I just had Johnson's Auto body, do a door dent fix and tailgate replacement on my 2016 pickup truck. And... Wow! Amazed with the service and quality. In fact when I got the truck back today it almost looked brand new like it rolled off the showroom floor. Whoever they have detailing vehicles when they're done. Sure does an awesome job. I thought about calling them tomorrow and seeing just how much they charge too detail vehicles. Very happy the process, has been great. It took a while for them to get the truck in but that's because they do such good work. They're busy and they are a few months out on work. Thank you very much

Hats off to Mike, Kathy, Robin and the crew! Had a chance meeting with a raccoon, they got me fixed back up in a single day. Their attention to detail and being treated like family is unsurpassed!

This is the only place in ashl that I would ever get my car repaired. They are very honest and reputable company and their employees are like their family. Everyone is extremely helpful and they tried to get your car repaired as quick as they can.

I have taken two different cars to Johnsons for body work in recent years...they do great work! I would recommend to anyone needing auto body work. I had a leased vehicle w some front end damage. They repaired it perfectly. Nobody would have known there was ever any damage at all. The car looked brand new when I returned it at the end of the lease

So... after 46 years of driving, I had my first accident. (no one else involved thank goodness!) I went to Johnson Auto. Yes it did take a while to get in. Yes it did take a while to get my truck back. Was it worth it? YES!!! They did a fantastic job and my truck looks new just like promised!! Everyone is very professional and friendly. I hope to go another 46 years accident free BUT if I need them, I will definitely to back to Johnson!! Thank you!p.s. the detail in and out was a wonderful surprise!!Update: I ve used them again (not accident related!!) and am extremely happy again!!This company comes highly recommended.Service: Painting

I have used Johnson s Auto Body many different times over the past 15 years, and never had any complaints. This most recent time I had to have a bumper and bedside repaired/replaced on my truck. It was through an insurance claim, and payment was sent directly to the body shop. After waiting 6 weeks to get my truck into the shop, I was given an estimate completion of 4 to 5 days. I received a call the day after dropping it off, letting me know that the tailgate handle was broken. They priced a replacement at $125. I opted to replace it myself, for $35. Nine days later..... that s right twice the estimated completion time, I get my truck back. The bed liner on the top of the bedside doesn t match the rest of the bed, I can see scratches in the windshield where masking was cut on it with a razor, and the fuel door is broken. When asking for the fuel door to be repaired I was told and quote I m not paying for that . The best I could get them to agree to was, I would buy the fuel door at cost, they would paint and install. Turns out they bought a used door and swapped the base onto my old one. Still charged me the price for the new door. It s a shame they did such good business at one time. I will not be taking anything back to Johnson s Auto Body again.

The only place I will ever take a car again!!! Johnson's really goes above and beyond with service. Not only did the car look like the accident never happened, they detailed the inside of the car like it just came off the show room floor. Thanks Mike and crew for such great work!

Truck looks like brand new! Love it. It was done when they said it would be done. Very nice staff. Would recommend going there if you need body work done.

Hoyt and Ron treat me like a member of the family. They've taken on some harder jobs and done some normal maintenance jobs too. Always well done.

I need a small repairs done to paint on My pickup they would not even look at the truck. They only do collision repair and they only work on certain years of vehicle

These folks helped us with an emergency bumper repair we needed on New Year's eve. If you are in doubt that good people still exist, I assure you that they do, and they're at Johnson Auto Body and Repair.
