Bought a car at Bill Harris a few years ago with Matt & had an amazing experience. As soon as I knew my mom was in the market for a new ride, I brought her to Matt because I knew she would be taken care of! Matt does an amazing job of getting you into something reliable, and meeting your needs/goals. The environment is very welcoming & clean. Customer service is some of the best I ve ever experienced anywhere. Matt & Jason were so kind & very thorough throughout the entire process, we were not disappointed! THANK YOU Bill Harris Chevy!!

I can't say enough about Emily Long!My husband and I went inquiring about a 2018 Tucson and Emily was fantastic from start to finish. Answering each and every question I had, making the whole process comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle. She will not disappoint!!!

I love coming in and seeing all the smiling faces. The service department has always been wonderful and do their very best to accommodate the needs when things happen. I appreciate Doug and his kind, enjoyable attitude. He's been very good to be over the years I've dealt with Bill Harris. He's one of the most valuable assets on your team! Thank you for all your hard work, service team, and Josh with his car knowledge and skill to diagnose and fix every issue we've brought him!

Had an AMAZING experience at BILL HARRIS CHEVROLET in Ashland. We walked in to see Matt my husband s high school friend and he helped us right away. We got to testing out cars, running numbers, and getting the family car we needed. We walked out this dealership with a huge smile on our faces and big relief knowing we were well taken care off. The service was one thing and it was BEAUTIFUL, CLASSY AND PROFESSIONAL. Five star isn t enough for the service we received HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Ask for Matt Ps: they have a whole bar of FREE SNACKS and a coloring station for your little ones

If you're looking for a great sales experience, Nate Patton is the man!Buying a car is usually a stressful process, but not with Nate! Nate made what is usually a drawn-out and complicated process, into a straight-forward, and simple deal! His knowledge of vehicles, and his passion for his customers really shows! Rachel in Finance was also wonderful to deal with. Just like Nate, she was easy to deal with, and made the process as easy as could be. I will definitely be choosing Bill Harris next time I need a vehicle!

After 16 years of owning her car my mother finally got herself into something newer and safer! We worked with Emily at the Ashland location and I couldn t say anything more positive about her! I went to high school with her and after learning she worked at Bill Harris immediately reached out to her. Her knowledge and ability to work with and understand people is something a lot of people in the industry should learn. She took her time was patient and really helped my mom and we couldn t be more grateful. Thank you Emily!

My sales professional, Emily Long, was phenomenal! She was super patient, kind, informative, and really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. In fact, all the staff I encountered there were so welcoming. I was made to feel at ease and found exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price; and financing was a breeze. Rachael was awesome!!! So positive! Great at explaining everything!! Made us feel comfortable & made sure we understood everything! She is the best!! You should ask for her!! And Jake was just as awesome!!! Kyle was such a good salesman n explained everything n made us feel comfortable! Robert made sure everything went smoothly! You guys are like family now! 10 out of 10. I loved my experience at Bill Harris and definitely will be going there for all my car buying needs! Bryan Howell is excellent at his job,very friendly, and easy to work with! He takes the time to get to know you find out your needs and concerns. Along with all of this he is very informative on the vehicles he sells and walks you through all of their features. I cannot recommend him and Bill Harris enough for you car buying experience! 10 out of 5 stars!

Bryan was extremely helpful getting us into a new F-150. I felt that they did do everything in their power and jump through hoops to get the payments and vehicle cost that we needed. Awesome customer service!!! If you need a vehicle go see Bryan. He s not your typical salesman, he s honest and very helpful!!!

I visited the local Ford dealership first but didn't get the service we needed.Then we went to see Nate Patton at Bill Harris and he was able to meet our needs and showed us that we were important to him in more than just a sale. He keeps in contact with us to see if everything is going good with our purchase or if our needs have changed.Then, when we found a good match for us, Rachel Yates handled the financial end of the deal and again we were treated with respect and care. As if we were real people!IF, I where to say something against our experience, it would be, they did not let us keep the red bow!!! Lol

I was sad when I rolled my Jeep but I knew exactly where I was going to buy my next one. Bill Harris week always be my choice! Heather and Emily were so helpful. I went to check it out and Emily stayed late to ensure I was taken care of. Alecia at the front desk is always so friendly.

