Unbelievable how rude the man answering the phone is today! Refused to give his name and without even bothering to check for car he says ain't no car here and hung up. This is how you do business? Awful

Worst car wash imaginable. $1.25 gets you TWO MINUTES. Who can wash their vehicle in 2 minutes???? Also, there are no trash cans to be found anywhere. Who wants to vacuum their vehicle and have to take garbage home with them?

Good place to go for a quick oil change. They check tire pressure and fill if needed. They check fluid levels and add, if needed. In between oil changes, you can stop and have them fill up fluid levels or check tires and add air, for free!

I have gone here and the other branch off main street for years, but whoever is working here were both older rude gentlemen. I asked for a standard oil change and they say ok and perform it (their tone and demeanor the whole time is rude and stand-offish). After done he comes and and says that ll be $95. For a standard oil?!? He claimed it needed full synthetic and i was like you need to explain or say that before you change my oil or i wouldve gone somewhere cheaper . They didn t care. Had a problem where on of my bills pulled out of my account with out me knowing it. They allowed me to go home and grab some cash after the job was done. Their full service job has never let me down. They do oil, filter (air and oil), tire pressure, fluids check, and check your wiper blades. All for a reasonable price.

Synthetic oil changes here are highway robbery. Literally 2.5 times more expensive than conventional and 3 times cheaper than if you bought it yourself. Oil markup is wild here although is a good place for standard car conventional oil changes and seem on par. They do good, quick work but save your money and do it yourself or at least purchase the oil yourself elsewhere!!!Service: Oil change

A little pricey, but quick, reliable and quality service. This is where I go to have our oil changed. BB&C takes care of us and they are through. No more expensive or not much different than a Jiffy Lube or comparable store.

I called this place to get a price on an oil change. I normally go to Quick Lane but they are closed right now and I called Donley Ford first and they couldn t get me in until next week. My car says right on the oil cap that it takes 5W 30. I have never paid over $35 for an oil change. They gave me an estimate for over $70 because it only takes synthetic oil which that is not correct. I am putting this review because people need to be aware before you go in there make sure you are asking how much Prior to having your oil change done. I seen another review on here where it ended up being over $80 for her and she wasn t told until it was time to pay. It seems like they are ripping people off he tried to say that in his computer it says my car only takes synthetic oil and it clearly doesn t. If I could give this no stars I absolutely would.

Car wash shirts your on time, both locations you are shorted by 1:18 as I set timer on my phone when my husband was washing his truck and I had used east Main location and thoughththat was wa quick 3 minutes! With no appointment, I pulled right in. The guys were very nice and didn't try to push services on me that I didn't need. I didn't even get out of my vehicle. I was out in 15 minutes or less. Best oil change I ever got.

I actually have free service through my dealer. But it is near impossible for me to set up an appointment where I have to sit for an hour or so waiting for the service. So I decided to go here instead. I figured that $35 would be worth the convenience of driving up and having it done in 15 minutes. They are super friendly and very attentive. But when they gave me the bill I was shocked to see that it was almost $80! He explained that since my car was newer that it took some kind of special oil which costs a lot more. Ok, but when they realized that, could they not have told me and given me a heads up? $80 didn't feel as worth it afterall. Oh well, you live you learn.

Very very nice gentleman. Yes they are fast but I think is due their expertise and processes. Each do a piece of the work to get you in and out of the shop with no unnecessary delays.

Used for self car wash and vacuums. Always well kept. No garbage can anymore so bring your own bag if cleaning out car.

Just went to get an oil change and they said I didn t need one yet. They still checked everything out under the hood and put air in my tires for free. Great business and people! Thank you!

one of the very few self service car Wash in Ashland Ohio. it's not that great. the automatic car wash is absolutely terrible. I cannot speak of the "lube/oil change dept" because I actually know how to change my own vehicles oil, unlike majority of people that don't even know how to check the engine oil/fluids.

Do not use BBC car care! The automatic car wash will damage your vehicle! The staff at BB&C are unapologetic and use foul language when your concerns are brought to their attention! If you want a poor experience and damage go your vehicle without compensation, pull your vehicle through BB&C on Claremont Ave, Ashland. OH.

Took away trash cans, how do you clean out a car without trash cans ? Car vacuum was broken but owner was mad I left trash in a bag near vacuum because they took away trash cans. I will no longer being to business with these people. They ve become paranoid and nasty.
