completed.I will consider WalMart first the next time I need tire work done on my vehicle.

Good deals on tires compared to other places. They don t communicate any issues or explain their paperwork well but they did good changing the tires in decent time. Walk in available

The service was timely and very polite when I last used ther service.However they must have staffing issues since they keep closing multiple hours early the last few times I attempted to get an oil change.

I bought 4 tires. They were a good price on a Goodyear tire. Decent service at a decent price. Kinda slow, I was there for several hours.Always check your lug nuts are tight the next day.

I was here a couple days ago and had 2 tires put on my car! I thought it was ridiculous because they are supposed to open at 7am and they didn't unlock the doors until 7:30am! Even though the workers were standing right by the window and kept looking at me and wouldn't open the door! Now today I show up at there opening time and the door is unlocked but there are no workers until 10 mins after! I'm getting the TPMS relearned and my 50 miles retorque and it took them forever to do it!Service: Tires

This place is a joke. Every time I go there to get a oil change or tires we are told hours 2 hour wait. We went there on 6/16/18 to get 2 tires put on my wife's car and before we walked in I told my wife watch I bet you they say a 2 hour wait. Guess what they said? It's a 2 hour wait. I asked the guy finally why is it always a 2 hour wait every time I walk in there. He said i must not be getting there at the right times. I was the first one in the door this morning. What do I need to do pop a tent? I am done with Walmart all together

Tried three times in one week to get two tires for my vehicle. Called ahead twice and was told they had openings available. Drove there within 10 minutes both times and was told they weren't taking any more tire appointments. Waste of my time and they were not there least bit helpful or sorry about it. Both times they had no vehicle in at least one tire bay. Slow and not conscientious at all. I took my business elsewhere. Try Katz Tires instead. Good prices and got me right in.

Unsurprising incompetence by Walmart. Ordered 4 tires online, they arrived two days prior. To make a long story short, one of the tires was defective as you could tell visually. After wasting over 2 hours waiting there I was told the bad news, my questions are why is no one looking at these beforehand inspecting them? Why was I forced to wheel a shopping cart in a crowded store with kids everywhere to return these when it wasn't my mistake? And why did I waste my time talking to a manager who promised a call back (that I've not received) from the service center manager? Complete waste of an evening around the holidays. The service center from desk guy was cordial enough in dealing with other employees issues. Never again.

Not necessarily the fault of the employees but definitely not a good place to get tires mounted. Had a tire on one truck repaired and it still leaks. Wouldn't put the tires on my other truck because it smelled like gas. Had to take the tires off in the parking lot, my self.

I took my car in at 9am to get two tires patched, I didn't leave until 1115. Around 1015, the shop worker came to tell the destruction attendant that I needed to replace a tire. Another hour and 10 minutes I was finally able to get out of there. It should not, under any circumstance take an hour and 15 minutes to patch one tire and realize another needs to be replaced. I've never waited more than 20 minutes to get a tire patched.Let's step it up Walmart, the slooooooooow service is unacceptable!

First the lady who helped me was rude for absolutley no reason at all. Second they didn't have my tires which is a common size tire. Third they told me it was going to be AT LEAST a 2 hour wait just to get my vehicle in for an oil change. What a joke of place. But should I expect anymore from Wal-Mart? Probably not.

Great experience, great people. Jason and Jacob helped me and made my oil change and tire experience perfect. They were knowledgeable, friendly and fast!I highly recommend Ashland Walmart Automotive.

My dad called for a quote on tires and gave me the money for the tires.I get there and they ask me a few questions and I said whatever you quoted my dad is what I want that is the cash I have on me.The lady yes everything I asked you was included on the quote well she LIED.I get the bill it was a 110.00 more than was quoted never again will I deal with Ashland Ohio Auto Wal-Mart.I told them at check out and they didn't try to right it or anything.

Took longer than it should have. Arrived at 7am and was second in line (lady ahead of me was getting tires which is separate crew and bay). Waited 1hr 15min for an oil change. I will pay the extra $15 and save 45min of my morning at Vavoline next time

Horribly managed and garbage service. It took ever bit of ten minutes to get assistance after pressing the "request assistance" button. Gave her my keys for an oil change and waited OVER TWO HOURS. I ended up just getting my keys back and going somewhere else. Complete waste of time coming here

I used to go to Ashland's Wal Mart for tires. The last time was July of 2014 for a tire rotation. They called to tell me I needed 4 new tires. I told them I had just purchased the tires from them in March of 2014. She looked it up and told that "yes I did.". So I told I wanted my tires rotated and I'd be in to get my car. I had taken out the extra so the tire rotation was free. But every time I went there it was I needed new tires or an alignment. Which I already had. It took them two hours to do an oil change and I was the second person in line that morning. Needless to say I don't do business at the auto center at Wal Mart anymore!

Older lady in that department has the worst customer service ever. I have had two poor experiences with her and wish I never purchased my tires there. You clearly cannot get there within 30 minutes of closing if you want anything done. They close at 7:00 and she has the final say so as to whether you get serviced or not. I will never purchase my tires there again due to my experience.

Took forever and there was no one in front or behind us. Just to replace one tire it took over an hour. Then the lady at the desk spent most of her time talking with friends instead of informing us about the wait. Only come here if your in a pinch.

Oil change at a great price. The work was done fast and to my delight when I got in my car they had swept the front floor boards! That is service above and beyond. I appreciate that added touch .

I gave them this low rating because I went for an oil change asked for the higher cost synthetic oil change. When it was finished and I got my receipt and they gave me the high mileage oil change instead. Verify your request was made before and after completion.

Wal-Mart being the monster it is has always been a great place to get all your needs. Be it food, electronics, or your car serviced, they got it all. The staff are always friendly and eager to help you.

Don't bother making an appointment, I still waited 2 1/2 hours for a carry in tire
