Son's truck was struck by a deer. Caliber was easy to work with and did a great repair job. Photos show the damage, truck stripped down for paint, and the repaired truck. This is the 2nd time I have used Caliber Collision in a year. I would use them again.

Quality of work mediocre, customer service excellent. Had my truck in for repairs after hitting a deer. After inspecting the work that they did I found that the headlight wasn t working properly and the side mirror didn t match the other, the door panel was loose. Took the vehicle back and they fixed the issues. As I was looking over the work they did I noticed some scratches inside of the door, I contacted them about it and sent them pictures of the scratches and as of yet I haven t received a reply from them.

Caliber Collision handled every aspect of my repair! I was crazy impressed with their knowledge, customer service, communication, scheduling, coordinating my rental (repairing my vehicle on time) and the quality of the repair. This is the third time we ve used Caliber Collision: 3 different vehicles (3 different situations) and I will be a loyal customer, I will also recommend Caliber Collision to anyone and everyone who needs repair work completed! I was rear ended in December and they did a marvelous job fixing it within 12 days turning it in. They staff is very friendly, helpful and efficient. My car looks new. Thank you for doing a great job!! Your staff rocks customer service!

We had an excellent experience here. We were kept well informed of the process start to finish and they handled all the insurance. Liam portion for us. Had a great experience with Caliber!! Repairs to my vehicle were performed as efficiently as possible, even with some delays in parts. They made sure to keep myself and my insurance company informed along the way, which assisted me greatly. I highly recommend working with Caliber Collision, and as much as I hope I don't need them in the future, I'd be sure to come back if I had to. 11/10!!

I was treated with the up most respect from everyone that I talked to. They called me every other day to give me a status update on how far they was with my vehicle. I had to make a special trip (on my birthday) to sign the paperwork and the lovely lady was so kind to make sure I got some chocolate. Thank you for your wonderful and great customer service. I will be returning if I ever need your services again. I will also highly recommend your shop to anyone that I see or know that needs repair services.

We had an accident with a deer. The company had some delays initially. When we got the car back it was making noises that had never been present prior. We reached out and they indicated they would initiate contact back with our insurance company and get it back in. We are going on two weeks from them looking at it and I have had to call back repeatedly to follow up about this. We have yet to hear back. Overall pretty dissatisfied.

I could not have asked for a better experience. After having my car towed to Caliber Collison after hitting a deer, the communication during the process exceptional. Best team I've ever worked with! Elizabeth, Summer, and Sarah were super helpful at the front desk and when I had an issue, Jamie, the manager was right there to help me! 10/10 would definitely recommend them all!!!

Caliber shares a space with enterprise rental we left something in our rental car we called them to let them know. Enterprise asked caliber if they found it, the detailer stated that they did and had it sitting off to the side. Enterprise stated they still had it, we came up to get it and it had disappeared. Enterprise told us that someone from caliber had to take it. Yes it was our mistake for not double checking as everyone thought someone else grabbed it out but seriously that doesn t mean you take it. So if they steal something worth a couple hundred dollars what else are they stealing that you don t notice?

USAA insurance Claim. Tow truck dropped off vehicle to Caliber Collision shop on November 30th 2021 and today is December 7th and the claim adjuster and the vehicle owner still don't have a written estimate on the damages. No communication from the collision shop. The vehicle owner has to call the shop to get status on the vehicle and then the collision shop keeps telling the vehicle owner their working on it. Poor customer service. They have the correct email address and phone number and still no results. The vehicle is just sitting there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband and I were traveling to New York to visit family and hit a deer in Ohio. Our car was towed to Caliber Collision for repair. Elizabeth called us with updates frequently and since I live in Indiana I appreciated not having to worry about my car. The work was excellent. I am very very pleased with the communication and skills at this location. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs any work done. Not to mention, they finished a week earlier than expected.

I had insurance work done from hitting a deer. The work was done satisfactory and completed earlier than expected. After my neighbor backed into my car we brought it in for repair. The whole process was great! Customer service is top notch, and the quality of work is fantastic. A part was back ordered and they were able to locate one in another state and get it here so I wouldn t have to wait. Obviously that s not always an option, but they fact that they try everything they can to get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible is so nice. They guarantee the work for the life we own the vehicle which is huge! Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was in an accident and my car was taken to Caliber for repairs. I was kept informed of the status of my vehicle the whole time. All of the staff was friendly. The work was done quickly and very well. A part is on national back order but it is a small one that doesn t affect performance. I was able to get my car back and they ll replace that part when it comes in, which I m very happy about. Would recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took a few days longer than quoted to return my vehicle but Caliber did an excellent repair from a deer collision. My vehicle was repaired very well and they cleaned and detailed it upon return. Thank youService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