Emily and Heather were awesome to work with. Everything was smooth from the time I called in to schedule to look at the Jeep. Financing with Rachael was fast and easy. This is our 4th vehicle from Bill Harris and definitely won t be our last.

Bill Harris Chevrolet in Ashland is 10/10! They did an outstanding job with us and made the process of buy our new car easy and fast! They are friendly and so kind. Robert Patton helped us today! Best experience I've ever had at a car dealer and I'm 67. I didn't even go in to buy a car. I was just starting the search and Wayne, my salesman, listened to my must haves and showed me my options, explaining everything. He was the reason I bought the car. The paperwork process was still to long but otherwise process was nearly painless.

Went in for a used car and they did us one better and had us walking out in a brand new car. We worked with Nate and he was amazing. We joked, we laughed and he was very helpful and understanding. I've bought several cars from different dealerships and this was probably the best experience. They truly treat you like family.

I m more than pleased with the team at Bill Harris Chevrolet. I live a few hours away and in another state. I purchased a brand new car over the phone/internet. They were great at walking me through the process. As a matter of fact I may even consider using these guys for scheduled maintenance and other services.

Even though I dropped off my vehicle and wasn t in the waiting room I felt like I was in the waiting room being updated on each step of the process for servicing my vehicle. I never questioned what was happening, because before I could wonder I was notified.

Would not recommend. I purchased a Buick Enclave 4 1/2 months ago from Bill Harris. I was recently told that my battery only had 25% life left and it would cost around $500 to replace. After such a large investment 4 months ago I would have appreciated if that was disclosed when I purchased it. The employees were very pushy about me paying even more money for a new battery for the car I just recently spent $30,000 on.

I can't begin to tell you how awesome these people are! We're from Indiana and stopped here while visiting family in the area. We are so thankful we did and will continue to make the drive to Bill Harris Ashland Ohio for any used or new car purchases in the future. These were the best most honest people in car sales we've ever dealt with. Everyone from Jacob Schalmo our salesman and first contact to Rachael Yates our business manager who helped us wrap everything up. My mother in law happen to have an issue with her phone while we were there and Rachael even helped with that. These people get and keep people's business the right way. Jacob didn't try to sell the highest priced vehicle. He helped us find the right one for us. When I said something to him he modestly said "Well I try to treat my customers the way I'd want my family or myself to be treated" and he obviously meant it. (Thank you Jacob) Our trade wasn't in the best shape and the gentleman who evaluated it went so far as to see if someone he knew who takes those type of vehicles would be interested so he could do better for us. They were pretty busy and I can see why. We were there for while and felt like family by the time we left. (Even sharing family pictures lol)They do not just do a 70 pt inspection on every used car before they sell them but a 120 or 130 pt inspection (my memory fails me there) on each used car. The don't just tell you of the carfax (or similar) inspection but they print it and provide you the carfax report, wash, and fill your tank before you leave. They sell quality vehicles with good mileage. We actually got better miles per gallon since we left than Jacob estimated! We absolutely LOVE our 2020 Chevy Malibu! Thank you everyone at Bill Harris of Ashland Ohio!

I worked in several dealerships for the first few years of adulthood so I ve seen the good and bad. This dealership is unlike any other. Everyone that stopped by to check on my girlfriend and I were extremely kind and welcoming. There wasn t any pressure from salesmen or snobs. Instead I found genuine car enthusiasts there to help sell, not necessarily there to turn and burn . I firmly believe this dealer has the best intentions for the customer.Trading in my old truck for my current truck was painless and relatively easy, I got the deal I want, and the truck my family needs.Nate Patton was my salesman and if he stays at Bill Harris until it s time for my next upgrade, I will buy from him when the time comes.
